Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of La Spezia

This accommodation is highly recommended! Spacious house with an amazing garden! All amenities are available. Children could play wonderfully in the garden, pool or stream behind the house! Absolutely recommended. Host Clara is very nice, communicates nicely and helps you on all sides. For example, we got fresh vegetables from her own garden several times and when we asked about a good restaurant, she called some of her own to book something for us. There is not much to do in the nearby area, so you do have to go by car to visit things. Only small downside is the fact that you can't get to the accommodation by car and therefore have to lift about 200 meters with your luggage over a somewhat steep path. All in all, a very nice accommodation and definitely recommended!

We were two families with a total of 5 small children. The terrace, which can be locked, is great for the children to play alone for a moment. The accommodation is great for several parties, as the rooms are all distributed and all have their own bathroom. Tim and his mother were always very polite and helpful when we needed something.

Our group of friends (9 people) spent a week at this beautiful house. The house more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, superbly equipped and offers plenty of space. Our highlight was the pool, which is very large and clean. Rolf and Livia are very likable and available at any time. We would always come back!

Our time at Casa Torrento will always be unforgettable: The beautiful location, hidden between olive and fig trees, the wonderful pools, the cool evenings and great starry skies. Plus the warm and helpful manner of host Loris, whose tiramisu was absolutely world class.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Gorgeous pool (cold in May, but once we were in, it was great!) Great location, so peaceful. We drove into La Spezia because train strikes made the local station impractical, otherwise it would have been very handy. The cinque terre are really stunning. We also did a sunset cruise from La Spezia which was excellent. Fabios restaurant is 2 mins away - sadly we didn’t have time to go - next time! Initially we thought the house was a.little damp (the weather had been bad) but once we put the air con on heating this improved in no time ✅. (The listing suggests the apartment doesn’t have heating - it does. Plus very good air con when the weather improved!) Fabio and Simona were there when we asked a question and otherwise unobtrusive which was great. Basic kitchen facilities and equipment, but enough - we would go back!

The location is super quiet and invites you to relax. You are completely alone without direct neighbors. The view was beautiful, partly mountains partly sea view. The owners Paolo and Rosy were very friendly and pleasant. There is enough space for the dog on the property and everything is completely fenced so that you can also let it run around freely without being afraid that it will escape. Since the location is quite centrally located, we were able to make a daily trip, e.g. Pisa, Florence, Genoa, Portofino, etc. Shopping opportunities and everything for everyday needs are available in the area. All in all, a successful vacation. Getting to the building is a bit difficult as it is quite zigzack steeply uphill and the last 50 meters are not asphalted, i.e. everything from uneven pebbles for lowered vehicles is not recommended.

A super nice stay in Malgrate. The apartment and garden were sparkling clean and exactly as described. Great and well-maintained pool with a view. Alessandro was a great host - very friendly and not intrusive.

Everything went smoothly for this stay! Ilaria took great care with us to prepare for our arrival, with the crib we had asked for, full of tips and recommendations to enjoy our stay, a great welcome. The space was perfectly aligned with the description and what we were paying attention to. It is a great solution for people wishing to visit the area by car. Reserved space, closed parking, the place was super quiet, nice. We would recommend it without hesitation! Thank you for everything Ilaria!

We had a wonderful family stay at Christina and her husband's place. The house is very beautiful, tastefully decorated, very clean. It felt like home. It is a small haven of peace in the hinterland of the Five Earths. The garden and pool are splendid, overlooking the valley. Finally, the welcome was extremely warm and we had a lot of fun meeting and chatting with our hosts. A big thank you it was perfect to start the holidays.

For those looking for a quiet and complete apartment, Rita's apartment is super recommended. We stayed for 5 nights without ever hearing any noise or disturbing noises. Great terrace overlooking the pool used several times for dinner in complete tranquility.

The apartment has a wonderful view. The pool could refresh us in the summer heat. In the evening, fireflies flew around the house. Luciano and his wife were always helpful during our stay. Overall, it was a very nice stay that we enjoyed to the fullest.

We spent 5 nights at Assunta's. The house immerses you directly in the Italian atmosphere it is very atypical and pleasant. We were 5 adults and 2 babies aged 1 and 2 and were very comfortable in this large house. Assunta and her son are available and very responsive. The train station is only 7min drive (free parking) to get to the spezia central station then 15 min by train to the Cinque Terre which is great and fast. Regarding the equipment of the house, it would just be missing a sofa and a microwave otherwise it is very well-equipped. i thank Assunta and her son for this beautiful stay.

Excellent villa for the price! If you’re looking for someplace quiet to unwind and relax, this is it. We especially enjoyed the pool (in the morning & afternoon) and patio (in the evening!). Be mindful, though, that the journey up can be…daunting. Suggest renting a small car!
