The accommodation has everything you need. Crib, kitchen equipment, kettle, and so on... it was perfectly equipped and also very clean and nicely decorated. Marco was always available and took great care. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time with an amazing host. She made us feel very welcome and added a few welcoming touches to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also available to any problems we had. She was flexible with our checkout and gave us some nice treats to take away with us to help us remember our time there.

We enjoyed Lierna which is a more quiet place than others around Como. We especially enjoyed the Lovely terrace with lake front view and the central location. It was close to the boat pier, trainstation and central square. There was a lovely deli next door, super market across the road and bakery down the road. Several nice restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing stay, a relaxing haven of peace ! 😊 I would definitely come back.

Mario’s place is a beautiful hideaway just a short walk (2km) from the centre of Mandello - though the local village has great facilities too. The house is well equipped and comfortably furnished (with a good shower too!). Mario made us feel very welcome before allowing us to settle and feel right at home 😃

We spend a peaceful time in Andreas Chalet. It was italian style and next to the lake. I just loved waking up looking at the lake and enjoy the silence! Wonderful place if you want to take a breath and calm down!

1 dog and 5 people were in a vacation rental for the first time and it was wonderful. Michael has received and beautifully received, although we had a long journey in the north of Germany behind us. He was always easily available for requests and gave us good suggestions for exploring the area. The place was better than we imagined it and through pictures and description. Kitchen is super equipped, we didn't miss anything. A cozy cottage with easy access to a lake section where you felt regularly as if there were hardly anyone else there. Relaxation was very easy, even for the dog. The area is wonderful to lend it with the dog. After the first few days we knew "Here we have to go again". All around, everyone is super satisfied and happy with this vacation home that happened to be found online. Thanks Michael!

Manuele was an amazing host. He sent us so many recommendations and even got us a super good deal on a private boat tour. The place was very nice, roomy, and the pool and are was super nice. Be ready for a decently long walk though if you want to go into the main part of town.

The Airbnb was in a very convenient location, near Varenna-Esino station and the ferries. The space itself was massive with two bedrooms and all the accommodations we needed. It was especially nice to have a washer, and drying rack in the patio. While most of the place was clean, the floor was just a bit dirty but nothing concerning. The bathroom also smelled like cigarettes, but we think it may from our neighbors because it would come and go. We did encounter a storm during the first night so our power went out, but no more than 20 minutes. The host was very responsive and had great restaurant recommendations. Overall, we loved the Airbnb stay.

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Clean apartment with everything we needed for our trip. Beds were comfty and clean. A short walk to Bellagio (some hills involved FYI in case of mobility issues). Parking was convenient for us too.

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

We had a really nice stay in „Little Flower“ - it‘s small but has everything you need and is prepared with lots of love! The location is great - it’s just a few steps away from the lake with nice bathing spots. You have to be a little lucky to get one of the free parking spots in front of the building, but there are some free spots from time to time.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our one month stay. The location is perfect, just across the street from the lake. Elena is a very responsive and helpful host. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The apartment was spectacular. The view from the balcony is amazing (best spot for morning coffee), and the surrounding area is very picturesque. The village is very peaceful and is only a 10-15 minute walk (with a little climbing) to the center of Bellagio. Andrea and his brother were so welcoming and responsive. I cannot wait to go back!

We found Caterina House excellent value for money in a superb location just set back from the hub bub of the edge of Lake Como. All of the restaurants in Varenna are within easy reach on foot as is the ferry port with links to other resorts on the lake. We also made use of the nearby rail network to visit other towns for sightseeing and supermarket shopping. In summary, we have no hesitation in recommending this property and it's owners who were brilliant hosts.

Wonderful place especially the upstairs bedroom and its large terrace with a splendid view of the lake . The accommodation was clean, very good bedding and very quiet. The accommodation has a terrace and a covered balcony on which you can eat which is very nice . It is located near the town of Menaggio ( 10 minutes by car) which offers the possibility of taking the ferry to reach different typical villages. We had a lovely stay there and highly recommend this place.. Too bad no tourist leaflets available are in French. We'll definitely be happy to go back.

Beach 5  minutes away. Great place to explore the surrounding cities.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Giulia's place had an amazing location, steps from the train with our luggage, a restaurant right next door, grocery store minutes away, and a beautiful short walk to the water with shops and restaurants there. Varenna, while very nice, is very busy, we are so happy we stayed in Mandello del Lario. The apartment itself is in a very secure block, the style is bohemian which we enjoyed as we were seeking to relax. And what sold us and did Not disappoint was the view from the terrace in the morning. Everything else was great, it's a quiet area, the surrounding houses seemed upscale, with families and school kids doing their day to day activities. We would absolutely go back to this airbnb and already regretted not staying for 4 days instead of the 3 we booked. Thanks Giulia , hope to visit Mandello del Lario again soon !
