We had a wonderful stay at Federico’s place! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It made getting around super convenient. The place itself was spotless and very well maintained. Check-in was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved staying at Lodovica’s place! It is very unique and cheerful, just like Lodovica! The location was perfect and Lodovica was incredibly friendly, helpful and very attentive. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

This is best airbnb accomodation i ever have had in my last 5 years. Host provided us with free pick up from metro station and snacks/drinks on arrival. The apartment is at walking distance to metro station and supermarket. The apartment is equipped with all necessary things. On our check out day, our flight was cancelled but Linda helped us to find another accomodation and picked us from airport at a very generous fare. They helped us to reach new apartment and was in continuous touch with us for any help. Highly recommed anyone looking to stay in Rome.

Isabella is a great host. She was very responsive and helpful. The space has a park right across the street. Nice view from the balcony. Convenient store and coffee shop a few steps away.

This unit was GREAT.. perfect location to reach everything you need. It was very clean. Directions were clear. I can’t say enough about how the host made us feel at home.

This was an incredible apartment . The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were newly renovated and the central area with a kitchen and living area made it possible to gather . The location was amazing : just outside the Vatican wall but away from the noise and within walking distance to shops and great places to eat from small eateries to fancy restaurants . Simone was not there physically to greet us but was always texting to help us or to answer any questions . He also sent us some suggestions for places to eat . The key was all electronic through the phone . Very handy and easy . The metro was close and we took it across the river to the many other sites in the beautiful city . The apartment is on the second floor but once we got our luggage up the stairs it was not a problem . The air conditioners in all three spaces were so nice as Rome was hot during our stay . We travelled with three people in total and had so much space and privacy . Thanks Simone for all your help . We'll be back.

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

From giving rides ,to stocking up the frij (on arrival)sharing meals ,historical tour of the Colombario dei liberte de Augusto ,also being always available for any questions with patience. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. Good place near termini and well connected with the transportation.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Our stay was awesome, and both hosts made everything very convenient. They are about a 15-20 minute walk from the metro station and you can get everywhere from there. They provided us with all the information we needed and answered our questions. The place is very homey, and I would definitely stay again!

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Giacomo's place is located in the back of a peaceful and well-maintained Trastevere residence. Simin welcomed us warmly. The neighborhood is very nice, the accommodation is fully consistent with the photos and really well-equipped (including the kitchen). We enjoyed our Roman stay!

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

Our flight was delayed and we arrived several hours later than expected, but Marco was waiting for us outside and was very gracious about it. I loved the apartment, lots of character and was very homely. There is a well equipped, modern kitchen with everything you need. The outside terrace offers a very calm and relaxing space to unwind after a busy day exploring Rome. It is located really close to the Termini railway and metro station which was great for getting around. I would 100% stay here again if I were to visit Rome again.

Fantastic find, quiet, relaxing and beautifully furnished penthouse apartment with private secluded roof terrace in the centre of Rome, 10/10 for us! Carmen’s place was so lovely. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable! Was easy to find and check in was a very easy process. Carmen was accommodating and even allowed us to drop our bags at the apartment early. Carmen offered great recommendations for local restaurants and tips for travelling in the area. I would stay again and would recommend to others!

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

Very well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, very nice terrace! Very good restaurants nearby. Please note, however, that there is no air conditioning and the center of Rome is quite far on foot.

GIORGIA'S APARTMENT IS COMFORTABLE AND SUITABLE FOR A FAMILY WITH TWO TEENAGE CHILDREN. THE AREA IS QUIET, CLOSE TO THE VATICAN AND ALSO CLOSE TO THE METRO. GOOD COMPROMISE BETWEEN PRICE AND SERVICE OFFERED. FLEXIBLE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT.

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)
