Waterfront holiday rentals in Province of L'Aquila

Umberto siempre pendiente tanto antes de llegar, como durante nuestra estadía!! Nos recibió personalmente, muy simpático y servicial! Nos recomendó lugares y nos comentó que cerca del departamento había supermercados, todo lo que precisamos Umberto siempre a disposición, el día del check out nos ayudó para poder conseguir un taxi ya que no es sencillo llamar a uno sino tienes un número habilitado para llamadas. El departamento hermoso, ducha excelente, lavaropas a disposición sin cargo, súper completo, con una excelente ubicación, 10 minutos a pie a la estación de tren y ahí no más del centro, ni hablar de la increíble vista al mar 🌊, excelente ubicación. Departamento en un primer piso, súper completo, grande, con mucha iluminación natural! La verdad que cuando pusimos los días fueron muy pocos, volveremos sin dudar a pescara y obviamente ya sabemos dónde quedarnos 🙌🏻

La signora Carmen si è dimostrata disponibile e cortese, l'alloggio era pulito ed accogliente.

Bardzo ładne i czyste mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji (przy samej plaży, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej i lotniska). Dobry kontakt z miłym gospodarzem. Na powitanie dostaliśmy nawet mały poczęstunek. Polecam!

Excelente departamento completo en todo sentido

The accommodation is right on the beach with a lot of restaurants and coffee bars nearby (one on the bottom floor of the same building). Montesilvano is a busting city of over 53,000 occupants so you can find practically anything you need within a short walk or brief drive. Valerio is super-responsive to any and all questions and concerns during your stay. This is a great accommodation in an ideal location for even the most discerning beachgoer. Very highly recommended!

I Booked this late because Alessia of "House by the sea and city center” cancelled me very late from a months old booking when little but this remained, albeit more expensive, no dishwasher and not near my friends... all personal issues, of course, and may not apply to everyone. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, well equipped (exept no dishwasher), near the beach and spotlessly clean. Check-in was a bit bumpy and at this price point it would have been nice to be met rather communicating by whats app. Once in, it went well. Elena was always available and most responsive and helpful with apartment info and info about Pescara. Whats app queries were were answered almost instantly. Very comforting. Although listed in the description, there was no microwave. After I pointed that out to the hosts, a microwave arrived in 24 hours. Like I said - responsive. My personal quibbles aside, this apartment is very nice, very comfortable and the hosts are most accommodating.

Tania greeted us and was friendly as she explained the easy access to everything. Her apartment was meticulous, one of the cleanest and most on point condos we have ever stayed at. She puts care into everything she does for her guests and it is evident in all the well thought out amenities (including a spacious balcony & parking). Francesca è stata un Host cordiale e gentile. Locali puliti e confortevoli, tutto come da descrizione. La zona è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e vicinissima al centro! Ottima esperienza.

Angelo's huis aan Lago di Scanno is super! Binnen ruim en schoon en zeer geschikt voor 4 mensen. Buiten met mooi uitzicht op het meer, en een heerlijke tuin om in te ontspannen. Angelo is een zeer vriendelijke gastheer die ook goed te bereiken is. Al met al een toplocatie!

appartamento incantevole , pulito e ben diviso , di fronte alla pineta e a 50 metri dal mare, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno, e anche di più. Antonio è stato accogliente, gentile , proattivo dalla prenotazione a quando abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento. consigliatissimo , per rilassarsi in posizione veramente comoda. Grazie S.D e famiglia

Апартаменти Роберти виявилися кращими, ніж на фото. Просторні чисті кімнати, ортопедичні матраци, м'які подушки, чиста коттонова білизна і полотенці. Для чоловіка було місце, де він працював онлайн. До моря 5 хвилин ходьби. До магазину 135 метрів, а до перукарні 30м. Поряд наш улюблений ресторан Azzuro, куди ми ходимо вже 3й рік. Роберта- мила, красива, доброзичлива. На всі питання відповідає люб'язно і негайно. Рекомендую. Ми обов'язково повернемося.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und alles war da, was man brauchte. Dir Lage ist optimal, direkt in der Stadt und alles gut zu fuß erreichbar… Der stand direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Alles sehr sauber! Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet… immer wieder gerne !

Francesca is a very friendly host! She provided us with lots of local recommendations and is fast to reply whenever we had any questions. The airbnb is great, perfectly clean and had no issues with the room. The communal kitchen had everything we needed and there is plenty of garden space too. The location is brilliant, walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

Ich kann dieses Haus mit dem großartigen Garten nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und waren angenehm überrascht, wie schön und komfortabel alles war. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und herzlich, und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Appartamento molto bello, pulito e con tutto il necessario per una vacanza. Inoltre è in un’ottima posizione con vista mare e vicino ad una bella spiaggia preceduta dalla pineta

Caterina e Paolo sono stati molto disponibili e hanno saputo farci sentire a casa. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto personalmente e tutto era in ordine e pulito. L'appartamento funzionale e comodo è stato un ottimo appoggio per le nostre escursioni nei parchi e nelle spiagge vicine. Siamo una famiglia con due bambini e trovare un ambiente rilassante per concludere le giornate di "avventure " è stato rilassante. Zona silenziosa e a due passi dal mare.

Appartamento carino e accogliente!

Apartamento muy comodo para 2 personas, todo funciona correctamente y esta en una excelente ubicación casi sobre el mar y cerca de todo, ademas tiene cochera dentro del edificio lo cual es muy importante sobre todo si vas en temporada alta. Paolo muy amable y educado. Me aloje fuera de temporada y me resulto muy conveniente el precio no se como será en otros meses. Lo recomiendo!

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour chez Fabrizio, ce dernier a été très accueillant et réactif dans la conversation, la situation de l'appartement est parfaite (centre ville mais sans nuisance sonore, plage et supermarché très proche), nous reviendrons si nous en avons l'occasion, nous recommandons !

Nous avons passés un super séjour. Le couple est très très réactif. Une communication incroyable, rapide , précis , génial ! Nous avons pu récupéré le logement déjà le matin à 9h donc vraiment très très pratique. Le Logement est super , la mer est juste à côté ! L’emplacement est super , l’immeuble est bien propre. J’ai rien à dire concernant le logement c’était super
