I spent a beautiful week relaxing in complete relaxation. Adriana is an exceptional Host, always available and attentive to the needs of guests and allows you great freedom of movement. As a vegetarian, she was always thoughtful in making me great breakfasts according to my tastes. Her villa is simply delicious, cozy, warm and solar. The house exhibits on all the cardinal points and is surrounded by the garden with relaxing spaces, chairs and tables, both in the sun and in the shade depending on what you prefer during the hours of the day. Just ten minutes by car you can reach the beach of Cervia and Pinarella di Cervia. Adriana is also a great conversationalist, with her I have had beautiful cultural exchanges on various topics, she also offers you a good library where you can find interesting books to read. You can't compete with the location of this apartment. In the middle of everything, within walking distance, 20 restaurants in less than 200m. Unbeatable. Obviously, this means that reaching it by car is complicated, because it is in the middle of the pedestrian area, the nearest parking lot is 50m away. The apartment is well cared for, very clean, the living area is spacious even if not very bright, the rooms and mattresses are comfortable, the terrace is spectacular - small, private, really a gem!! Fast internet, air conditioning everywhere, and the value for money left us very happy with the choice of Debora's apartment. Highly recommended.

Very clean, tidy and well-organized apartment, a few minutes from Forlì station. Quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxing. The house was also well automated in terms of technology and accessories, making everything very practical and modern. The host was super kind, helpful and always attentive to our needs. We had a great time in the apartment It had everything you needed and was well stocked The only downside is the parking, which, although available, is very popular due to its proximity to the center. At certain times, it can be difficult to find a spot, and a couple of times I had to park my car in paid parking lots. However, taking this into account, it is a very good location for everything! Giovanna's place for me was a small escape from everyday life, surrounded by greenery in a quiet area from which you can then reach the sea, the pine forest, the Butterfly House and much more! She and her dad were very kind, every time I wrote a message, Giovanna was ready to respond! I knew the kitchen was missing and so it wasn't a problem, there was a small pantry, a nice room and a bright bathroom! Recommended!

We stayed with our dog at the property of Attilio and his wife and had a great time. They were very helpful with our requests. In the apartment we found everything you need for breakfast. Attilio also brought us the brioches in the morning, which was unexpected and really super appreciated. And one night he surprised us with a dessert!! Clean and comfortable apartment. near the main trails of the Sasso Simone and Simoncello Park and the area of Mount Carpegna. You can also walk to the village center of Carpegna!! We recommend it to everyone!

I don't even know where to start - we came to Rimini for a competition and were looking for the perfect Airbnb: clean, centrally located and yet quiet, so that we could relax well at night. And we really hit the jackpot! The apartment was spotless, the beds super comfortable, and thanks to the shutters you could completely darken the room - ideal for us athletes to get a restful sleep. The absolute highlight was the roof terrace: beautiful, lovingly designed with plants, you immediately feel at home. Chicca & Luca were incredibly likeable, warm and you can tell right away: they have their heart in the right place! I can only recommend the apartment and the hosts with all my heart. If we come to Rimini for a competition again, we already know where we will stay!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

The owners live next to the house but the location guarantees privacy and tranquility. Both hosts were very kind, friendly, and helpful.
