I was my second time in the apartment of fabio. I enjoyed it a lot and will come again next year.

The absolute plus found for the apartment was its location. A stone's throw from the beach, with a supermarket within walking distance. Terrace overlooking the sea, where you can eat and relax. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main street of Porto Recanati. Unless you want to go hiking, you can forget about the car. Noemi is a ready, kind, generous host with advice and always available: you can see her experience in terms of hospitality. For me, a "superhost"! The house is fully "furnished": I found everything you need to spend a peaceful vacation. A very positive experience!

Perfect stay in a dream location! The apartment is beautiful, located in a building that has just been tastefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning that made the stay even more pleasant. The terrace is wonderful, with an unparalleled view of Monte Conero: perfect for panoramic breakfasts or for relaxing at sunset. The location is ideal: very close to everything, but in a quiet area, perfect for those who want to enjoy the best of the area without sacrificing comfort. A special thank you to Roberto, a host who is always kind and helpful. He welcomed us with great cordiality and also made a convenient early check-in possible. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

I stayed at Leontina's place for one month, and absolutely loved it! It was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well equipped; I didn't want to leave! The apartment is conveniently located directly across the road from a quiet beach, there is a large, well-stocked supermarket just a few minutes away on foot, and the seafront, featuring numerous restaurants, gelatarias, etc. is also only a short distance away. The city centre is a little further, but still perfectly walkable. Leontina and Marco were fantastic hosts, and lovely people; they made me feel right at home, and I hope to see them again, soon. house with a great location, very close to the sea. We were a couple with a dog and we really appreciated Pamela's availability and discretion. Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade. We will definitely be back.

I want to give a big shout out to Loredana! She is super friendly and helpful with everything we needed! Even though we only stay for one night here, we enjoyed the place so much! Great food at the restaurant and breakfast, great spa, and it’s only 15 mins walk to the beach. I will definitely go back next time I go to Potenza Picena.

So pleased with our stay at Sara’s. From beginning to end Sara was always responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea from every room were amazing. We did not expect to use the pool very much but in the end used it everyday for a cool dip in the evening. Hope to come back someday!!

Casina is a characteristic and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Porto Recanati. The house is spread across three floors, furnished with care and equipped with all amenities. A few steps from the house, both the promenade with beach establishments and restaurants, and the center of Porto Recanati with all the services at your fingertips. Ideal for those like us who were on vacation with small children: you can move very well on foot and the evening ZTL guarantees tranquility and safety. If you then want to take a tour of the beautiful Marche hinterland (Recanati, Loreto, etc.), everything is easily accessible. Alessandro is a very kind, attentive and always super helpful host: a holiday with bows, we were divinely!

An unforgettable experience: the pool, the tennis courts, the panoramic view from the balcony (from which you can see beautiful mind at sunset, along with the cathedral of Loreto), the nearby beaches… Then the sofa bed seemed particularly comfortable to me. The staff is really kind and thoughtful, just like the owner.

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

The villa is equipped with all the comforts, from mosquito nets, to microwave, and the spaces are spacious and very livable even for large groups. The garden is a great resource, and the outdoor shower with hot water is a really nice surprise. The location is excellent, with a short private passage to reach the sea.

We stayed three nights in the apartment, in a double bedroom. The room is very spacious and clean with a private bathroom and a very spacious shower. The apartment has air conditioning both in the room and in the kitchen (which is shared), perfectly equipped. The location of the accommodation is great as it is a stone's throw from the beach, both free and bathroom, and great possibility of free parking nearby. The only note to consider (which was not a problem for us) are the four floors of stairs without an elevator. Filippo is a great host, super helpful by phone and very kind. Check in and check out have been handled in a very clear and flexible way. We also met Irene, who was cleaning the house, very helpful and was also able to give us information about the surroundings.

A beautiful Apartment on the sea coast! It was spacious and very clean. It was quiet with only the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore. We visited nearby Loreto and San Benedetto for somethings to do. Great space that I would visit again!

The images reflect reality, the house is complete with every need, the area is quiet and well served by shops for any need. The view from the apartment is wonderful. Marco is a helpful and welcoming host. A wonderful vacation.

The stay in Massimiliano's apartment was impeccable! Massimiliano was super kind and helpful, and also very flexible as he met me due to an unexpected personal event.

Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment, easy access to the local beach, friendly, responsive host

The house is in a very quiet and well-maintained setting. The beach is a short walk away as well as bars and a supermarket. The location is strategic to experience the Conero and the hinterland. We had a great time with our two kids! Enzo is a very nice and approachable host. Le Marche a discovery!!
