We had a wonderful time! Michele, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful – from the first contact to departure. The house was very clean and is located in a fantastically beautiful area. Particularly noteworthy is the great pool, which was perfect for relaxing. We would come back anytime – absolutely recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casale I Girasoli. From the first moment, it felt like we were at home. Leo and the rest of the family are extremely hospitable and do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is equipped with every comfort — everything you need is present. In addition, the beautiful garden is a wonderful place to relax, and the pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days. We spent 3 fantastic days in Daniele's villa, immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. We were 9 friends and the house was perfect for our stay: spacious, clean and equipped with all comforts. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were the stars of our relaxing days, while the indoor sauna added a special touch to the evenings. The common areas are spacious and well organized, and the outdoor porch is ideal for a barbecue. Daniele was an impeccable host: always available and attentive, he made us feel welcome right away. We recommend this stay without hesitation, perfect for those seeking peace, comfort and a beautiful place to share moments with friends.

Claudia was such an amazing host. She gave recommendations and when one breakfast place was closed that she recommended - she hand delivered breakfast to the home for us before we even woke up. Such an amazing and welcoming host.

We felt at home very quickly. There was a lot to offer with the pool, the sauna and the table tennis. The wood pizza oven was our highlight.

We stayed as a family in the beautiful house in a great location on the mountain with breathtaking views. We loved the layout of the house, the garden, the pool and the various terraces. The decor in the house was a good fit for the style of the house, the equipment of the rooms and kitchen was very good. The path to the house is very steep and curvy, after a few days we were practiced up and down. Communication with Ian and on site with his mother was very friendly, helpful and straightforward. We enjoyed the stay very much, at any time we will be happy to come back to the house.

Excellent accommodation, panoramic and equipped with everything, both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Possibility of external barbecue. The only note, which for us, however, was not a problem, is that the entrance road is not suitable for all cars. Recommended for those looking for space and tranquility, also suitable for large families.

We had a wonderfull stay at Calogera's. Such a great home to recharge or to day trip around the region. Would strongly recommend.

We had a lovely time, a perfect house for a family!

We visited for a multi-generational family holiday - grandparents, kids and parents. The setting is wonderful, in the mountains of Fosciandora - an easy 1.20 hr drive from Pisa airport. We enjoyed having the option of the jacuzzi as well as the fresh water pool. And had local chefs cook for us several evenings. The local Tigalle meal was a special highlight on our first day - compliments to Chef Nenella. It’s a stunning place and we’d love to come back. Local trips we did were to Lucca (about an hour), Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Barga. Pizza Indie was a great recommendation from Leo. Our hosts were so responsive and wonderful to speak to. They couldn’t have been more attentive. I can def imagine we’ll be back in years to come. Highly recommend the his wonderful place to anyone who truly wants to get away and switch off. The mountain air and beauty is good for the soul.

The villa is beautiful and the pool was delightful. The area was spectacular and the village was quaint and authentic. The hill up to the village was very steep and a car is a necessity, walking with a small child was not really an option. That said the restaurants are good value, the food fantastic and worth the effort. Marie was ever helpful and I thank her for all her assistance, including booking restaurants for our first night.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Amazing stay and amazing memories for our family. Accommodation, location and views were amazing and inspirating. Gaia was a fantastic host and provided some amazing treats. The local wine and honey were incredible. Refreshing pool. The animals were lovely to meet especially little Milly. The fireflies at night were so special especially for our toddler. Thank you for a lovely stay. I recommend the lake, the bridge walk to the pizzeria (if you're brave enough) and visiting Lucca and the devils bridge. Castelnuovo market on a Thursday was nice to visit.

A beautiful house and location, with all the facilities you need. Very friendly host who met us on arrival and was always available to answer any questions we had, the house was clean and tidy inside and the private garden & pool was so peaceful. We had a lovely dinner in their restaurant and were made to feel so welcome, if we return to Metato we will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Casa Diva was amazing! Lia, Vicki and family are so welcoming, helpful , and went above and beyond. We were traveling with our toddler who was in heaven with all of the fun activities and toys. We loved waking up to the sound of birds and serenity outside our windows. It was easy to get around. We walking to Lucca many times ( about 50 min) and drove around the area. It was the perfect home base! Highly recommend.

The “Old Mill Place” was truly extraordinary. Our family loved it. We were a group of 12 family members and the facility had sufficient room, seperation, togetherness and wonderful history. My grandchildren loved playing in the creek and swimming in the pool. The location is out of the way but once you learned the route it was easy and only 5 minutes from town. We traveled to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, and Montecarlo easily. We went to town (Buggiano and Montecatini) daily and walked to Colle di Buggiano regularly (but the 10 minute hike is uphill) We absolutely would come back. Our only problem was with a local internet outage.

My friends and I stayed at Lisa’s for 5 nights and had the most amazing time. The view is incredible and the pool was perfect to take a dip in on a hot summers day. Lisa and her husband were very friendly and knew lots about the area. The pizza oven was a real highlight for us. If we are back in Pisa we will definitely be staying here. 100% recommend!
