Your safety is my first concern. Cleaning and disinfection of bed linen and towels follows the Anti-Covid 19 regulations. I will leave bed linen and towels packed so you can make the bed yourself. I can share data sheet of products used to clean. The terrace which can be shielded from the sun in order for you to have breakfast and lunch outside. There are two separate bedrooms (one king sized) and a smaller one. We renovated the bathroom, windows and doors. There are free car parking spaces.

The house, NOT SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS, is located in a small town called Vissani, 2 and 1/2 km from the village (Montecassiano) in the middle of the countryside. You can only arrive by car, there is no public transport. I accept the minimum booking of two (2) people and two (2) days, maximum twenty (20) days. I speak Italian and I speak Spanish I greet my guests in advance! I greet you very cordially and look forward to your stay!

This apartment is a gem, small but delicious (approx. 70sqm). 50 steps to the beach! Large garden, spacious veranda with table and deck chairs for eating out and relaxing outdoors. The apartment is laid out on two floors, under living area and above sleeping area with bathroom. The kitchen and living room are bright and well equipped, the space has been used expertly and functionally. The sleeping area consists of a double room with a small walk-in closet and bathroom.
