Antonio’s place was an airy, spacious, contemporary villa, with pool, just as described. Well-equipped throughout with a purpose built barbecue. Jadrija itself is a charming quiet holiday village, where Croatians go - there were mostly locals when we went. Jadrija has one great restaurant and three small but perfect beachfront cafes for coffee, sunset drinks and doughnuts. Everyone was super friendly. The sea is crystal clear and though the coast is rocky, there are many easy swimming and sunbathing spots - beach shoes are a must though for the pebbles. The nearest supermarket is 5 mins drive away in Vodice, though there are also supermarkets close by in Šibenik. Šibenik is a beautiful historic town, and Vodice is a pleasant resort town with many restaurants and great seafood options. Krka national park is a must. All places are within 10-40 mins drive from Antonio’s place. A fantastic holiday base, highly recommended.

The house is a little off the beaten path with a beautiful view of the sea. It is equipped with everything you need. Marijana was a very accommodating hostess. It was all fenced in, perfect for the dogs. The turtles in the back garden were a great highlight.

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

Our stay at Katarina's villa was very nice. The accommodation offers everything you need, has a high quality of equipment and a beautiful, quiet location overlooking the sea. We especially liked the heated pool. Katarina is a very attentive host and the communication was always great.

Sara was very responsive and helpful, the road access was a slight issue but this is something that cannot be helped. Sara sent a video of the roads which was extremely helpful. The house was tidy and clean and had all utensils needed, even some sharp knives! The added bonus was the heated pool which meant a few evening swims with beautiful views. The area was peaceful and quiet and I would 100% stay here again.

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

We felt completely comfortable! We were particularly impressed by the cozy outdoor area, the outdoor kitchen and the lovingly designed children's area. We were so warmly welcomed, enjoyed the delicious food from Ana's parents and were even allowed to taste the first vegetables from our own garden. Simply a beautiful place to relax and a good starting point for excursions in the area! We will definitely be back!

The apartments are located in a small village of Zecevo, on a mountain, descending from which you get to a small pebble beach. There are few people on the beach, mostly locals. You can sunbathe and swim further, along the peninsula - there are no people at all, you can swim to the island of Jaz - a beautiful natural place. 2 km from the apartments - supermarket - Plodine. Ivo was very helpful - all issues are resolved in 10 minutes. Very friendly and helpful host. We will be happy to visit Ivo and his magnificent apartments again.

The house is absolutely stunning and in such a wondeful spot in the bay. We stayed with four friends and had a lovely time. Crystal clear water just a few steps down from the house, large terrace with great views and an ourdoor kitchen. The house is clean and has everything you need. You will need a car to get around but there are shops in close driving distance and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. Tea was really quick to respond and very friendly. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Tea :-)

We had a lovely stay. The house is everything you need and the terrace is stunning. having breakfast under the beautiful tree was a dream. We were welcomed by Zinka and it was no problem that we arrived quite late. there was even some home made chocolate cake for us! Goran is very kind and answered very quickly. he also gave us some good information for things to see and we could even borrow his kayak and use things like the washing machine. Big plus: the sea just 50 meters away from the house makes for a great morning dip!

Wow what a wonderful retreat. So well equipped and so very peaceful. A true getaway amongst nature, in the olive groves. Toni is exceptional, top notch communication and responsiveness. Such a generous host- you feel like you’ve known him for years.

We stayed here for 6 nights in summer holidays, we’d never been to the island before. We wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful to enjoy quality time with our son and it was exactly what we got. Check in was simple & easy, Zlatko arranged our bags to be taken to the house. The location was perfect, we walked to the beach everyday, twice a day. There is a bakery at the port you can walk to for fresh bread and pastries. We also ate and drank at the beach bar. The house has everything you need to self cater, we loved making dinner then sitting out and star gazing in the evening. We also used the garden a lot whilst our son napped, there’s sun lounges and an outdoor shower. The bed was comfy and it’s so quiet at night, we slept so well. We’d recommend to other guests and would book again when returning to the island. Thank you.

Stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the property and the amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and very close access to beach which was perfect. We even had a flat tire situation with our car and Josip went above and beyond to help us! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful, tranquil and like paradise. We were honestly blown away with the setting. Excellent host, beautiful property on the beach.

Calm, peaceful neighborhood. The beach is very close and has a long beach. In theory, you can't take a dog down, but we went with it every day. People loved it, didn't tell me. There were several dogs, so if the dog is normal, no one is hurt. The place is great, we'll be back for you all the time and in the future. 🙂🐕

The perfect spot for a relaxing stay- thank you to Ivica! The house had everything we needed- plenty of space, a great kitchen (indoors and out!), and a stunning patio and pool. We spent time in nearby Sibenik (5 minutes away), at local wineries, and also an afternoon in Split (less than an hour away). Ivica responded quickly when we had questions, met us for the initial check-in, and then shared recommendations on local highlights. We will definitely consider booking again when we return to Croatia!

A top apartment: super clean, quiet while being close to major roads or the bus, very comfortable bedding. And a very warm welcome from Sandra and her parents who live next door. The accommodation is very well equipped, remained cool despite the heat of the week, the covered terrace is perfect. Sandra was very accommodating with the schedules. I would recommend it 100% .

great peaceful home which is decorated with love. the surrounding somehow felt magical when looking on one side to the ocean and the other to the mountains. we had some cats as guests which really made it special. hiking is a great recommendation when staying. dubrovka was very friendly and responsive. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. ✨🐱

We had a brilliant stay here - the house and garden are perfect and Marina is a 10/10 host.

We had a very nice time in Petra's apartment. Super clean, tidy and cozy. The private terrace with the BBQ is also perfect. You have a nice view of the surrounding area. A 4-minute walk away is a small supermarket with plenty of choices. However, it would be useful if there was a name sign on the house. Then you could find it easier. We received a delicious bottle of homemade we and fresh grapes from the garden upon reception. In short: enjoy!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Fischerhaus La Pineta. We did all our excursions, restaurant visits and shopping exclusively by bike. Access to the water is sufficient, and you can then go back to the beautiful garden. Occasionally, the loud boats disturbed us. The apartment is perfectly furnished for 2 persons. The garden is spacious, with many seating areas. High-quality garden furniture is available, no plastic! The large trees provide plenty of shade. A trusting cat inhabits the property and makes the stay lovable. The contact with the landlords was straightforward. We would gladly come back.
