The house is great and the hosts are very welcoming, we stayed a weekend and it was worth it.

Beautiful Suite in Florianópolis! The view is incredible and gorgeous, the room is spacious and the bed is very large and soft! The coffee maker is very nice! We had treats like fruit, cold cuts, breads and stuff in the minibar. The bathroom is very beautiful, with a wonderful view and was made in harmony with the natural rocks, fantastic construction! Gabriela and her husband Júlio welcomed us very well and were always available to help us! Lucimar was always attentive with the stay and giving us directions. We hope to return soon and we highly recommend it to everyone!

Vanio welcomed us very warmly! Extremely organized and beautiful house, very well equipped house, if I had forgotten something I would have had it at the house's disposal. My kids enjoyed it a lot, like the whole family.

We were recently with my Family, and when we arrived at the Barrio in principle, and its surroundings were surprised by the high standard, Order, Security and the view of the surroundings. We were greeted by ANA with all kindness and warmth, a place of Film, Nature, with an ocean view, and directly connected to the beach from the House, and the best sunset is contemplated. The house was in excellent condition inside a peaceful condomínio. The spaces are just as described and every part of the house is in good condition. It is worth renting a car to stay in this area as there are not many things to do within walking distance.

It was a great experience, great house, private location, but well located, impeccable cleanliness, not to mention the promptness of Beto and Leia. The land is large, with ample vegetation and a spectacular lawn, where you can enjoy the sunset sitting on the grass among trees and birds nesting.

Great apartment, close to restaurants, supermarket and beach. The apartment is comfortable, has kitchen equipment that meets the needs well. The beds are comfortable, although no bed and bath linens are provided. This point charges the customer for increasing the volume of luggage to be taken. For those who go by car, it does not hinder much, but for those who travel by plane or other means of transport, it can hinder mobility. The apartment has a balcony with glass closure in the movable plate system. It is a good system but presents some difficulties in movement and opening, largely due to the fact that it is a large area of movement of the plates. The garage requires careful maneuvering as the access space to the boxes is very narrow.

The stay in Barbara's apartment was excellent! The location is amazing, super practical for those who want to get around the city easily. The apartment is super complete, extremely clean and organized, with bed linen and towels available — we don't have to worry about bringing anything! The internet worked perfectly throughout the stay, which was a great differential. The electronic lock also made access to the property much easier, making everything more practical and safe. Barbara was an amazing host, always very attentive and helpful. He answered all our questions quickly and kindly. Without a doubt, I recommend the hosting and would come back for sure!

Apartment with excellent location, overlooking the sea and close to the beach. The photos correspond to reality. Spacious,well furnished apartment, good cuisine. A wonderful balcony overlooking the sea . Jaqueline is very attentive and answers questions quickly . We had temporary problems with the water supply, due to large consumption, because it was the time of New Year's, and the city still does not have an ideal infrastructure, but it was promptly resolved. I think this tb was the cause of the little water flow from the shower .

This is the second time we go to this place and we love it, it has everything to feel at home and the ocean front view is beautiful. Whenever we can we come back, I highly recommend it.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. As Silvana showed in the photos, with all the necessary amenities, in addition to the game rooms, courts, pool, everything really wonderful. I was pleasantly struck by the condominium's security measures, Uber transfers and the whole island in general, the receptionists were very friendly and attentive, especially Kennio. What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back for sure.
