Running in Apuane is the most beautiful thing there is, having such a comfortable support and close to these beautiful mountains is really useful and comfortable. If I need it again, I know where to go back !

We had an amazing time at this lovely rural location. House was well equipped, clean and inviting. Garden, surroundings and pool were beautifully maintained and really peaceful. Host was amazing, very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Lots of great suggestions for restaurants, things to do and places to visit. He also gave us some fresh home grown produce from the garden. Outstanding views from the patio and dining area. Overall we had a really relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable holiday and would definitely recommend this location to any future visitors.

Anja’s place is really a little paradise! If you want to disconnect from everyday’s rush this is the place you want to be. The view is breathtaking and the nights quiet with only nature as your soundtrack. Anja responded very fast to our questions and was always ready to help us out when needed. We definitely recommend this place but be aware that you will stay in a very remote area, no city luxury over here just pure Tuscan mountain nature! Not to miss is an amazing restaurant called Vivi Verde Bistro at a 10min drive in the mountain village Vergemoli. All thumbs up for Casa S. Martino ❤️

Don’t hesitate - book!! We had a wonderful stay here. The house is a gorgeous mix of old and new - simple and modern at the same time. The kitchen has everything you need, all rooms have A/C (but we didn’t need it even in August because the house stayed nice and cool). We spent many hours in the pool and enjoying the ping pong, tennis, basketball, foosball, fire pit etc. Lots of fun to be had! The views are amazing. If you can muster it, I highly recommend waking up before 6am, sitting by the pool and taking in the sunrise while drinking your coffee. The hosts are terrific - super helpful and generous!!
