Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Ancona

This accommodation is a little paradise, with a great welcome from Giordano, Massimo's dad, who gave us good tips for visits and offered good wine. We had what we needed for breakfast. Too bad, we didn't meet Massimo because we were away during his visit. Very nice house, well-equipped, good bedding, and great panorama.

When you open the shutters in the morning and look over the hills, see the sun rise and set… wonderful. A fantastic country house with possibilities to eat for hours under the lights. There is no quick swimming competition in the pool,😉 but it functions for the necessary cooling. The reception was very warm and in the house you will not be short of anything. Thank you for letting us stay in your family home on the hill.

The host is a very friendly and helpful person. The house exceeded our expectations. The structure is new and with large windows. Everything was very clean. The anti-bathroom is also convenient. Spacious rooms. We had a great night's sleep, it's a quiet and peaceful place. There is a large garden that the children really appreciated and is equipped with lounge chairs and coffee table and very well cared for. As for the location, it's just a few minutes from downtown. We will definitely be back. Great value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The apartment is very spacious, it has more rooms, the kitchen complete with everything you need. There is also a washing machine (I didn't use it). Mattia was very kind and helpful, "self check-in" was very convenient! The apartment is on a residential street, not far from a shopping center.

it's an amazing place for people with kids, the play garden for the kids is simply great.Its also very near to the beaches but away from the hustle and bustle.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

Great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was such a relief to have paid parking available on-site, which made everything super convenient. Raffaelle was incredibly responsive and friendly, quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Super nice little flat with lovely outside space. A stone throw away from the beach. Just perfect. The place was squeaky clean. Fransceco and Elisa were very welcoming and gave us lots of tips on best places to go to. Highly recommended :)

Great experience. Spacious place, clean in every detail. Brand new kitchen with every accessory, spacious bathroom, equally large room. Two large terraces with a sea view. Reserved parking space in the condominium space closed by a remote control gate.

Very nice apartment with terrace overlooking the sea. A little far from amenities if you don't have a car, but there is a way to walk to a bus or train. Benedetta was a very good host: responds quickly and recommended restaurants nearby.

On our way to Puglia, we stopped at Luca and Laura's place on the way back and forth. The 2 apartments we occupied were both impeccably clean and very well equipped. Luca and Laura are outstanding hosts for their attention and availability. I would 100% recommend!

Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. The communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really to be recommended for any stay in the area. Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

Mehran is a super generous and welcoming guy. He goes out of his way to receive you in person, picked me up with his car several times and made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is more than comfortable, has everything you need for a short term stay, spacious, and close to several bus stops that link to the city center. I stayed here twice and I will stay again in the future. I highly recommend !!!

Very nice, modern and well equipped apartment with a great roof terrace with sea view where we were allowed to have a nice holiday. Andrea is a very nice host who is always very easily accessible. We fully recommend the accommodation and will definitely be back.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Self check-in is very simple to use. Alessandro was very quick to give me advice when I had questions about the city. I'd love to go back! Just a three-minute walk from the apartment is the incredible La DegOsteria restaurant. If you book a little in advance, you can have a table on the terrace. The wine list is on par with the quality of the cuisine, which is already very high!

Thank you Giovanni for the beautiful flat! We truly enjoyed our time in Numana and the apartment was extremely peaceful with a beautiful view and location (both beach and small town is extremely close). Thanks a lot!
