Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this listing

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is beautiful and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the road, which is quite busy, but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very pleasant, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even if his English is basic. He was very flexible with arrival and departure times.

Relaxation oasis on Olympus A large, historic stone house surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna laid out on three levels with olive groves and many enchanted seating to marvel and dream. The house has a lot of space, high quality furnishings and tastefully decorated. It surprises with numerous niches, old doors, steps, and stunning views. It is absolutely quiet here and you can stroll through the house and garden, enjoy the wide view over the hilly landscape and the picturesque backdrops of Mondavio and Orciano and always discover new perspectives. The house and garden give a feeling of space, silence, seclusion in harmony with nature. There are nasty lizards, a hoopard, sparrows, and fireflies. The kitchen is very well equipped with many,glasses, crockery, pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The owners generously share everything.

We stayed 8 nights at Elio's house with our 5 and 3 year old children and it was a wonderful experience! The house has very large and bright rooms, furnished with everything you need, and the garden offers a view of the surrounding hills and priceless peace! Even better than in the photos! We used the house as a base to visit practically the entire region and it is also very close to the sea. There is a well-stocked bakery and supermarket nearby. Elio was very kind, always available and ready to provide advice on the area. Upon our arrival, he also welcomed us with a nice basket of excellent cherries! Really super recommended, especially for families with children, who can enjoy this wonderful garden!

It has been a beautiful space! If you want to find peace in beautiful nature, this is the place to be. Irene is a wonderful host and has furnished the farm with attention to detail. It's just perfect, we felt incredibly comfortable♥️ and would come back anytime. Anyone with an eye for detail can see that everything has been taken care of here. Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

Enrico's apartment is beautiful. It is very clean and very well furnished. You can have a wonderful time on the roof terrace and on the two other balconies with sea views. We felt very comfortable with Enrico! Enrico is a great host. He is very friendly, always available and very attentive to his guests! We also got along very well with Enrico privately! For those who know the Marche region and know how to get around, Alexandra's home is the ideal place to stay, just a stone's throw from everything. Private parking and terrace to be fully enjoyed for dinners and barbecues with friends.

Lovely stay!!!! The farm is a very quiet area surrounded by greenery, the pool is very clean and very large with sun loungers always available. The apartment was equipped with every comfort including air conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows!! When we arrived, we found a bottle of wine in the fridge and something for breakfast. Super hospitable, friendly and helpful hosts. They offered us an excellent tasting of their delicious wines! There are many common spaces that have made the stay even more enjoyable, such as an outdoor lunch on the veranda. What can I say... highly recommended farm!!!! See you soon!!

The location is one of the main highlights of this apartment. Being halfway between the sea and the mountain offers the best of both worlds. In the morning, you can wake up early and quickly reach the beaches or mountains. The apartment is located in a traditional tavern, which gives a warm and inviting atmosphere. On every occasion when I needed assistance or clarification, the host was promptly available and ready to help me, with valuable advice about the area and activities. I highly recommend this tavern apartment to anyone looking for a versatile and restorative vacation.

Staying in the refuge was very pleasant, the hosts are really thoughtful and welcoming and the refuge is very well maintained as well as being a great starting point for hiking in the surrounding nature. Spectacular place! If you are looking for a location surrounded by nature, with ideal spaces for 10 people, this place is ideal! We spent 4 days in a company of friends, between walks and a few drinks in chill and we had a great time. Enrico and Giuseppina were super helpful and ready to advise us

We had a great time at Battista's place. Battista was very flexible and accommodating in every way. The house is clean and charming, very well equipped and located in an Incredible environment. Only bemol on our side, the need to have a car to move to the points of interest and go to the restaurant. We will advise on this place to friends and hope to come back someday.
