Andrea&Fabrizio have been amazingly helpful and kind!The apartment looked stunning and the location was brilliant!! Close to local Deli(which is out of this world),plenty of other great boutiques, tourist attractions and more. Great spot for those who love food, great wine, shopping, shopping and shopping! Mario was a great host! Very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities! This air bnb location was easy to find with plenty of things to do around it. Right next to the Castle de Saint Angelo on the river! We had an amazing time and would absolutely be booking with Mario again for our next time in Roma

Paola’s apartment was very charming, clean, beautifully furnished and its definitely squeaky clean. Paola hospitality is top notch. Really recommend for family to stay at Paola’s apartment or other visitors if they want to stay around prati area

Such an amazing spot to avoid jet lag - we relaxed on the terrace as we had our private spot to enjoy the Rome panorama penthouse Short walk here & there adjusting to the time difference The views were so delightful whilst having drinks outside - away from the crowds

A great place to land for our family of 4; 2 separate bedrooms & bathrooms is great to have when traveling with teens! We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the metro, allowing us to easily access tourist spots, but not be stuck staying near them! Great restaurants near by as well; we thoroughly enjoyed our nightly tiramisu and my husband and I grabbed drinks one evening right around the corner with a view of the Vatican. It was also very nice to be able to easily arrange for car travel from the airport!

Had a great stay with my sister here, the novelty of the mezzanine bedroom definitely wears off but it was fairly easy to access for us (21 and 30 year old) and the air con in the main room wasnt as good as the one in the main bedroom so we ended up sharing (not a problem for us). Great distance to the Vatican area and we walked to the pantheon area all except one night. Managed to get ourselves stuck in the elevator for a couple minutes bt it made for a funny story! Overall really happy, clean and easy to check in and gave us some great recommendations for local bars/resteraunts and how to get around. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future :)

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

Paola was a dream to work with and the place was sparkling beautiful. It felt like we were VIP’s. She met with us and greeted us kindly. We really enjoyed the place. It felt like a luxury resort more than an AirBNB. Paola is very friendly and is generous in many ways. We will book here again!

Private space. Very nice patio, though we spent most of our time touring the city. Easy walk to nice coffee shops and restaurants as well as the Vatican. Claudio was great--very responsive. We were getting into Rome prior to check-in time and had a tour reserved at the Vatican. We were able to have our bags stored at the place and get in early with no fuss.

A lovely place within minutes to restaurants and shopping. Apt was renovated and clean. Only gripe was the shower which had very weak water pressure.

Stephano was a fantastic host. Very flexible with check in time. Since we arrived earler he met with us gave us a house. It was very safe to keep our luggage there. He gave us great restaurant recommendations. Stefano is very responsive and helped us whenever we needed help with anything.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was centrally located and very walkable, and was stocked with everything we could need! Alessandro was also an amazing host and was very responsive!

This place is fabulous! I fell in love with the photos and immediately knew I must book this location. It goes way beyond the photos and reviews, though, because Giorgio is a superb host! I cannot express enough how welcoming and thoughtful Giorgio is and he dedicates himself to providing incredible attention to his guests. Every question was answered and assistance provided from the moment of booking until the date of departure. The home was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we needed throughout our stay. The air conditioner was a must and performed superbly. The electric blackout window coverings were so unique and worked incredibly. Everything was within walking distance and we felt safe at all hours of the day and night. There are so many sites to see and explore and also tons of shopping and food galore! Giorgio coordinated a private driver for us at airport pickup as well as last day train departure which was a relief. Don’t forget to bring cash for drivers!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

The house was great, very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the air and one of the toilets when we arrived Maurizio came to the house and took care of the issue. He was very responsive and helpful. The place is very close to Vatican City but it is a little far from other places, however there are buses and train near the house. There are plenty of restaurants and stores near the house. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. This apartment was perfect for our visit to Rome. The area is quiet and we felt safe. You can walk quietly to tourist sites and there is a nearby metro station. The place is very nice and nice, you feel at home. Everything worked perfect.

we enjoyed the space & greatly appreciated the host for allowing us to drop our bags ahead of checking in so we could start seeing the city. a lot of what we wanted to see was across the bridge but we were able to walk there for shopping/sight seeing and also to vatican city. responsive host with a friendly, hospitable dad who lives nearby :)

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
