Beach house holiday rentals in Procida

Fabulous! Michele’s apartment is perfect!! Walking distance to Forio, 5 mins walk for a small supermarket and local restaurants, 2 mins from small beach (via private walkway) and beach restaurant/bar and stunning views and sunsets. He couldn’t have been more helpful … somehow I’d mis-booked the dates and we arrived a day early but this was no problem for our host who sorted everything out very quickly. Lots of recommendations including sending us a taxi contact to book to take us from ferry to apartment, a contact for scooter hire, suggestions for a local gym for my son … When the weather got hotter he quickly offered us fans that made the air con even more effective. So helpful, nothing was a problem! Definitely recommend!!

Appartement qui donne sur une terrasse et une vue imprenable. Excellente communication avec Steffi, puis Christian qui gère l'arrivée et le séjour avec efficacité et franche sympathie. il a pu aussi nous recommander des adresses de restaurant, d'excursion bateaux et petits commerce. Excellente prestation. Je recommande ❤️

Ce que j'ai préféré par-dessus est l’emplacement de ce logement. Il y a une terrasse publique à quelque pas du logement. Vue sur l’île et petites barques colorées. C’était pittoresque. Nous pouvions être témoins du quotidien des gens. Rue très tranquille, mais avec tout ce qu’il faut à proximité. Viviana a toujours répondu rapidement à nos messages, ce qui est rassurant. Le logement est modeste, mais l’emplacement fabuleux. J’y retournerait!

L'alloggio è davvero molto confortevole, caratteristico ed ha risposto in pieno alle nostre aspettative. La terrazza che affaccia sul porticciolo della chiaiolella è davvero stupenda. La posizione è ottima con tutti i servizi a portata di mano ( spiaggia, fermata autobus, ristoranti, bar e supermercati). Andrea l'host si è dimostrato davvero una persona squisita, pronto sempre a rispondere alle nostre esigenze e a darci consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Siamo stati davvero molto bene.

The place is in a picture perfect location overlooking the harbour , surrounded by local restaurants , boutiques all easy walking distance . Water taxis on hand in the harbour to take you to beaches . The little mini market surprisingly well stocked and literally just 2 minutes walk around the corner ., The buses were easy ( if a little crowded ) to get around the island and very cheap . Just a bit of an uphill walk to get to the stop in ghe heat . Taxis very expensive otherwise ! The house was very clean and homely with lots of crockery and well stocked full size kitchen etc . The fridge was stocked with starter essentials ( milk , fruit , bread water , even a bottle of wine and homemade marmalade ). The bathrooms had full size bottles of shower gel and shampoo and plenty of towels ( including beach towels ) . Washing machine very useful so didn’t need to take lots of clothes . A real home from home , well thought out for guests ( even chess and playing cards ) . Amazing kind host

Had a great stay at Raffaele and Teresa’s lovely bungalow. It was a good size and had everything you need, it was very clean and very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the sea on the patio, which we loved. The bungalow was in a great location, close to the Port with restaurants, shops etc. and so easy to access everything you need. As well as being within the lovely Borgo and so close to the beach on the other side. Teresa and Raffaele were fabulous hosts and so friendly and welcoming to us and made us feel right at home. They gave us lots of recommendations about the area, places to eat and things to do. They very proactive and always available, and we enjoyed our chats with Teresa very much. Would gladly recommend, and would return again.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Forio chez Selena. Tout est à proximité, le village, la plage, les restaurants. La maison est agréable à vivre. Merci à Selena pour sa bonne communication. Bonne continuation.

Jeffrey’s place is a dream. The location is up a hill but the 10-minute walk is doable and totally worth it. The property is an oasis of different Airbnb structures surrounded by a gardens, a vegetable/fruit garden, outside kitchen, chicken coop, and bee farm - all perfectly designed and maintained. It feels like a private boutique hotel experience. The view is also out of this world - it overlooks the beautiful Ischia mountains and ocean. Fabio, the property manager, was so accommodating, responsive, and helpful - he helped us book a door to door scooter service so we could explore the island. The room was clean, new, and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in a strategic location. The apartment is very functional, new high-quality equipment and plumbing. Comfortable beds. Supermarkets 100 meters away, bus and the best pizzeria under the house. Absolute silence at night. The owner solves problems within minutes. Provides access to the thermal pool of the nearby hotel, which greatly adds to the value of the apartment. Highly recommended!

Rarely do you find a place that is better than the photos! Truly a beautiful home that made our vacation one of the most relaxing and memorable. It is walkable to the town and fully stocked for any fun you may want. Highly recommend staying here!!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Stunning views from the balcony out to the port. The room was lovely, light, airy and clean with all amenities needed. The hotel is a short stroll to the main town, and the bus station where you can hop on a bus and go anywhere on the island. Such a great location, peaceful and quiet. Francesco was the most amazing host, could not praise him more. He picked us up from the port and dropped us off, always so kind helpful. A perfect stay in a beautiful place! 😁

Casa bellissima e super comoda con un bellissimo giardino, molto tranquilla e in una posizione strategica sopra Sant’Angelo. Si raggiungono tutti i posti più belli dell’isola. Tutti gentilissimi check in e check out secondo le nostre esigenze e sempre pronti per ogni informazione e supporto. Sono stati 5 giorni fantastici assolutamente consigliata!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs around the world, and this is easily one of the best. It’s basically a private villa with exclusive access to the pool and jacuzzi—we thought they were shared, so that was a great surprise. Ilaria and her partner greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, and even came by daily to clean the pool. The location makes it a bit tricky to get taxis or Ubers on the spot, but if you schedule ahead, it’s no problem. Also, ilaria and her partner offer to drive us in case we couldn’t find a ride. Definitely would stay again.

The neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts, who lived next door were quiet and respectful of our privacy. The garden and pool were stunning and cleaned and maintained daily. We enjoyed walking into Forio but the property is on a steep hill. So you would need transport, if you had mobility issues. The restaurants and cafes in Forio were great. We found the Ischian people very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

Le logement est confortable, très fonctionnel et offre une vue incroyable sur la mer. Sa grande terrasse et la fenestration de la grande pièce avant sont vraiment incroyable et nous ont permis de profiter au maximum de la vue sur la mer. Viviana nous a bien accueillis et nous avait fourni de bonnes instructions pour accéder à la petite rue menant au logement qui n'est pas facile à repérer lorsqu'on circule sur la rue.

If culture is what you are after then this place has bucket loads! place is well connected and all the best sights of Naples are within a short walk or train right away. we happened to stay on the weekend of the Italian league final that Napoli were in, so brilliant for atmosphere but the walls are thin even with the ear plugs and the constant fireworks and mopeds could be hear from the street below. worth noting that there is only a small window for free check in. Having said all the the Spanish quarter is certainly a sight to have experienced.

We stayed 7 nights at Mario's place. We love the place. It is very spacious, clean, bright and modern. The place was quiet, allowing us to sleep well. Great location, just a five-minute walk to the train station, bus station, and the port (for trips to the Isle of Capri and nearby towns). Helpful host with excellent and responsive communication. Highly recommended.

Wir haben 6 Nächte im Appartement verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist eine absolute Empfehlung und mit allem, was man zu zweit braucht ausgestattet! Ganz besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit Ausblick über die gesamte Bucht von Casamicciola! Man wohnt unterhalb des Hauses der Vermieterin, diese ist für Fragen aber auch gut per App erreichbar! Besonders im Hochsommer würde aber wahrscheinlich eine Klimaanlage deutlich fehlen.

This place is great, but the real gem is Massimiliano and family. The whole family went out of their way to make everything easier (Naples (even little Bacoli) is not easy), going out of their way to walk us somewhere instead of trying to describe directions. They gave us a personal welcome when we arrived, stopped to talk with us if they saw us in town, spent time getting to know us, and came out to say goodbye when we left. If we had a question, I could text Massimiliano but usually one of his parents were out in town and saw us wandering and helped personally!! SO friendly and vital for a great Bacoli experience. We would have been metaphorically and literally lost without this family and they were so nice about helping! If you want authentic Italian hospitality, this is for you. If you want standard American hotel type accommodations... probably you wouldn't be on Airbnb anyway... but at least note that this one is the whole package and *worth it*!

We stayed with 3 people in total and it was perfect! The terrace is very spacious and we used the hot tub too :) only thing was that we couldnt figure out how to use the kitchen outside, but the kitchen inside was enough for us.

Giovanna was the perfect host. Friendly, helpful, and very kind. Giovanna's house had every amenity you could think of, and she was a super thoughtful host and provided you with anything you could think of. She is so passionate about Ischia, and gave amazing recommendations. The house is in a great part of Ischia, and is walkable distance to amazing beaches and restaurants. I can't recommend Giovanna and her home enough. Thank you again Giovanna for an amazing stay <3

A PERFECT holiday for our family of 4. Mario is a warm and generous host who made us so welcome and was always on hand for advice. Casa Antó is in a quiet area surrounded by vineyards and Mario’s garden, from which he shared his produce - fruit, wine, limoncello, herbs, and my favourite apricot jam! The terrace has seats and sun loungers and has a beautiful view of the sea and sunsets. We were lucky enough to be there for the St Vitus Festival and enjoyed the firework displays which we could see from the terrace. There is also a laundry area and barbecue. Everything is clean and the kitchen/diner is well equipped. Upstairs there are 2 comfortable bedrooms with aircon and 2 bathrooms. Forio town is a 15 minute walk downhill (longer to get back up!) and a few minutes from a well stocked supermarket. I think the bus stops nearby but we used scooters to get around. Mario is a really lovely host who made our week very special.
