Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Prati, Rome

AMAZING stay!! Place was just as described, looked like pictures, Luigi met us upon arrival, got us all settled in, he and his assistant even helped us with our luggage. So kind, quick to respond, and very helpful!! Definitely recommend this property and working with this great host. Would definitely stay here again.

Emanuele was very communicative and Cristina has good advices for city of Rome. We felt like it was our second home. Owner was always at disposal. We were 2 adults and 3 children. Recommended.

Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

Our stay at Linda's house was fantastic! The apartment is impeccable, clean and cared for in every detail and equipped with everything we needed. Strategic location to reach the Olimpico and Foro Italico on foot and located in a quiet area with nearby restaurants and places to stop. Linda was always very helpful and gave us great advice about the area. We look forward to coming back!

Wonderful, quaint, neighborhood in a perfect location, close to Spanish steps but far enough away from the crowds. Very quiet at night!! Breathtakingly gorgeous view from the balcony. Treasure Rome’s Brian and Karina (our delightful greeter) were attentive to detail from the time of booking to arranging a taxi last night. A fabulous cafe at the adjacent street for the best morning cappuccino. Our family of four adults found the space tight, especially the 2nd bdrm for our daughters, very limited space to keep clothing & luggage….That said, with such fabulous restaurants, shopping and sights, just away from the business, we decided we preferred the cosy, clean, well appointed apartment with gorgeous views of nature. Next time, we shall pack much less!

Vitarrio was extremely responsive to all of our requests. He actually met us at the apartment because we wanted to drop our luggage off in the morning upon our arrival. The apartment was clean. Although I give this place a five star rating, I will say that the second smaller bathroom was not what I expected having The sink the shower and the toilet all in one little space. Made using the bathroom a little difficult, especially after someone had showered and the floor was wet. Also, the stairs going up to the loft were a bit challenging however my 11 year-old and 13-year-old granddaughters slept up there And didn’t mind the climb. Again the biggest plus is Vittorio‘s responsiveness and communication.

The accommodation met our expectations and Mauro and Frederica were very nice and available. There was just a little noise at night.

Amazing location, very walkable. Safe and great point to travel to and from to explore Rome. Nicolanna was very attentive and great host. Highly recommend!

Francesca's house is very human, with lots of interesting little things on the bookshelf, like a little museum.We were made to feel at home with wine and snacks upon check-in.The location of the house is also very good, there is a grocery store downstairs, it is very convenient to buy water and snacks, and there are two restaurants with high Google Maps scores, the taste is superb!After checking in, Francesca took the initiative to ask if we were staying well. We said it was a little hot, but the room didn't have air conditioning, only the living room had air conditioning, which bothered us a little, and she immediately sent an electric fan.Thank you Francesca for giving us a great experience!

We had a remarkable stay, a quiet green corner, far from the tumult, perfect after a day of crisscrossing the streets and monuments of Rome. The villa is spacious and comfortable, the pool is a haven of relaxation. Regarding the villa, nothing is missing, the layout has been thought out and the kitchen has all the everyday objects to prepare a good meal. Each request is taken into account quickly by the owners so that you can benefit from the best conditions during your stay. It is obvious that our next visit to this beautiful city of Rome will pass through this location.

I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

One of the best of the many Airbnbs I've stayed in. We could really feel that we were staying in someone's real family home, and Sabina took real care in making us feel at home, even leaving us champagne, fruit, bread and local sweets -- really above and beyond. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and loved our stay (and wish we could have stayed longer). Very charming neighborhood outside the main stressy area of central Rome!

Our hostess was very friendly and accommodating. She responded very quickly to questions and requests. The place was great. Clean, pleasant and everything you needed was there and even a little more 🥰 I recommend Sylvia and her accommodation with a clear conscience and look forward to my next visit there.

This is the best place to stay in at Rome. The location is more than perfect. The apartment was very clean, and it was so comfy, like you are in your own home. The host was very helpful and friendly. I recommend for sure!!!

Our stay at Simona's Villa was absolutely perfect. The villa itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully laid out, and impeccably decorated and furnished. The grounds are equally beautiful, providing a serene and private atmosphere that our family thoroughly enjoyed. The swimming pool was a highlight for us, offering the perfect spot to relax and lounge in complete privacy, thanks to the gated access and secluded setting. The location was also ideal, with everything we needed just a short drive away. We were close to convenient stores and grocery shops, making daily errands easy, and the city of Rome was within reach for our day trips. We highly recommend Simona's Villa, especially for families like ours who are looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet still want to be close enough to enjoy everything Rome has to offer. It’s the perfect balance of solitude and convenience.

Romana was a great host: very responsive and proactive. She was quick to resolve an unexpected issue with the tub and came immediately the following day to repair it. She takes the time to message with suggestions to inquiries and offer help with booking transport from the airport which was very convenient. Such a lovely and warm person! The apartment is centrally located. Easy to walk to the main attractions nearby and walkable to other neighborhoods as well. Very safe area with a private garden which is a quiet reprieve from busy days.

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.

Robby was extremely responsive and replied within minutes... even at night! My girlfriend and I arrived at his place rather late and were worried that we would have problems checking in but Robby's swift replies made the check-in process super smooth. He also provided recommendations on where to eat nearby - which turned out to be really good. Overall, we just want to thank Robby for the problem-free stay as we had a couple of other poor experiences in our previous accommodations. Would definitely recommend staying here during your stay in Rome!
