Monthly Rentals in Preble County

We were in town for a wedding and when I saw this retro house close by we couldn’t pass up the chance to stay. We loved all the furnishings and being able to read the book on how the house was developed and designed. It definitely takes you back in time. The house was just as described and very clean, we would stay aging if we’re back in the area.

We were about 600 miles from home to attend my granddaughter‘s high school graduation at nearby Eaton. This place met our needs perfectly. Everything was as described so there were no surprises. There were actually more amenities than we expected and more items in the cupboards than we expected. Thanks for everything.

A bit of a drive (30 min), but a great alternative option to a hotel in or near Oxford for families of a Miami University student - especially on a busy weekend. Very nice set up, spacious, and clean. And the owner even left us fresh eggs!

The house is a nice open space and the fenced yard was great for our dogs.
