Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Province of La Spezia

Dalina's place is well-located near the station and bars/restaurants, and is well kitted out with soap, kitchen utensils & condiments. It worked well for us for a one night stay en route from the cinque terre!

We stayed with Alessandro and his beautiful wife Valentina for 7 days. I can only say one thing - it was wonderful! The cleanest villa, all amenities, the yard is just perfect - you can immediately feel the owner's hand! A gorgeous view of the mountains, a pharmacy, supermarket, pizzeria and bars are in the immediate vicinity. We were with an English bulldog, just so you know - the dog had access everywhere, it was greeted with gifts, treats and a bed) Large kitchen studio, spacious bedroom - with decorative elements, beautiful cabinet, everything is thought out to the smallest detail - very cozy and homey. We were very pleased and I can safely recommend visiting the villa to my friends and acquaintances! Thank you very much to the hosts for the warm welcome and well-organized life!♥️

We enjoyed a relaxing week in this nice and well equipped apartment. Nicely situated at the marina of Fezzano, a normal little village. The view out of the window was pretty: marina, gulf in the background. Thank you very much, Clemente! A la prossima!

We had a wonderful time at this accommodation — Marina is truly a great host. She responded quickly to all our questions and also gave us tips about local attractions. The house is very well located, and the small village is also very pleasant and tidy. The accommodation is well-equipped, spacious enough, and comfortable. Cinque Terre is about a 25-minute drive away, but everything else is also easily accessible. It's worth trying the restaurants in the village — we weren’t disappointed in any of them and had dinner there several times. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

It’s not the first time we stay at Renata’s place! Like always everything was fine, clean and functional. The communication with Renata is clear and easy. We will for sure come back again! Super recommended!

Excellent accommodation, spacious, very clean and in a quiet area, very convenient to the center and the beach within walking distance in a few minutes. Another strong point is the free parking inside the condominium, because otherwise it would have been really difficult to find one in this season

Impeccable accommodation as a photo and description, close to the main attractions of the area (Gulf of Poets and Versilia), Sea of Lerici 2 minutes by car. Host always available and very kind. Recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay at SESA Home! The place is absolutely charming and nestled in beautiful natural surroundings. Nicola and Adele are exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and always responsive. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting their ceramic workshop, where we had the chance to meet their incredibly friendly and talented team. The private parking spot in Monterosso was a huge bonus—so convenient in a small and often crowded town, and it made exploring the area much easier. Staying at SESA Home gave us the perfect place to relax and recharge after hiking and visiting the stunning villages of the Cinque Terre. We highly recommend it and would gladly return!

We had a lovely stay at Piergiogio's and his wife's. We were very well received and Piergiorgio even picked us up when we arrived. The house is quiet, the greenery, the small pool for children, shaded spaces in the garden... A attentive welcome and good advice when we arrive. Thank you for your hospitality! Great, clean house. Better than the pictures. Cosy garden where we spend most of the time. Spacious and good quality furniture and bathroom/kitchen. Would recommend highly. Had a great time. Located in a tranquil neighborhood close to the city centre. Car recommended

“Emma’s Place” is such an adorable spot! It is definitely a little bit off the beaten path, but that’s part of why we chose to stay here! We loved having a peaceful getaway after being in the busy Cinque Terre. It is still a drive-able location to popular areas. Gianna, the host, also provided a long list of local recommendations of things to do and places to see. Along with helpful traveling tips. It was also extremely clean and well kept. She also provided some items to make a delicious breakfast for the stay!

Roberto's house was lovely. Spacious, authentic and very nice. The view from the terrace, where you feel very cozy and comfortable during the day as well as in the evening, is breathtaking. You need a car, but if you have it you can visit so much in the neighborhood other than very good beach by the sea that it is definitely worth coming by car. Roberto is very nice and accommodating. We were very happy to meet him in his hospitality.

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

The stay in the detached house, which is completely fenced, was a wonderful time for us, my wife and daughter and our two dogs. Despite the fact that we arrived from Germany shortly before midnight due to the many traffic jams, the check-in and the welcome by Nicos Elzern was very warm and friendly - good instruction - the house has everything you need and a great view far over the TaL and the incredibly beautiful landscape - we had beautiful places with a view and a grill in the garden - wonderful to sit there in the evening and watch the sunset on the horizon - we could discover new beautiful places inland and on the coast, which is only about 20 minutes away, every day and look forward to our holiday idyll in the evening. To the house it is from the valley about a distance of 8 km which is partly quite steep and very curvy - all in all we carry with us the idea to come back next year Thank you Nico and parents

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Laura's apartment is as in the Photos, cozy, clean and recently renovated , located about a 15-minute walk from the station... Laura was immediately kind and helpful, everything was perfect from check-in to departure.

I went to Luciana's a few weeks ago with my dog... comfortable apartment equipped with all comforts, including bathrobes and slippers for the house... also great space for lunch or just to sit down for a chat! She was really helpful and kind... then thank you also for the convenience of basic comforts and for the directions to the neighboring places to visit... it was a great "escape" from the city and the hustle, to be repeated for sure

It was a lovely place! The house was clean and tidy. Having a private patking area was a game changer. It has a balcony with a spectacular view. The house is located in the center of the town. You can reach beaches by 5 minutes walking. There are delicious restaurants nearby. We had a boat trip to Cinque Terre and the port is also close walking distance to the house. Overall that was a fantastic stay and I strongly recommend this place to everyone!

Cozy apartment, even prettier and brighter than in photos. Note, TV and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room! Fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine... with tablets provided), Nespresso coffee machine... Close to the train station (5 min walk and less than 10 min from the city center), ideal after a long day of walking in the Cinque Terre. Small accuracy, simple ticket or flat rate for the train very easy to buy at the automatic ticket office or at the ticket office! Small +, private parking space ok for SUVs and possibility to unload suitcases right outside the entrance of the apartment 👌 As for the welcome of Barbara who speaks French:-), it is most warm and the communication is great! Thank you very much. Finally, our favorite address in Levanto - Pizzeria "La Picéa" (2019 world champion) (reservation required)

We were late and were only there very late. The host waited for us and we were warmly welcomed. The apartment was very clean! The area is very quiet and great for relaxing!
