Beautiful space with stunning view! Perfect to disconnect and relax!

We had a fantastic stay in the cottage for nine nights. Villa Alta is in a beautiful location and the grounds around the house are so well maintained. We enjoyed both the shared pool and our own private terrace with hot tub. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. It was a perfect base for us to explore the area. Raffaella was so friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the villa on a couple of occasions. We would highly recommend a stay here.

!!! Hidden jewel of Tuscany !!! My girlfriend and I had one of the best holidays ever in this wonderful place away from the tourist strongholds. We were received in person by the host family upon our arrival. Just for your information: Molly herself is only a kind of agency from the UK with whom you have contact before arrival. On site, we were in contact with the host family and were welcomed by them very warmly. For the perfect start to our holiday, we were given a homemade antipasto plate, fresh fruit, a cake and a bottle of wine. When we got a detailed tour of the property, we could no longer come out of the light. Everything was just incredibly beautiful and prepared for us with so much love for detail. Starting with the pool area, which is equipped with the most seating, lying and chill facilities. Of course, the fire bowl should not be forgotten, which is just perfect for a cozy and romantic evening. In addition, there is the breathtaking view over Castiglione di Garfagnana and the associated nature. For us personally, the pizza oven and the associated barbecue station were an absolute highlight. The house has everything you need. It is super clean, well equipped (especially the kitchen) , the bed is really comfortable and again we would like to really highlight the attention to detail in all rooms. In addition, the surroundings are beautiful, you can just love the small villages, the mountains and nature. A perfect place to just unwind and enjoy the tranquility. In the end, it is only to say that we are incredibly happy to have discovered this place, a week there was far too short and we can recommend this accommodation with full conviction. Exceptionally beautiful house in Tuscany. In a wonderful mountainous location with incredible views. Lucca, Pisa, Florence and many other destinations can be easily reached by car 😁 Mr. Biondo, who is actually the host, is an extremely courteous and friendly man. Helpful and always available. I'd be happy to come back 😁

The place is located on top of the hill. It has been a pleasure to stay for a few nights at Federico's place. He has been really helpful when we asked questions, to find the place etc. It is a lovely family house. We did not test the jaccuzi because off season but I guess on sunny days it must be amazing. The view from the house is stunning.

Beautiful views, 20 min by car from the nearest town, not accessible without a car. The communication went great, the house was easy to find with navigation & the area is very nice

We really enjoyed our holiday at cas nel bosco, the house is very quiet and close to nature. We liked that very much. The pool and the garden offer total relaxation. We already miss everything very much. In the valley it was often 32 degrees in the first week and upstairs in the house it was very pleasant. The pool was super refreshing. The house has everything you need and the small village of Medicina is very charming. The access road is narrow and very winding, but we also saw some wildlife. Communication with Francesca and Paola was straightforward and enquiries were answered immediately. Thank you very much, we had a great holiday.

Beautiful cottage! Felt really welcome. Perfect place to just relax. In the morning you could walk to the bakery and get freshly baked bread. Before we arrived Dominick sent us a really nice welcome document with a lot of info of things to do!

Our little family loved our stay here. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s so much more beautiful in real life. The hosts were lovely and the villa felt just like being at home. It was very comfortable and the hosts accommodated our baby boy with a cot and high chair which was very helpful. It is a relatively short walk into the city centre of Lucca which was extremely handy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The cottage is beautiful, we felt comfortable immediately. Everything you need to live was there. The surroundings are enchanting and quiet, perfect for recovering from the stress of everyday life. We will be happy to come back.

This was a very well equipped AIRBNB. The rooms are just like the pictures and it is very well appointed with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The host had left thoughtful extras, such as beer and wine, and fruit. Would recommend.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Everything we needed and more perfect for the whole family and safe for little ones. Enrico and his team were great hosts very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Authentic Italian residence in the hills of Tuscany. Fivizzano is within driving distance, where you will find nice cafes and restaurants. There is also a small supermarket with a wide range of regional products and high quality fruit and vegetables. The swimming pool was wonderful and already good in terms of temperature at the beginning of June. Communication with the host was great, very friendly and helpful. A car is a must.

We had a really nice time at this place! It is very quiet and private, located near Tereglio, so you can relax wonderfully in the middle of nature and mountains with a beautiful view! The cottage is rustic, you will find everything you need. The well-maintained and lovingly designed outdoor area with pool is particularly noteworthy. Lorenza's parents are really very friendly and helpful hosts and can always be reached for any concern (e.g. luggage, etc.). Thank you so much! :) We would come back anytime!

What a beautiful accommodation in the tuscan countryside! We stayed here as a family of four and enjoyed Irenes wonderful house and garden. By car you can reach Lucca or the beach easily. Be aware of the steep dirt road leading to the house - an appropriate car is needed. We hope to be back soon - thank you, Irene!

Had wonderful days in the beautiful maisonette. Close to the city and quiet area. Very nice bed and everything was sparkling clean!

Beautifully restored and very cozy chestnut dryer (metato) in the hills above Bagni-di-Lucca with ample opportunities for excursions on foot or by car (Lucca, the valley of the Lima, the Ponte Magdalena, ...). It's unfortunate that Bagni itself is some past glory. The terraces in front of and behind the house allow you to enjoy the peace and the view from breakfast until late in the evening. Roberta, who welcomes the guests in the absence of the owners, is an absolute added value for the owners of "il metatino". We have never experienced its unprecedented commitment to both the stay and the guests during our previous holidays in AirBnB accommodations.

We had a lovely stay at Cherry Tree Cottage. The cottage has been beautifully converted and is very convenient. The mountain views were wonderful and there's a great pool for the end of a hot day. It is private, and we ate outside every evening watching the light fade on the mountains. The location is also excellent, both for easy access to shops and also for heading to the mountains to walk. We felt very lucky to find it. Graziana's husband was generous with his maps and walking suggestions, and you absolutely must head to Piglionico to do the interesting, beautiful and well-marked walking trails that have been his passion project. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful stay with Leonardo and Stefania. They were incredibly welcoming and made our stay extremely pleasant. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and the pool and garden area was a peaceful bliss for our family. We would love to come back again soon.
