Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Latina

Mariella est vraiment fantastique, elle nous a renseigné tout de suite dès qu'on avait une question, en arrivant nous avions des gâteaux,le logement est bien, très propre et bien placé pour aller à la plage et aux restaurants. Nous nous sommes rendus en train de Rome ( sauf vendredi, grève des trains), c'est très facile et avons fini notre périple après la merveilleuse ville de Rome à nettuno. Nous avons juste trouver la plage de nettuno sale ( peut être en saison d'été c'est+ nettoyé)

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Un piacevole appartamento situato in una villetta nelle campagne di Terracina, ottimo per chi si sposta in auto in quanto dispone di spazio all'aperto ed è vicino a località quali Terracina, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Fossanova tutte raggiungibili in meno di mezz'ora. L'appartamento è comodo e accogliente e dispone di tutti i servizi necessari, se visitato in una stagione fredda solamente consiglio di portare qualche coperta in più. Gli host Diego e Barbara sono molto gentili e ricettivi ad ogni richiesta e messaggio inviato, pur non avendoli incontrati non abbiamo avuto problemi riuscendo a comunicare tramite messaggi sull'app. Consigliata soprattutto per famiglie o coppie che vogliono spostarsi in macchina per la zona o rilassarsi in un luogo silenzioso.

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

La signora Amalia mi ha mandato la posizione precisa, spiegandomi che la viabilità del paese era cambiata. Quando siamo arrivati,la signora e suo marito ci hanno fornito indicazioni dettagliate su dove acquistare pesce, alimentari, cosa visitare nei dintorni, quali spiagge frequentare. Hanno fatto in modo che fossimo a nostro agio, permettendoci di usare un posto auto coperto e lasciando una loro vettura allo scoperto. Persino i vari rifiuti differenziati, si sono offerti di depositarli loro nei giorni della raccolta. Vista la loro disponibilità e cortesia, a due piccoli guasti che si sono verificati ho provveduto di persona senza nulla chiedere ma hanno voluto a tutti i costi ricambiarci con prodotti locali comprati appositamente. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dall' ospitalità, dalla posizioni fresca nonostante il caldo, dai dettagli dell' appartamento che, se sarà possibile l'anno prossimo, cercheremo di ritornare.

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

We appreciate the effort of helping us driving to train station - maybe it is not that far by walk, but if you have luggage it is always appreciated to get a drive and our host offered it. Thanks for opportunity to live in very nice place in beautiful Nettuno :)

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni. Každý den jsme využívali zahradu a ocenili jsme vlastní vstup na pláž. I když jsme 4 rodiny, pohodlně jsme se vešli a ubytování bylo velmi prostorné.

Abbiamo passato un weekend in totale serenità! Villa Fiore si è rivelato un posto dove è possibile allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana e godersi attimi di paradiso preziosissimi. Complimenti anche all’host il quale nonostante qualche piccola problematica riscontrata, ha saputo subito rimediare donandoci la possibilità di continuare a godere della magia di questo fantastico posto.

L'appartamento che offre Andrea è accogliente, rilassante e in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Andrea è molto accogliente, permette di usare camino e barbeque ed è sempre a disposizione per chiarimenti e consigli. Bellissima esperienza.

Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. Big recommendations from here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but still in walking distance to everything you need. Thanks for this perfect vacay Cristina - just what we needed :)

Soggiornare da Anna Maria e Matteo è stato corroborante, ci ha permesso di "staccare la spina" e di recuperare le forze dopo un periodo stancante. La casa ci ha accolto con calore, l'ambiente caldo e familiare, complice le decorazioni natalizie, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La casa era pulita, gli ambienti ampi, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una vera chicca il proiettore al piano di sotto, che ha reso speciali le nostre serate in famiglia. Ringraziamo Matteo per la sua disponibilità e per i suggerimenti culinari.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in Anzio. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space, especially the garden and pool, was a real highlight—peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the beach and local shops. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und für eine Familie mit Kindern toll aufgeteilt. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer, sowie ein großes gemütliche ms Wohnzimmer. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den Katzen. Wir waren zweimal in Rom. 10 min zum Bahnhof mit dem Auto und dann nochmal 20 Minuten mit der Bahn nach Rom Termini, wirklich sehr unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

La maison de Severino est grande et confortable. Elle bénéficie d une vue magnifique sur la campagne de la Ciociara. De nombreux très beaux sites se trouvent à proximité et il est possible de se rendre à Rome en train depuis la station de Frosinone à 15 min de voiture du logement. Severino et toute sa famille sont des hôtes particulièrement accueillants et ouverts. Le séjour était parfait.

Vacanza breve ma indimenticabile. Ottima sistemazione. Visitato posti splendidi sia Nemi, che è un confettino, che i dintorni del lado di Nemi con Genzano e il lago Albano con Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo. Siamo stati anche a Tivoli in una mezz'oretta circa a visitare Villa Adriana e Villa d'Este - FANTASTICHE. Ottima cena al Ristorante Le Colombe consigliato da Matteo, così come la colazione al Byron Bar. E per finire, senza saperlo, abbiamo vissuto la celebrazione dei 100 anni della Sagra delle Fragole. INDIMENTICABILE ESPLOSIONE DI GIOIA- Complimenti agli organizzatori. Anche da parte dei miei compagni, anzi compagne di viaggio, un grazie di tutto, è andato tutto alla perfezione. E...sicuramente faremo un pensierino per ritornarci dove la natura, la bellezza, i colori e la cordialità della gente del posto, "esplodono" a 360 gradi. Bello Bello Bello. Valerio è stato gentilissimo dal primo contatto. Davvero reattivo ad ogni richiesta e molto amichevole. Appartamento ottimo e rifinito molto bene. L'esterno davvero gradevole per cenare o fare colazione. Per usufruire del mare di Sperlonga è sicuramente un'ottima soluzione.

Questo appartamento è davvero bellissimo 🥰Nuovo, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, una terrazza meravigliosa dove trascorrere momenti di relax. Molto pulito e accogliente, inoltre i condizionatori in ogni camera, hanno reso, nonostante il caldo di questi giorni, il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il proprietario sempre estremamente gentile. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per trascorrere vacanze piacevoli 🥰

Abbiamo passato un giorno nella struttura di Domenico e ci siamo trovati veramente bene, un posto ideale se si vuole sfuggire dal caos cittadino e rilassarsi in una confortevole vasca idromassaggio…proprietario amichevole e molto gentile, chi ha consigliato molti posti per mangiare e ci ha illustrato la struttura nel migliore dei modi trattandoci con una gentilezza unica. Inoltre l’appartamento era impeccabile sia dal lato pulizia che dall’arredamento, esperienza bellissima…torneremo di sicuro

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely gorgeous property with large outdoor spaces! A direct access to the sea from the garden and beach very close by! Tranquil way to spend vacation and relax.
