La maison est entièrement équipée et offre un grand confort. C’est un endroit très calme, parfait pour se reposer. Il y a une petite chienne adorable qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons visité les Cinque Terre en laissant la voiture à La Spezia (à environ 30 minutes), et nous sommes également allés à Pise (1h15). L’emplacement est donc très bien situé pour découvrir la région

Die Kommunikation mit Paolo war super! Das Haus war toll und die Aussicht atemberaubend schön. Unsere Hunde fühlten sich im gepflegtem einfezäuntem Garten sehr wohl.

Unser Urlaub war super schön. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Der Grundstück ist sehr groß und somit super für eine größere Gruppe. Die Kommunikation mit Luciano war super und unkompliziert. 🌞

We stayed at the house as a group of seven and had a great time! The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a big group. We really appreciated that we could bring our own pool, which made the experience even better. Do keep in mind, though, that you’ll need a car to get around. The location is a bit out of the way, but that’s also what makes it so peaceful. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in der kleine Villa! Trotz des offentliches Parkplatzes hat man hier seine Privatsphäre und kann sich sehe gut ins Grüne zurück ziehen. Die beiden Terassen laden zu verweilen ein. Die Außendusche ist sehr praktisch (allerdings nur kalt). Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die kleine Badezimmer ist ein wenig unpraktisch, vor allem weil es einen Festen Rainshower hat und die Dusche sehr eng an der Toilette ist. Die Abwasserleitung hat oft etwas gemüffelt, es gibt einen integrieren Lüfter und Raumspray steht bereit. Das Schlafzimmer ist klein aber fein, Alles ist sehr sauber und die Matratze ist bequem, was in Italien nicht üblich ist. Man hat auch genügend zusätzliche Decken und Kissen. In der Nacht hört man Geräusche von der Hauskzentrale, bei einem leichten Schlaf kann das nervig sein. Im Ober- und Untergeschoss gibt es jeweils eine Klimaanlage die sehr gut funktionieren. Die Gastgeber sind seeehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Ho viaggiato da sola con i mei cani. La casa è spaziosa, pulita, con un bel bagno nuovo adatto anche ai disabili, TV in camera e wi-fi. Manca solo il microonde 😅. Consiglio soprattutto a chi viaggia con gli amici a 4 zampe. Il giardino è grande, ben tenuto e completamente recintato. Host gentile e disponibile

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans la maison. La vue sur la mer et la baie de Levanto est incroyable. Tout ça, dans un endroit très calme. Bref, un endroit idéal pour profiter de la dolce vita.

Dilletta was a very polite and responsive host. As a family of 4 adults and 2 children, We felt the home was very accommodating. The 2 children each had a nice size bedroom. The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. Because we had been traveling we were able to wash a few clothes and hang them to dry outside on a spacious clothes line. I only have 2 constructive suggestions, providing a portable fan in each bedroom would help w/ the doors being open and keeping flying insects out. The second suggestion is to weed the front garden area. The trees and flowers were beautiful and some weeds were starting to take over. All and all we would recommend staying here again. Serene’s place is stunning. Our two families thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house. Plenty of space for 8 of us in the main house and annex. We ate on the shaded terrace and at the big round garden table. A highlight was making our own pizza in the wood burning pizza oven, fun was also has playing table tennis and table football. We loved the pool with its magnificent views and were grateful for the shade and comfortable seating around the poolside. Loris took great care of us, gave recommendations and even made us a delicious tiramisu! Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this house or Airbnb host more! The house was beautiful and the views in front of the home were amazing. It was so easy to walk to restaurants, shops and historical locations. Also, there was a lovely playground close by for my little ones. I honestly fell in love with Porto Venere and wish we had planned to stay longer! Also, Carlo was incredibly helpful who provided a wealth of information which we used to guide our trip. We definitely want to plan to go back.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist mit Sicherheit, das schönste, das wir je gemietet haben. Die Aussicht und der Garten sind wunderbar. Bei der Einrichtung wurde auf jedes Detail geachtet und nichts fehlt. Man kann eigentlich den ganzen Tag im Haus mit Schwimmen, Tennis und Tischtennis spielen verbringen. Darüber hinaus sind aber Strand und Dorf auch sehr hübsch und dank dem Tiefgaragenplatz im Dorf spart man sich die Parkplatzsuche. Gianmarco und Marta sind immer erreichbar und helfen sofort. Besser geht es nicht - wir kommen sicher wieder!

Zeer fijne vakantie gehad bij Doris,zeer behulpzaam en onmiddellijk bereikbaar als er een probleem zich voordoet.Het uitzicht is er gewoon prachtig,heel mooie locatie,mooie tuin en heel mooi zwembad met een uitzicht die betoverend is. Enige minpunt vonden wij is de weg door het bos die je door moet om het huis te bereiken,die is niet zo eenvoudig om te doen zeker niet als je een auto hebt die laag bij de grond is,de weg is vrij hobbelig. Rosarita en Allesandro zorgen er te plekke voor dat alles in orde is en zijn zeer behulpzaam.Wij hadden het er zeker naar ons zin!

Das Haus hat mehrere Terrassen mit sensationellem Blick, neu gebaut und schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und das Haus ist beheizbar.

J’ai passé un INCROYABLE séjours dans la villa. Les photos sont à la hauteur de la réalité, voir bien mieux encore ! La villa est parfaitement équipée, elle est décorée avec énormément de goût. Parfait du début à la fin !! Nous étions si bien installés, que nous ne sommes à peine sorti pour visiter les alentours. J’espère pouvoir revenir l’été prochain. Merci à Mariana et Sarah pour leur accueil. Je recommande à 1000%

Fijne ontvangst door hosts Patrizia en Carlo. Erg nuttige tips over wat te doen en waar te eten in map in de woning. De vakantiewoning ligt op afgesloten eigen terrein (hek met eigen afstandsbediening), ruim plaats voor auto en zonnen op het gazon.

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!

Wir durften einen wundervollen Urlaub in Sabrinas Haus genießen - der perfekte Ort um richtig abzuschalten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, wir haben gegrillt, Pizza gebacken und viel gut gekocht - es war herrlich! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Haus war insgesamt sehr gepflegt - man spürt wie viel Liebe Sabrina hinrin steckt, das ist wirklich schön. Danke Sabrina für Deine Gastfreundschaft! Wij verbleven met ons gezin 7 nachten in dit fijne huis. Onze 2 zonen hadden ieder hun eigen ruime slaapkamer en deelden samen een badkamer. Mijn man & ik hadden onze eigen badkamer. Het huis is zeer groot, zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De besloten tuin met zwembad is echt een cadeautje! Vanuit het huis bezochten wij veel interessante plekken in de regio en alles is met ca 1 uur autorit te bereiken: La Spezia, strand bij La Spezia, surfstrand bij Levante, Cinque Terre, Carrassa, Pisa, Lucca en het NP Alpi Apuano. In de nabij liggende dorpen zijn diverse restaurants. De host is zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Wij kregen bij aankomst een zelfgebakken taart! En zij gaf handige tips. Onze vakantie op deze plek was top! We raden dit fijne vakantiehuis van harte aan!

Nous avons été accueilli par Roberto et Loredana dans ce petit paradis au calme. L’extérieur est époustouflant, au milieu de la végétation luxuriante, entouré de chants d’oiseaux et de cigales,un pur bonheur . La maison est grande et très bien aménagée. Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de bain ce qui est très agréable. Le lieu est très propre et fonctionnel. La grande terrasse au frais est un enchantement durant les fortes chaleurs . La piscine est très agréable et se trouve entouré de nature verdoyante. Roberto et Loredana sont très présents en cas de besoin , ils se sont montrés d’une grande gentillesse, toujours avec le sourire . Ils savent aussi être discrets pour ne pas perturber notre séjour. Loredana nous a gâté régulièrement avec des petites spécialités culinaires locales . Ils sont vraiment adorables et attachants. Je ne peux que vous recommander de séjourner dans un endroit magique, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Un grand merci
