The apartment is nice, modern, and they keep it very clean and functional. Its location is great, the neighborhood is most exclusive on the island. It had all the necessary equipment to spend a few very pleasant days of rest. The hosts were attentive, and everything worked very well.

Everything is extremely impeccable! Since the arrival, we have been greeted with a MIMO for our dating anniversary, which has already made all the difference! The place is even better than the pictures, the apartment incredibly welcoming, with great decor and everything new, with great taste! The breathtaking view further, being a delight upon waking up and feeling the nature so close. These were wonderful days that the apartment brought even more tranquility, flexibility and comfort. The tips were also essential to explore more of the beaches and restaurants, as well as good hiking and adventures. Ana and Gabriel always available to answer us or exchange information when necessary, in addition to being very good in the explanations and step by step of all the processes since entering, when leaving. We are looking forward to the next few times we are sure to return!

Apartment with excellent location, overlooking the sea and close to the beach. The photos correspond to reality. Spacious,well furnished apartment, good cuisine. A wonderful balcony overlooking the sea . Jaqueline is very attentive and answers questions quickly . We had temporary problems with the water supply, due to large consumption, because it was the time of New Year's, and the city still does not have an ideal infrastructure, but it was promptly resolved. I think this tb was the cause of the little water flow from the shower .

Everything was perfect, as agreed, a great apartment close to the beach, a great beach, everything was very good.

Had a great stay! The apartment is very good and very well located, making it easy to access everything we needed. The host was extremely attentive and kind throughout our lodging, always available to help. A special highlight was the swimming pool in the apartment — my 2-year-old son simply loved to spend the afternoons on it. It was a separate attraction for him and made our experience even more special. I definitely recommend it, especially for families with children.

Beautiful Suite in Florianópolis! The view is incredible and gorgeous, the room is spacious and the bed is very large and soft! The coffee maker is very nice! We had treats like fruit, cold cuts, breads and stuff in the minibar. The bathroom is very beautiful, with a wonderful view and was made in harmony with the natural rocks, fantastic construction! Gabriela and her husband Júlio welcomed us very well and were always available to help us! Lucimar was always attentive with the stay and giving us directions. We hope to return soon and we highly recommend it to everyone!

We spent a wonderful extended holiday in this seaside house! The house is super spacious, accommodated the whole family in great comfort and is literally on the edge of the beach. Everything went well during the stay, we enjoyed a lot and the children had a lot of fun! Luciano was a super attentive host, always ready to help with whatever it took. Would recommend your stay!

Casa Vista Mar is perfect for family or group of friends who want space, convenience and great location. The house is extremely equipped with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor (one with sea view and AC, one with no view with AC and one with no view without AC, but super ventilated) and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is one more bedroom with a view and AC and a bathroom with shower. Karina is a very dear host, always concerned about the well-being of the guests. Casa Vista Mar is located on the land with two more houses and so the private garage space is for one car only, but there are vacancies outside the house that cater well if necessary. We love the stay, enjoy the barbecue and the beautiful view every day at dawn and dusk. Super indico and recommend!!

The house is very good, the view is beautiful. 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning very comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen is complete, Beach utensils too. The only problem of the house is the access staircase, many steps, for whom it will take a lot of things can be a little exhausting.

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. As Silvana showed in the photos, with all the necessary amenities, in addition to the game rooms, courts, pool, everything really wonderful. I was pleasantly struck by the condominium's security measures, Uber transfers and the whole island in general, the receptionists were very friendly and attentive, especially Kennio. Silvana took care of all the necessary details to make our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return when we have the chance again.

What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back for sure.

Myself and my family had a great experience. Rodrigo was very helpful and gave us all the information very clearly even before we arrived. The apartment is very nice, with good infrastructure, clean, comfortable and organized. The condominium structure is also excellent. We love everything.
