Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Preko

What a wonderful island and what perfect accommodation. We enjoyed our stay in Iž at Maja's place so much. It was perfect for the two of us and it's very well equipped, especially if you need to eat in. We fully intend to return to both Iž and to Maja's place.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Antonija verbracht. Sie ist eine supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Sukosan ist ein charmantes Dorf mit schöner Promenade und tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks, Zadar, Sibenik und Nin. Check-in/-out und Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße an Antonija und Familie.

We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse! Direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist für die Größe optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super. Für Strandliebhaber perfekt. Tiziano war immer erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Diese Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und glücklich unseren Urlaub da verbringen zu dürfen. :-) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und haben uns super nett empfangen. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Alles lief unkompliziert und reibungslos ab. Vielen Dank dafür. :-)

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Very nice place to stay! Darya was really helpful and responsive giving us great local recommendations! Loved the tip about using the barkika boat to access the old town much quicker. Also loved going to have a coffee at Marex by the water. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Zadar!

Nika Marias kleines Haus ist gemütlich und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen. Wir waren drei Erwachsene, Elternpaar u Tochter, und ein kleiner Hund. Das war perfekt. Die Küche war besonders gut und modern ausgestattet, vielleicht etwas wenig Arbeitsfläche, kleiner Esstisch. In Fußnähe am Strand sind zwei tolle Restaurants - Taverna (Reservier. nötig) und Niko (äußerst zuvorkommende u fröhlichfreundliche Bedienung) - was uns gerne aufs Kochen verzichten ließ. Nika Maria kontaktierte uns immer zeitgerecht, um uns nötige Informationen zukommen zu lassen und reagierte sehr flott und zuvorkommend auf Nachfragen unsererseits. Sie sorgte mit ihrer herzlichen Art dafür, dass wir uns gut entspannen konnten. Wir genossen ein paar tolle Strandtage am türkisfarbenen und glasklaren Meer. Die Innenstadt ist sogar ohne Auto erreichbar, da der Bus direkt von Diklo wegfährt, der bis lang in die Nacht fährt, was das mühsame Parkplatz Suchen im schönen Zentrum Zadars erspart. 🫶

Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Zadar. Kruno war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns spontan einen früheren Check In ermöglicht. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und die Tipps zur Umgebung sehr Hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber hat alles was man für zwei Personen braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral so dass man Fußläufig, Restaurants, Geschäfte und auch die Promenade erreicht. Trotzdem gibt es gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Mein Partner und ich würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft war fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Sabine war wunderbar und sie hat auch immer schnell reagiert. Wir konnten sie noch kennenlernen, da sie auch vor Ort war und fanden sie sehr sympathisch. Sie hat das alte Haus ganz wunderbar und liebevoll saniert. Aufgrund der vorhanden Struktur sind knarzende Dielen unvermeidbar, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders schön war der Standort direkt am Wasser und man konnte gleich ins Meer springen. Vor Ort die kleineren Restaurants waren alle wunderbar. Es war ein schöner kleiner erholsamer nicht vom Massentourismus frequentierter Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vi hade en lugn och vilsam semester! Det bästa med lägenheten var balkongen med underbar utsikt och ingen sol på eftermiddagen! Vi avnjöt frukost i morgonsolen och kvällen där! Välkomnande och ren lägenhet, nära till stranden men en brant backe påväg upp, kan vara bra att veta. Vi är mycket nöjda och rekommenderar lägenheten!

Staying at Andreja’s place was an absolute delight! She is truly an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, Andreja provided us with wonderful recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail of the space, making it both comfortable and stylish. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible welcome package that Andreja provided. I highly recommend staying at Andreja’s place to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Doordat ik in het donker arriveerde en de Uber chauffeur te ver was doorgereden was het heel even zoeken waar ik moest zijn maar uiteindelijk toen ik het appartement eenmaal gevonden had wees alles voorzich. Binnen in het appartement liggen duidelijke instructies hoe de tv, wasmachine en airco werken. Ik ben een week in het appartement verbleven en voelde mij van begin tot eind helemaal thuis. Van de fiets heb ik maar 1x gebruik gemaakt omdat het eigenlijk te warm was om te fietsen. Zodra je vragen hebt reageren Franciska en Toni heel snel op je berichten wat enorm fijn is. Ook geven ze je heel veel tips wat je in en om Zadar kan doen en waar je de lekkerste gerechten kan eten. Ik zal zeker iedereen aanraden om een appartement bij hen te boeken omdat echt alles top geregeld is.

Le logement est très bien équipé, avec une superbe literie. Tout est conforme à la description. Je recommande ce logement c’était un réel plaisir d’y séjourner.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Andro reageerde snel en vriendelijk en de ruimte was precies zoals beschreven. Het dakterras was een leuke extra! Zeker aan te raden ☺️

Very clean! Air conditioner in every room🥰 Grocery store, bakery, Cafe’s, and beach are all right next to you! Owners couldn’t be nicer people! Thank you Dina and Cornelis!

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

We have stayed in many rental apartments/villas over the years and this one is definitely at the top end of our list. The bedrooms are both a good size with comfy beds and lots of wardrobe and draw space with air conditioning. The kitchen is one of the best equipped we have ever had, the two shower rooms are well lit and have products for you to use, the lounge is very bright and airy and we used Netflix (with our own account). The self check in was simple as Gordana gave us the code before we arrived, and she messaged us to check everything was okay. We walked everywhere from the apartment as it is very close to the bridge across into the old town. Below the apartment is a supermarket with two others very close by.There are bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants a very short walk away, and the old town has many places to eat and drink. Zadar old town is very pretty and interesting and well worth a visit. Ignore the approach to the apartment as it is great inside.

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, aanrader. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de watervalparken, Zadar e.d. Fijne zwemplek bij het appartement, met ligbedjes en schaduw. Handige materialen zoals zout, suiker, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, thee, bier, super!

The flat was great, really clean and located close to the centre. The parking spot was a big plus!
