Had a great night‘s sleep in this apartment thanks to it being so quiet, dark and efficiently air conditioned! The views are really spectacular - and it’s pretty well equipped. Would definitely choose it again if I was in the area

Nice apartment in an old stately house under the roof. During our stay, it was very quiet in the house, only the very motivated and loud garbage collection at 6:30 am was a bit exhausting. We found the location a little outside the hustle and bustle of Arco great - supermarket is 5 min walk around the corner. The very good Pizzeria Centrale is almost right next door. Own parking space next to the house was great. The communication with the landlord was very straightforward and friendly, the apartment had everything you need. Small criticisms: No daylight in the bathroom, lamp a little dark, room through the small windows and the dark wallpaper a little dark - but everything did not bother us.

Thank you for a great holiday week in Arco! The accommodation was great - large, well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, everything perfect. The landlords have given clear instructions for check-in and check-out, the parking space is not directly at the apartment but driving up for loading and unloading is not a problem. The fact that the parking space is in an underground car park always leads to cool temperatures in the car, even in summer. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is in the historic center of Arco a step away from the main street with shops, restaurants, bike rentals, etc. The apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival. We greatly appreciated Kathleen's hospitality both upon our arrival and during our stay, very nice and helpful in providing us with information. We also appreciated the "pass" for free parking 50 meters from the house (in the parking lots in front of the house you can only stay 1 hour). Ours was a pleasant experience, the house is not large but very well maintained. The only flaw, if I have to be picky, is the absence of a dishwasher.
