We were there with our little son and 2 dogs for 3 weeks and felt very comfortable. We were received very nicely and everything was shown to us. Alessandro has created a detailed website where you can find any information for the area, sights, transport, attractions and much more. If you still needed help, you were answered immediately. The pool was cleaned every day and the garden is wonderful for relaxing but also for playing and romping. A nice quiet location but it has everything you need and you can also get to Rome quickly. Very loving hosts and a great apartment with everything you need. We all had a very nice time and would come back any time.

We had a remarkable stay, a quiet green corner, far from the tumult, perfect after a day of crisscrossing the streets and monuments of Rome. The villa is spacious and comfortable, the pool is a haven of relaxation. Regarding the villa, nothing is missing, the layout has been thought out and the kitchen has all the everyday objects to prepare a good meal. Each request is taken into account quickly by the owners so that you can benefit from the best conditions during your stay. It is obvious that our next visit to this beautiful city of Rome will pass through this location.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Great location in safe and quiet area - walking distance to Piramide metro stop and 5 minute walk to train station with easy connections to and from Fiumicino Airport. 15 minute walk to Circo Massimo and Aventine Hill with lots of restaurants close by. Apartment was clean and tidy. Great shower! Quick and clear communication from host. Would definitely recommend.

We visited Rome for five days. The location of the apartment is just perfect.We took the train from the airport.The apartment was just a few minutes walk from the train station.The first two days we chose to do our exploration by foot.The location takes you straight to interesting areas.When we wanted to explore areas further away we took the tram just around the corner from the apartment.We had most of our dinners in the Trastevere area.A charming area with big selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc.The short walk home was perfect. The apartment is just as described.The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the terrace was just amazing.We didn’t use the kitchen much, but looked like it was well equipped.The interior is cute and treats you with nice details here and there. Celeste is a very thoughtful and helpful host.She replies without delay and offers good tips if needed. I strongly recommend this stay and hopefully it’s available for me when I return.

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The apartment is located in a nice area, close to a beautiful viewpoint of Rome. It is beautifully decorated, safe, quiet, and provides everything you need. The host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Great location to walk and see all the major sights in Rome. Good AC for the heat in Rome. Washer and Dryer combo was great for clothes. Very safe with multiple layers of security.

We chose Maria's to be close to our older son who travelled with a group of university boys. It ended up being directly opposite their accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed him being able to come over and spend nights with us comfortably. The house was the epitome of luxury with the exquisite decor EVERYWHERE!! All 4 rooms ensuite were a home-away-from- home experience we absolutely enjoyed. The slight adjustments needed with hot water and the TV at check-in, were dealt with by the technician and made our 4-day stay a fantastic experience. I had a few friends stop over and was very proud to show them the place. As to recommending this location in the future, I have started to already and will continue to do so. Giulia’s place was absolutely perfect! Far enough away from the centre of Rome to be peaceful from the loud tourist hustle bustle, but close enough to transit systems to make everything convenient to get to. Additionally, as low budget backpackers, Giulia’s breakfast, coffee, snacks, and drinks were wonderful! She was responsive for check in despite our train being delayed for 30 minutes, and was quickly there to meet us when we made contact. She also provided local recommendations of real Roman cuisine which were divine. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would happily stay here!!

We had a lovely 3 night stay in Carla's apartment at the tail-end of our vacation in Italy. We've been to Rome before, but this area was very different to where we stayed before. It was busy during the day but quiet at night, and Carla was so welcoming and helpful with all our questions. It was an easy walk over the bridge to Trastevere or the Vatican. The street that Carla lives on specifically feels like a hidden gem, with small shops and local artisans. She has such a warm energy, you'll feel like an old friend rather than a stranger in her home. Though the apartment is located within her home, it is private and you will feel like you have your own space. Be sure to visit nearby Forno Monteforte for excellent coffee, pastries, and more.
