Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia Palmas do Arvoredo

Our accommodation was great!! The same apartment in the photos, smells, cozy, clean, well tidy and tasteful. Super attentive Patrick and ready for any questions. On arrival we were greeted with a beer and a sparkling wine with a welcome note, a gesture of extreme delicacy and care for the guest. The caretaker of the building also super gentle. We felt at home. We love it and we will definitely return!

Perfect apartment for groups and faithful to the photographs and descriptions made on Airbnb. We went with 4 friends and everything was perfect in the apartment. We felt at home literally. Andréia was very kind, helpful and polite. The treats left in the apartment by Andréia even provided us with breakfast! Of unparalleled delicacy. The building has a 24-hour grocery store that complemented our accommodation. Porterers extremely gentle and supportive.

Very well-equipped apartment, everything very new and tasteful, exactly as in the photos. The apartment is well integrated and the rooms and living rooms are spacious. The condominium is also very good, with a swimming pool, gym and playground for the children. For those who will spend more days, the service area is limited, otherwise, it is an excellent space!

Apartment exactly as in the photos, everything clean and fragrant, had all the kitchen utensils, large apartment, well Located, a place for children in the common area of the condominium. The house was in excellent condition inside a peaceful condomínio. The spaces are just as described and every part of the house is in good condition. It is worth renting a car to stay in this area as there are not many things to do within walking distance.

We felt very comfortable in the wind studio. Hosts were responsive to our concerns. The place was as shown in the photos, very complete kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment has a washing machine (not seen in the photos) that came to us very well to wash the tights of the day to day. The area is quiet, ideal for resting. Ponta das Canas beach is one of our favorites on the island of Floripa. Thank you very much for everything provided, we plan to return.

It was a great experience, great house, private location, but well located, impeccable cleanliness, not to mention the promptness of Beto and Leia. The land is large, with ample vegetation and a spectacular lawn, where you can enjoy the sunset sitting on the grass among trees and birds nesting.

Very well located house, great structure, with good technological system, we were well received, clean pool, cozy house, well furnished house, rooms with TV and air conditioning, structured bathrooms, held everyone with great comfort, moderate accessibility for wheelchair users. The hostess always well disposed, polite, friendly, empathetic and easy to dialogue.

Everything was impeccable: clean, organized, and fragrant. The place is gorgeous! Quiet and well-maintained. Luxury and nature. We really enjoy the contact with animals, the surrounding nature and the vegetable garden, which is a differential. It was a major renovation! It is an excellent environment for resting, studying and home office, our needs for those dates — very comfortable, with fast and stable internet, which made everything easier. Excellent place, very clean, tidy, spacious and large, it has a privileged view, exit to the beach directly from the building, excellent hosts very collaborative and eager to help in what you ask them 10/10, I would go again without a doubt.

I had an excellent stay at Mr. Edgard. The property is simply spectacular – exactly as in the pictures, very well divided, comfortable and fully equipped. The condominium is also excellent, with several leisure options and great structure. It was a very pleasant experience and would definitely come back without a second thought. I highly recommend it!
