What a stunning villa with stunning views. The villa is to a an exceptional standard with all amenities. The pool and seating area was stunning and views of the mountains unreal. The villa was exceptionally clean. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed and felt right at home. Ivan made us very welcome and I would highly recommend and will definitely be retuning in the near future. Zadar is a stunning town

We loved our stay at house Maria. It was in a nice neighborhood walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Having 3 comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was wonderful for our group of 3 couples. The sunset over the water from the upper deck was beautiful and the side terrace was nicely shaded in the afternoon. We mostly spent time in Zadar and also went to Plitvice, and Sukošan was the perfect location for easy access to both. Maria and Branka were very accessible and we enjoyed the delicious homemade Limoncello they provided! Yum!! Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

A new, very nice apartment, with everything you need. We were there for a birthday, and the hostess even put a small gift with Happy Birthday on the table. Very attentive and sweet. We can only recommend this place. Thank you Kind regards

The flat was really clean and spacious. We quite enjoyed the balcony, when we could considering the weather we had… The sea side is 2 minutes by walk, and the city center easily reachable as well. Josip was a great host, welcomed us on arrival and always answered when I asked for tips. Definitely recommended !

Staying at Andreja’s place was an absolute delight! She is truly an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, Andreja provided us with wonderful recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail of the space, making it both comfortable and stylish. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible welcome package that Andreja provided. I highly recommend staying at Andreja’s place to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Great location, only 10 min walk to old town. The apartment is very clean, beds are great, bathrooms and kitchen recently remodeled. Bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. Don’t let the outside of the building fool you, both the apartment and neighborhood are very nice. Parking is available behind the building, first come first serve but we always found a space. Definitely recommend this apartment.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! affordable accommodation and very nice house. good pool with as va reasonably large. Was still very close so they were easy to get to but recommend renting a car. Very kind hosts who were easily accessible.

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

We were warmly welcomed by Robert and his wife, and personally shown around. The room was perfectly fine, and we were welcomed with a drink and snacks. This apartment is an ideal base to visit Zadar or is close to the airport. Highly recommended! The parking in front of the door is convenient. Then you'll be downtown quickly with an Uber.

This apartment has everything you need. We were more than satisfied and happy to be able to spend our vacation there. :-) The hosts are very friendly, easily accessible and welcomed us super nicely. The communication with the host was excellent during my 3 months in Zadar, and he was very attentive and understanding throughout my stay and all the situations. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything I needed. The balcony is even larger than it appeared in the photos. I highly recommend this place and Marko as a host.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

The accommodation is just right! Still very quiet in the old town. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an apartment building without an elevator, but that was not a problem for us. The hostess is very friendly and greeted us personally and answered our questions. We were able to cook small things without restrictions. What I personally liked in particular was the clean, large bathroom. The place is highly recommended!

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!
