The house was very cozy and well equipped, providing all the comfort we needed during the stay. The decoration was charming and the environments well organized, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The proximity of markets, restaurants and the sea was also a great differential. Communication with Andréia was impeccable, always attentive and ready to help with whatever was necessary. Without a doubt, we recommend the site and hope to return soon!

I loved the stay, spacious house, clean, well equipped with dishes, even bowls, pots, baking pan, appliances, refrigerator with excellent freezer, large microwave, barbecue with skewer/grill in the kitchen, and the differential was the fireplace with this cold and rain in the south, it was my option instead of going to the Serra Gaúcha, and it was possible to walk on the beach. I took my pet (from the apartment), and I have a habit of always cleaning the floor, the house has a laundry area, where I left the sanitary mat, there is a bucket tank, squeegee, broom ... and if you stay for many days, and there is a child, with firm time, even to wash clothes, because there is a washing machine and a place to hang clothes. The house is great, air-conditioned in the rooms, very comfortable. I will definitely return if I have the opportunity. I thank Patric for his hospitality.

The space is exactly as described: quiet, cozy, very clean and with easy access to everything. We spent 9 incredible days as a couple, on a leisure trip, and we feel very welcome. The atmosphere is perfect for those looking for comfort and quiet. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
