Basically a great place to stay. We felt comfortable and would come back. Unfortunately, the heating could not be put into operation because it is probably controlled centrally by the location. We had two cold days during our week, so it was uncomfortable in the apartment. But we were helped with extra blankets. For our bikes there was a video-proof space in the underground parking.

We were very satisfied with the apartment and especially the location of the apartment. 5 minutes from the beach, free parking nearby, otherwise few minutes away parking for 2 euros a day. The apartment is located to the main street with great food options, but still a little private because it is located in a kind of backyard. Alessandro was easily accessible and was able to give good recommendations, check in and check out totally easy with code. Everything you need for your vacation. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi signal is weak because you share it and you can't operate several household appliances at the same time (e.g. washing machine and stove).

Beautiful villa with Jacuzzi, magnificent experience, clean, tidy, tastefully furnished, underfloor heating, large and luxurious shower, impeccable kitchen, comfortable and very clean beds. We were in good hands with Frederica. The apartment was sparkling clean and the location was excellent. We slept very well and felt completely comfortable. Particularly helpful was the folder with all the important information and recommendations for restaurants. These little details made our stay even more enjoyable. Marco greeted us with a bottle of wine and a bottle of fabulous oil! We were impressed by the excellent basic assortment of the house: detergents for cleaning the house and for the washing machine, coffee, salt, oil, breakfast cookies... products that are usually not included, in addition to the fresh water in the refrigerator... these are the details that make a difference! We had a great time, comfortable services and sea, many tips provided by Marco on restaurants and shops in the area and of course as a great plus the parking space. We recommend Marco's apartment and hope to come back again next year!

New home a few dozen meters away from the beach. Clean with private and gated parking. We only stayed one night because it was a simple resting stop for us but we could have stayed there for several days without any worries. Perfect accommodation.

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were, very pleased and would come back.

Ravenna and San Marino were our destinations between 40 and 50 minutes away. But we also had an afternoon by the sea that is very close to the apartment. Professional, friendly and proactive hosts if needed. Spacious apartment (3 adults and 4 children) with everything you need for a serene vacation. Delightful outdoor garden. The pickled furniture of the entrance and staircase was beautiful and special, I always paused to observe them. We never used the car. Small but active village, tailored to families. We were able to access the apartment before the indicated time and they allowed us to leave the car in the shaded parking lot even the entire day of departure, resolving the typical parking problem of San Mauro. Thanks for a nice vacation!

Apartment equipped with every comfort very close to the beach. We had a good time. He didn't make us regret the hotels we usually used to attend in the area. We stayed with 2 small children and they had fun and felt right at home. Clean apartment with modern and fully functioning appliances

We were very satisfied with the care with which the apartment was kept, the cleanliness and the kindness and availability of Host Sonia. Very nice and equipped with all the comforts, there was really nothing missing. The location is also very convenient to reach the sea and the avenue. Much less comfortable garage, narrow, but above all with manoeuvre space surrounded by 2 columns, it requires patience and many maneuvers. As mentioned, the apartment is very nice, not the rest of the building, but it's not a big deal. The price is high, compared to other places we've been.
