This space was perfectly located near beach, restaurants and bars. The host was communicative and supremely helpful in giving advice for places to go….clearly they love their neighbourhood. The apartment was cozy with a modern bathroom and thoughtful, sweet touches…..quiet and super clean. Absolutely loved it!

Functional apartment. Quiet place. Good beds. If you ski Majeletta and Passo Lanciano, the apartment is well placed. Very friendly and attentive host. He provides breakfast. A large parking place is provided. Depending how many you are, the ground floor apartment can be divided and rooms opened and closed. We were in the apartment in the back of the house. I think it is a good choice if you are many to be able to use more space and rooms.

La casa di Olav è davvero bellissima e molto funzionale. Ognuno ha il suo spazio e la sua Privacy, noi eravamo in tanti e non ci siamo dati noia. Ci sono tre bagni e una cucina super attrezzata. Siamo capitati in un periodo molto caldo e in casa l'aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo. Penne è un paese molto bello e accogliente e i posti vicini sono molto belli. Olav è una persona molto disponibile, gentile e disponibile. Anche la Signora che viene a fare le pulizie e il marito sono molto gentili e disponibili. Che dire? un'ottima vacanza Grazie ancora Olav

Very clean and perfect location. We stayed at Sandro’s place to visit several locations in this part of Abruzzo. There was always parking, the piazza was right around the corner, as well as our favorite place for coffee: Max’s Bar. We hope to return to Castel di Sangro and hope to stay at Sandro’s place again!

Ecessaire pour accueillir une famille avec des enfants de bas âge L hôte a été très réactif et attentionné rendant notre séjour encore plus confortable Les chambres étaient très spacieuse avec salle de bain, le tout d une propreté Impeccable La piscine, toujours bien propre était régulièrement entretenue par Claudio, yne personne très agréable et chaleureux

Casa Laura exceeded expectations. It is a beautiful, traditional home that preserves authentic details while affording all the modern conveniences that one might need, as listed in the description. As soon as we booked the reservation, Francesco sent links to local places of interest. Finding the house when we first arrived was a bit tricky, but Laura herself met us and led us there. She is a wonderful host. She made us feel welcome and gave us clear instructions about the house and information about the town. She gave us a walking tour of the town, introduced us to several people, and called the local (impressive!) civic museum to arrange a guided tour. This is the kind of place AirB&B should be, a place that connects people. Corfinio is a lovely small town, well connected to other places of interest and beauty in this part of Abruzzo.

Ezio nous a très bien guidé ainsi que Luca qui est très sympathique le logement est très bien placé et m'a fait penser à celui de ma tante à Popoli quand j'étais jeune. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous reviendrons certainement l'an prochain...... Grazie per tutti

Siamo stati 4 giorni da favola, la casa e’ fronte mare ed è stupenda , pulitissima e recentemente ristrutturata . Un terrazzo fantastico con vista sul lungomare . Consigliatissimo infatti torneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento è pulitissimo e ben attrezzato e si trova in una zona splendida. Trovare l'host non è stato complicato e abbiamo ricevuto ogni informazione utile. Lo consigliamo per un soggiorno tranquillo nell'Appennino abruzzese.

Giuseppe´s Casa Mimo is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om de ruime regio rond L´Aquila en Gran Sasso te ontdekken. De ruime, propere en goed ingerichte woning heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De communicatie met Giuseppe was heel vlot en aangenaam. We raden deze woning zeker en vast aan.

L'emplacement était parfait pour nous , nous n'y étions qu'une nuit car nous étions en déplacement vers une autre région de l'Italie. Très grand, propre, stationnement sécurisé un plus. Nous recommandons.

Salvatore was a great host. Very responsive to answering my questions, and very helpful at guiding me with the check-in process. Also, very patient and easy-going for letting me come back and pay the tourist tax I forgot to pay. The home was spotless, with wonderful vistas of the historic center of Fiuggi from the balcony. My only regret is not staying there longer.

Ho alloggiato nell'appartamento per due settimane in estate. Ho potuto usufruire della piscina tranquillamente e l'host é sempre stato gentilissimo e flessibile. In generale una buonissima esperienza e sicuramente ritorneró in futuro

wir haben hier einen tollen urlaub verbracht. das haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. das grundstück liegt sehr schön - mit schönen blicken in die landschaft. die zimmer sind geräumig und sehr hell. die küche ist wohnlich und praktisch. alles da, was man braucht. in der großen loggia ist viel platz für essen und spielen im schatten. der salzwasserpool ist wunderschön. das salzwasser angenehmer als mit chlor. der kontakt zu louise und bice (vor ort) war immer prompt und sympathisch. wir möchten unbedingt wiederkommen. markus und marie

Siamo stati questo weekend e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Si parcheggia gratuitamente lungo la strada principale, vicina all'area ove è ubicato l'appartamento, in centro. Molto luminosa, posizionata su due piani congiunti da una scala larga e con gradini agevoli, la casa è suddivisa in area giorno con ingresso, piccola cucina, ricavata dal sottoscala, soggiorno ampio con camino e tavolo da pranzo, un prima stanza da letto con ripostiglio annesso e bagnetto di servizio. Nel piano superiore vi sono la camera padronale e camera da bagno grande, attigua, dotata sia di doccia che di vasca da bagno, oltre che di lavatrice e di asciugatrice. Nella cucina, seppur piccola ci sono lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè e microonde, oltre che tutte le stoviglie ed il necessario per preparare un piatto di pasta al sugo! My mom and I stayed at Chez Nous while we were traveling through Abruzzo and loved our stay! L’Aquila is truly a gem and not to be missed. Chez Nous was the perfect home base for exploring the city and surrounding area. Enrichetta met us at check in to show us the parking garage and provided local recommendations, especially for Celiac-friendly restaurants. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops featuring local products of Abruzzo within walking distance. The apartment is a stone’s throw from the Basilica of San Bernadino and many other historical sites. It was remarkable to see the resilience of the city after the earthquake and see the rebuilding efforts. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully designed and very comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed the selection of art books about L’Aquila and Abruzzo and wished we had more time to peruse the collection! Amazing stay and we can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at this place! The apartment is incredibly spacious, spotless, and just steps away from the beach. Having a supermarket right across the street and so many great restaurants nearby was super convenient. Manuel is an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to come back! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay by the sea!

Appartamento stra consigliato, posizione perfetta ed auto facilissima da parcheggiare. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario, ci sono anche due PlayStation e dei giochi da tavola. Non potevamo chiedere di più!

Wir waren total begeistert von der sehr ruhigen Lage, dem tollen Ausblick in die Berge, der große Garten, Frau Isabella ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen, gibt tolle Tipps zur Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir waren Ende August in Guardigrele und haben Nachts die Hirsche röhren gehört. Tolle Unterkunft 🥰
