We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Struttura davvero molto curata nei dettagli! Oltre alla pulizia completa. Le indicazioni sono state chiare e la posizione è buona per spostarsi in auto tra la Liguria e la Toscana. Parcheggio su strada davanti al cancello di entrata, zona tranquilla con il fascino del fiume. La descrizione della struttura è precisa al reale quindi l'unica accortezza che indicherei è che può non essere troppo adatta a chi ma problemi a fare le scale essendo disposta su tre livelli.

Just loved this place! Came with family (including 10 month and 3 year old) in June for 12 days and we were all very sad to leave. The house is very well set up with high quality kitchen equipment, places, glasses etc. The location is stunning with wonderful views - we spend every afternoon and early evening beside the pool which was easily warm enough to swim in at the beginning of June, and then barbequed and ate on the terrace. The local town has everything you need (we ate at Erasmo three times), and the Essolunga is also very close.

Wir haben uns bei Isabell sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sauber. Isabell hat sich mit der Einrichtung sehr viel Mühe geben und überall kleine Aufmerksamkeit platziert. Es gibt sehr gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants/Bars (Sugahero, Gli Orti können wir beides sehr empfehlen) und auch die Katzen auf dem Gelände werden vorgestellt. Das Pool Areal ist sehr clean und bietet viel Schatten, der Garten ist wunderschön durchdacht und ein ruhiger Rückzugsort. Wir würden Isabells Unterkunft auch Freunden empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Wir haben eine tolle Woche bei Giovanna und Antonio verbracht. Sie sind beide sehr nett, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Bildern, sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Der gemeinsame Garten ist wunderschön und der Pool ist toll, um sich an einem heißen Tag abzukühlen. Nach Lucca braucht man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und auch Pisa und Florenz sind gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Danke für die tolle Zeit :-)

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Das Grundstück ist sehr privat und etwas abgelegen. Die Einfahrt ist etwas steinig. Wir fahren einen Peugot 308 und es ging gut. Sofern das Auto tiefer gelegt ist, könnte es etwas knapp werden. Man ist innerhalb von 30min in Pisa und in etwa 1h15 in Florenz (je nach Verkehr). Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Wir waren Mitte September und es war etwas kalt, aber wir waren trotzdem im Wasser. Im Sommer bei heissen Temperaturen bestimmt super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful place. Clotilde is friendly and helpful. Tranquil large garden and fantastic pool. Great for kids, our one year old loved running around in the grass. Excellent kitchen for cooking at home. Location is very convenient to Lucca and some charming small towns. The Esselunga in Pescia (10 min drive) is one of the best supermarkets I’ve ever seen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Perfect Tuscan Escape Just Outside Lucca's Walls! Our stay at this duplex was wonderful, earning every single one of its five stars! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making our arrival completely stress-free. The location is truly unbeatable. Being just a 9-minute drive outside the historic walls of Lucca offered the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. We enjoyed peaceful evenings in a gorgeous back yard, yet could easily pop into Lucca within minutes to explore its stunning architecture, vibrant piazzas, and fantastic restaurants. The short drive meant we avoided the bustle of staying right in the center, and parking was a breeze with a free parking lot just a short walk from the walls. The duplex itself is a gem. It’s beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and felt immediately like a home away from home. Would 100% rebook at this location! 🩷

Ein außerordentlich schönes Haus, ein bisschen wie ein Museum. Aber kein verstaubtes, sondern alles wirkt in Gebrauch. Der Garten besteht vor allem aus Olivenbäumen, was dem Ganzen eine wunderbare Aura gibt. Wir mochten die Küche, sehr einladend, viel gekocht. Und natürlich den kleinen Billardraum. Gianluca ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Mensch, hat uns mit vielen guten Tipps überhäuft. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Its our 3rd time in a row that we stayed at Serena's place, as usual it was amazing. It feels like home, due to the privacy we have at the house, but feels like home too because Serena and her family are one of a kind hosts! Thank you for having us, we hope to see you next year! Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzurlaub in Lucca benötigt. Schnelle würde aus unsere Nachrichten reagiert und Michele hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Sehr freundlich und höflich Gerne wieder!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week at Ilaria’s beautiful family home & enjoyed al fresco eating on the terrace every day. Had many day trips to lovely places nearby, driving & taking the train, which is literally 5 minutes drive from the house. A good supermarket is also 5 minutes away & the house has everything you need. Ilaria was the perfect host & always available. I will be recommending this place to friends and family who want to visit Tuscany & hope to return again soon.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen. Das Dorf ist abgeschieden in den Bergen, soll heißen: die Anfahrt ist lange und führt über kleine, aber gut gepflegte Bergstraßen. Das Dorf selbst ist nicht mit dem Auto befahrbar, was man bedenken sollte bei viel Gepäck oder, wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist. Letitia bietet auch einen Gepäckservice an, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Für uns war es perfekt. Sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten und ein rundum atemberaubender Ausblick entschädigt für den anstrengenden Weg. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden im Dorf, doch größere Einkäufe sollte man planen, wenn man von der Autobahn abfährt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, um alles mögliche zu kochen für 2-4 Personen. Auch ansonsten mangelt es der Wohnung an nichts. Leider war das Wetter bei unserem Aufenthalt eher regnerisch, aber das kommt im Mai schon mal vor. Wenn die Sonne rauskommt, ist es aber schön warm. Würde sofort wiederkommen und länger bleiben.

Nous avons trouvé une maison au calme avec une belle terrasse comme sur la photo. Bel accueil de la maman de Giovanni avec un gâteau et boissons au réfrigérateur . Juste quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquent (essoreuse à salade, couteaux de cuisine, verres à vin et barbecue pas utilisable) mais nous avons passé un très beau séjour .

We had a relaxing & peaceful time in Capannori at ‘roof tiles’ This stone home was not fancy but traditional and had all we required for our stay in the breathtaking countryside. It wasn’t the easiest to find or access due to the steep gravel driveway, but that’s what made it secluded and special. We enjoyed wonderful walks in the forests & nearby villages where we met many friendly & kind locals. A great place to decompress after a busy time in Florence, & only short but very beautiful drives to lovely Lucca & Pisa. Don’t expect 5 star fanciness, but a place with all you need to experience & enjoy the Tuscan landscape! I’ve never heard such a cacophony of birdsong - blissful !

Eintauchen in toskanisches Dorfleben, besonders kostbar und erholsam, abseits der sonst üblichen Tourismusströme. Das gemütliche Häuschen mit Terrasse und Meerblick laden ein zum SEIN und Verweilen - Erholung pur. Gerade die Abgelenheit und das tägliche Aufbrechen zu Urlaubsaktivitäten in die umliegende Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen. Nilo hat uns als Gastgeber in seiner freundlichen und ruhigen Art wunderbar betreut. Vielen Dank für sehr schöne Urlaubstage.

Highly recommend this gorgeous house as somewhere to stay in Lucca. Elisa has been the best airbnb host we’ve ever experienced, so helpful and supportive. We traveled with our 18 month old toddler, the house & gardens were so spacious which was ideal. Plus our child loved the chickens at the end of the garden! The location was perfect in our opinion. A very short easy drive into Lucca, and close to free town parking which was a very short walk into Lucca centre. We loved the comfortable large beds and ensuits in every room. The factory opposite didn’t cause any disturbance, a very slight humming sound during the week but it is really nothing to worry about. We can’t wait to return! 10/10

We expected this villa and views to be amazingly but it was above our expectations would definately recommed it, Jeroen emailed clear directions andchecking in info but he also videoed the sign and road to look out for and videoed the road down to the villa as it wasn't signposted. The villa has 360° panaramic views, and is not overlooked at all, with a fab infinity pool. Very clean and modern, had everything u needed. It was a pleasent change to have plenty of everything in the kitchen,crockery and glasses all matching and stacked high. Washing machine and dishwasher were added bonuses along with the little shop just up the road. 5 star all the way.

Uno splendido appartamento in uno splendido borgo circondato da uno splendido paesaggio… Fibbiano è stato il posto perfetto per una vacanza rilassante immersi nella natura e allo stesso tempo interessante visto che è a due passi da Lucca, Forte, Pietrasanta, Camaiore e Viareggio… Stefania è un host gentile e premuroso e il suo appartamento è veramente un n gioiello! Consigliatissimo!!!

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder) haben eine Woche in der schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders den schönen Garten haben wir sehr genossen! Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, haben wir umgehend Antworten bekommen. Der Kontakt war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Nähe von Lucca lag die Unterkunft optimal, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Dit is een fantastische AirB&B, weg van de drukte en toch op wandelafstand van het mooie Lucca(10 min op een rustig tempo tot de dichtste omwalling). We voelden ons direct thuis in deze authentieke woning voorzien van voldoende parking voor de deur, een mooie living, open keuken met gasfornuis en boven, via een metalen wenteltrap, 2 slaapkamers (één met een dubbel bed en een enkel bed en één met een één persoons bed). Een zeer mooi betegelde badkamer met ruime douche, zeer goede handdoeken en linnengoed. We hebben ook genoten van het mooi overdekt buitenterras. De communicatie met de hosts verliep erg goed met duidelijke instructies en heel vriendelijk. Zij hebben ons ook goede tips bezorgd voor restaurants (vooral Osteria da Pasquale was een schot in de roos). Er is trouwens een bakker om te hoek wat handig is voor het ontbijt. We zouden niet aarzelen om hier terug te boeken en hadden het 100 percent naar onze zin. Bedankt aan de gastheren en met vriendelijk groeten. Maggy en Jan

Se cerchi un posto speciale la casa di Emma è la casa giusta! La casa è veramente bella, curata, interessante e piena di personalità. La vista dalla camera da letto un sogno. Gli spazi esterni non mancano... dal piccolo terrazzino, alla panchina al sole per non parlare del giardino. E per chi ama la musica tante bellissime chitarre. Il paese è bellissimo, senza auto (che si parcheggia all'inizio del paese). La pace, il silenzio e le rondini ti terranno compagnia. E poi c'è Mony che sarà sempre disponibile e risponderà a qualsiasi domanda. Gestisce l'unico bar del paese dove potrai fare aperitivi rilassanti e sentirti sempre il benvenuto come fossi di casa. Non lascairti sfuggire nel week end la pizza preparata da Mony, cosi buona!!!! Farò di tutto per tornare qualche giorno in questo angolo di paradiso!!! Grazie Emma per la tua ospitalità.
