Apartment holiday rentals in Procida

Wir waren zu viert für vier Tage da und sehr glücklich mit der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Dachterasse mit Meerblick, Außendusche, Grill, Sonnenliegen und Essentische hat uns gut gefallen. Beachten sollte man jedoch, dass die Anfahrt durch kleine Straßen führt und die Parkplätze eher eng sind. Man kann also schwer mit einem großen Auto anreisen. Alles in allem absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Le logement de Dora est très spacieux et nous avons vraiment apprécié. il est situé au milieu de l'île. Dora a bien répondu, et rapidement, à toutes nos questions. Séjour très agréable sur cette île magnifique avec ses plages paradisiaques.

Filippo and Simona were absolutely lovely! Their apartment was really large and comfortable. The location was private and secure and within a stone’s throw of the water. We spent two evenings on the harbor watching boats come and go with Mt. Vesuvius as the backdrop! It was remarkable! Thank you to our hosts — they were awesome and so was the apartment!

The apartment is even more beautiful than photos/description, with gorgeous views of the sea from balcony & kitchen. Filomena gave extensive instructions & great advice for restaurants and activities around the island. Flexible & helpful for checking in, arranged for taxi from ferry port. Also supplies ebike as well, very convenient. Looking forward to return - recommend wholeheartedly!

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience. La struttura è accogliente e pulita. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è Benedetta: simpatica, disponibile e sempre pronta a dare consigli utili su cosa fare nei dintorni. Ti fa sentire come a casa. Super consigliato, tornerò sicuramente!

It’s hard to find somewhere more ideal to stay for a seaside holiday on an island . Michele ( and Rosa’s) place if in the perfect location, a stones throw from the beach, bars and restaurants and the water taxis to drop you off at unique locations for exploring and eating . The apartment has everything you need inviting a sweet balcony looking straight out to the sea, to sit for a morning coffee or aperitif in the evening before heating out for dinner. Sant’Angelo is a beautiful place to visit on the island . Best of all, Rosabell is a highly responsive host with a wonderful personal touch. I’ve been travelling a lot in the past month and have been missing contact with locals due to digital check-ins. Rosa gave us brilliant insights and tips and generally made our trip a Ischia a pleasure.

Siamo stati meravigliosamente bene nell’appartamento di Cristina. Lei e suo marito Nicola sono stati host molto accoglienti e disponibili. L’appartamento è molto pulito e carino. Bellissimo lo spazio esterno, con una bellissima terrazza ombreggiata e ventilata con vista mare. Posizione ottima, vicina al bellissimo Sant Angelo. Torneremo sicuramente da Cristina e consiglio vivamente il suo appartamento.

Antonio is very responsive, he met us at the Piazza next to the unit and helped with luggage and check in late at night. Made recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. At departure day, he even called a taxi beforehand with the best rate to the train station. The apartment is at center of Centro Storico, it was safe, convenient, and a great area to stay in Naples.

Nous avons passé un agréable long séjour d’un mois chez Paola. Son appartement est confortable, agréable à vivre et parfaitement situé : à quelques mètres du lungomare et très bien desservi par les transports. Que dire de Paola et de son mari ? Toujours disponibles, chaleureux et prêts à aider à tout moment. Leur gentillesse a vraiment marqué notre séjour. Sans oublier la magnifique terrasse, un vrai plus ! Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

The apartment is located in the middle of the city centre of Naples, and therefore really convenient. Metro station Dante is within 5 minutes walking distance. The house is equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is great. The living room is spacious. I will definitely stay here again when coming to Naples!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Carlo was a really attentive host, and invited us to his apartment to sample an array of different limoncello drinks. He was very hospitable. The property is right in the heart of busy Naples, but it is located in a quiet courtyard which made it a peaceful venue at night, but very walkable to tons of sightseeing places in the daytime. We made some of our own meals, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. There are a couple of small grocery stores nearby to purchase supplies. After hiking in Cilento National Park for the preceding week, it was great to have a washer and drying-rack. Thank you, Carlo. We had a fabulous time at your delightful property.

Thank you for hosting us in your spacious brand new apartment with plenty of amenities. Can’t imagine we arrived on the same night where Naples had won the National league. It was crazy traffic coming in but you had nothing to do with it. Overall a great place and the patio was a bonus ☺️

Such a nice stay. And comfortable, well loved space with a great location close to everything. Antonio was friendly and helpful and reliable. My only concern was the bar downstairs was a little noisy at night (but not really a problem as we had earplugs). I’d recommend Antonio’s apartment and would be happy to stay there again if I returned to Naples!

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Ischia è stupenda va visitata almeno una volta nella vita. Siamo state benissimo a casa di Anna che è arredata con gusto e qualità. Anna è stata gentilissima e ci ha procurato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Grazie Anna per la tua disponibilità.

Ottima ospitalità, io e la mia compagnia ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie a Peppino, Rosa e il dolce cane Cesare, persone squisite e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, Peppino ci ha saputo indirizzare verso i migliori luoghi da visitare ed era disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta e soprattutto un ottima compagnia per una chiacchierata, ci ritornerei volentieri.

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien décoré et tout proche de l'embarcadère. Le seul bémol mais de taille, les gros ferries ont semble t'il changé de point d'ammarage, juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement, et sont restés moteurs tournant de 22H à 8H du matin, les deux nuits ou nous sommes restés, pas de chance. C'était de fait, très bruyant la nuit. Pour le rest rien à dire tout était parfait.

Lorenzo ci ha accolti nella sua dimora a braccia aperte. Arrivati ad Ischia, con netto anticipo rispetto all'orario di check-in, Lorenzo ha fatto il massimo, riuscendoci, per farci entrare con anticipo nell'alloggio, accompagnandoci con l'auto fino a quest'ultimo. La posizione della casa, che tra l'altro era ben pulita, ci ha permesso di muoverci senza l'utilizzo di mezzi, sia per arrivare sulle spiagge che al centro (il quale dista circa 5 minuti a piedi). Anche dopo il check-out, inoltre, ci è stato concesso di "depositare" le valige, in modo tale da girare ancora un po' l'isola prima di partire nuovamente.

Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Rubina ist unkompliziert und schnell. Sie hat sich mehrmals bei mir erkundigt, wie es mir geht und ob ich alles habe, was ich brauche, da sie mich wegen ihrer Arbeit nicht selbst empfangen konnte. Diese Aufgabe hat Veronika perfekt übernommen. Das Studio befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlegestelle des Tragflügelbootes, das von Neapel abfährt. Geschäfte und Restaurants in Forio sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Haupteingang und der Strand ist gleich nebenan. Am besten haben mir das hauseigene Thermalbad und die beiden Außenpools sowie die schöne Gartenanlage gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Ich werde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Rubina, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

L’appart était super ! Je recommande fortement ! Même s’il n’y a pas grand chose autour en revanche pour sortir nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Lovely apartment with a good sized balcony for sitting out in the evenings. very close to the centre of Forio and all the restaurants and very close to the beach. we had a great time there and the environment was peaceful, very much a place for relaxing. Filomena was very helpful and communicated with us from the day we booked and was very friendly. It was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a good stay. If we are returning to Ischia we would definitely stay again.
