Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Preko

What a wonderful island and what perfect accommodation. We enjoyed our stay in Iž at Maja's place so much. It was perfect for the two of us and it's very well equipped, especially if you need to eat in. We fully intend to return to both Iž and to Maja's place.

We had a fabulous week at Antonijas place. So easy with a pick up and drop off to the airport as we didn't have a car. Bus to Zadar just a short walk away. The accommodation is gorgeous, super clean, spacious and so peaceful - loved the stone walls! Everything was great. Sukosan is peaceful and very clean with a couple of little supermarkets to get stuff you need, and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Thank you Antonija and family - highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

This apartment has everything you need. We were more than satisfied and happy to be able to spend our vacation there. :-) The hosts are very friendly, easily accessible and welcomed us super nicely. Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Very nice place to stay! Darya was really helpful and responsive giving us great local recommendations! Loved the tip about using the barkika boat to access the old town much quicker. Also loved going to have a coffee at Marex by the water. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Zadar!

All around, we were very satisfied with our stay in Zadar. Kruno was very accommodating and spontaneously allowed us to check in earlier. The communication was excellent and the tips about the area were very helpful. The apartment is small, but has everything you need for two people. The location is very central so that you can reach restaurants, shops and also the promenade on foot. Nevertheless, there are good parking facilities. My partner and I would book the apartment again.

The place was fantastic. The communication with Sabine was wonderful and she was always quick to respond. We were able to get to know her, as she was also on site and found her very likeable. She renovated the old house wonderfully and lovingly. Due to the available structure, creaking floorboards are unavoidable, but did not bother us further. We felt very comfortable. Particularly beautiful was the location right on the water and you could jump right into the sea. On site the smaller restaurants were all wonderful. It was a beautiful little relaxing place not frequented by mass tourism. We will be happy to come back.

We had a calm and relaxing holiday! The best thing about the apartment was the balcony with wonderful views and no sun in the afternoon! We enjoyed breakfast in the morning sun and the evening there! Welcoming and clean apartment, close to the beach but a steep hill on the way up, can be good to know. We are very pleased and recommend the apartment!

It was a pleasure staying just this apartment, 5/5 experience. Having bikes was a nice addition. if anything was lacking, or there were any questions, the communication was quick and effective.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

We have stayed in many rental apartments/villas over the years and this one is definitely at the top end of our list. The bedrooms are both a good size with comfy beds and lots of wardrobe and draw space with air conditioning. The kitchen is one of the best equipped we have ever had, the two shower rooms are well lit and have products for you to use, the lounge is very bright and airy and we used Netflix (with our own account). The self check in was simple as Gordana gave us the code before we arrived, and she messaged us to check everything was okay. We walked everywhere from the apartment as it is very close to the bridge across into the old town. Below the apartment is a supermarket with two others very close by.There are bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants a very short walk away, and the old town has many places to eat and drink. Zadar old town is very pretty and interesting and well worth a visit. Ignore the approach to the apartment as it is great inside.

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.

The flat was great, really clean and located close to the centre. The parking spot was a big plus!
