The apartment is tidy, comfortable, modern, tucked away, warm enough for winter conditions. The kitchen is well-equipped. Located in the heart of the old town, it's peaceful and quiet. Everything is a short walk away, parking (underground garage) Poljane is 5 minutes away. Pet is friendly, so our Gulliver enjoyed his first trip too. Ana is a pleasant host and very responsive. We will come again for sure:)

This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

What a lovely place to stay just 10 minutes from the airport. A beautiful little town away from the business of split. Would love to visit again just for longer.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Jelena is a kind and responsive host. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, she keeps it up so well. There were goodies waiting for us in the room, and she even offers to take you to the airport if needed. The apartment has a nice view of the beach and is only a pleasant walk to Trogir. The apartments are located in a small village of Zecevo, on a mountain, descending from which you get to a small pebble beach. There are few people on the beach, mostly locals. You can sunbathe and swim further, along the peninsula - there are no people at all, you can swim to the island of Jaz - a beautiful natural place. 2 km from the apartments - supermarket - Plodine. Ivo was very helpful - all issues are resolved in 10 minutes. Very friendly and helpful host. We will be happy to visit Ivo and his magnificent apartments again.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

High feel-good factor, from the first minute you can quickly get down from the stress of everyday life. The pool is great and bigger than expected. The house is on a mountain, there are few neighbors nearby, yet you have your privacy and it's incredibly quiet! The sleeping areas can only be reached via an external staircase, are newly furnished, each room has its own modern bathroom. The place itself is small, but it has everything you need. The beaches are within walking distance. The mountain is easy to cope with (even with a stroller), if you don't do anything anyway and hardly move, it was a good change ;) The bay is beautiful and the beaches very quiet (end of August), just right if you want to enjoy the nature and tranquility. There are restaurants and the supermarket, a fruit stand, bakery. The ice cream shop directly on the beach recommended. Clear recommendation from us!!! Great communication with the owner, keep it up!

We stayed at Maria's place for 10 days, Kristina parents. It was one of the best stays on Airbnb for us. The willingness to help, the delicious fish prepared by Maria, the figs, grapes. Everything like grandma in the village. Wonderful area, clean beach. We would gladly come back.

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

We had a great stay in this beautiful flowery house! In peace, you can enjoy the garden and the surroundings thanks to the bicycles. It is ideally placed to explore the national park. The host is available and has very good tips for discovering the region.

Beautiful villa with lovely sea views from the balcony. They wait for your arrival and see you off too! They drop off fresh fruit in the morning and come see you if you have any issues. Very nice stay, stunning pool. Great for people who get around with their own car

Perfect stay, without any problems

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!

Great location, only a 15 to 20 min car journey to either Split or Trogir. Lovely home right next to the water. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but easy travel to some of the more touristy areas.

We really enjoyed our stay at the studio. The outside space was a fabulous bonus which we loved. The bed was super comfy, water in the bathroom was always hot and we had everything we needed in the property. Location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the centre yet set in a really peaceful spot. We definitely recommend the property as a great place to stay for a couple.
