The house is fully equipped and offers great comfort. It's a very quiet place, perfect for relaxing. There's a cute little dog who makes the stay even more enjoyable. We visited the Cinque Terre leaving the car in La Spezia (about 30 minutes away), and we also went to Pisa (1h15). So the location is very well located to discover the region

Cinque terre is one of the many beautiful Italian fields, absolutely worth a visit. Dogs are a little difficult to get around, as the five small villages are hard to get to by car, but the train runs often and accurately, and it's super clean. Dogs can be transported with a small surcharge and a muzzle. It is a good idea to start your excursions in Levanto instead of La Spezia, where parking is easier, the distance from Riccardo's house is roughly the same. The air conditioning will definitely be resolved by the owner soon. Unfortunately, there is no pool, but the houses where they are are much more expensive. Riccardo, his wife, sister, and brother-in-law are both nice people, it's important to them that the guest has a good time. Beautiful, wild garden, well-equipped house.

Communication with Paolo was great! The house was great and the views breathtakingly beautiful. Our dogs were very comfortable in the well-kept garden.

Our holiday was super nice. The house is a dream! The property is very large and therefore great for a larger group. The communication with Luciano was great and straightforward. 🌞

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!

This home was beautiful! Pietro was above and beyond kind to our big family. So thankful for him and this lovely experience.

We had a great weekend in the house. The views of the sea and Levanto Bay are amazing. All this, in a very quiet location. In short, a great place to enjoy the dolce vita.

Dilletta was a very polite and responsive host. As a family of 4 adults and 2 children, We felt the home was very accommodating. The 2 children each had a nice size bedroom. The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. Because we had been traveling we were able to wash a few clothes and hang them to dry outside on a spacious clothes line. I only have 2 constructive suggestions, providing a portable fan in each bedroom would help w/ the doors being open and keeping flying insects out. The second suggestion is to weed the front garden area. The trees and flowers were beautiful and some weeds were starting to take over. All and all we would recommend staying here again. Serene’s place is stunning. Our two families thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house. Plenty of space for 8 of us in the main house and annex. We ate on the shaded terrace and at the big round garden table. A highlight was making our own pizza in the wood burning pizza oven, fun was also has playing table tennis and table football. We loved the pool with its magnificent views and were grateful for the shade and comfortable seating around the poolside. Loris took great care of us, gave recommendations and even made us a delicious tiramisu! Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this house or Airbnb host more! The house was beautiful and the views in front of the home were amazing. It was so easy to walk to restaurants, shops and historical locations. Also, there was a lovely playground close by for my little ones. I honestly fell in love with Porto Venere and wish we had planned to stay longer! Also, Carlo was incredibly helpful who provided a wealth of information which we used to guide our trip. We definitely want to plan to go back.

Gianmarco and Martha - have created a true gem of a summer getaway and are the perfect hosts. Only reason for not giving them a perfect score would be to have it all for ourselves :-)

Lovely place, the pictures don’t do justice to the spectacular views and grounds. The view from the pool over the hills and mountains is incredible. We loved the location but it won’t suit everyone, it’s quite remote and we would definitely recommend some sort of 4 x 4 or SUV when hiring a car as the road leading up to it gets very bumpy and to get to the top of the mountain and appreciate the countryside it’s better to have a more capable vehicle.

Nice welcome by hosts Patrizia and Carlo. Very useful tips on what to do and where to eat in the folder in the house. The holiday home is located on enclosed private property (fence with its own remote control), spacious space for car and sunbathing on the lawn.

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!

We were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Sabrina's house - the perfect place to really unwind. The kitchen is super equipped, we grilled, baked pizza and cooked a lot of good food - it was wonderful! The beds are very comfortable and the house was very well maintained overall - you can feel how much love Sabrina puts into it, that's really nice. Thanks Sabrina for your hospitality! We stayed with our family 7 nights in this nice house. Our 2 sons each had their own spacious bedroom and shared a bathroom together. My husband & I had our own bathroom. The house is very large, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The private garden with swimming pool is a real treat! From the house we visited many interesting places in the region and everything can be reached with about 1 hour drive: La Spezia, beach at La Spezia, surf beach at Levante, Cinque Terre, Carrassa, Pisa, Lucca and the NP Alpi Apuano. There are several restaurants in the nearby villages. The host is very welcoming and friendly. We received a homemade cake upon arrival! And she gave useful tips. Our vacation at this place was great! We highly recommend this lovely holiday home!

Relaxing, peaceful environment with lovely terrace overlooking nearby hills. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming and provided us with tasty home-made biscuits on our arrival and a variety of vegetables and fresh eggs throughout our week’s stay. There are several good walks nearby and La Spezia is a short drive away, from where you can get a train or ferry to the Cinque Terre villages with more great walks. Coming back to the pool for a swim at the end of the day was a treat! The property is comfortable and homely without being snazzy and for the price is good value.
