Apartment with excellent location, overlooking the sea and close to the beach. The photos correspond to reality. Spacious,well furnished apartment, good cuisine. A wonderful balcony overlooking the sea . Jaqueline is very attentive and answers questions quickly . We had temporary problems with the water supply, due to large consumption, because it was the time of New Year's, and the city still does not have an ideal infrastructure, but it was promptly resolved. I think this tb was the cause of the little water flow from the shower .

great apartment, very clean and with everything we need, super equipped. It is very close to the sea and with a spectacular view of the beach.The host Mario is very proactive, kind and responds very quickly. We hope to host again soon.

Very cozy, clean place with great infrastructure and accurate utensils! Very nice outdoor area, too. Micheli and Jhonathan are easy to communicate with! We really enjoyed it and we intend to return!

Positive points: apartment is lindaooo, 03 suites top! In total there are 04 bathrooms. Large table for 08 people, balcony with great barbecue. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, well completed. A Vista do apt is a spectacle, to see the sea, swimming pools and the sunrise. The market is very close. I loved it and would come back for sure. Negative points: 02 mattresses are very soft and old, would have to be made the exchange. The TV in the bedroom does not take anything and the living room did not enter NETFLIX, almost nothing channel and the internet of tv falls every little bit (I think the tv is older). Checkin 15hs and the checkout at 10am without flexibility, I think late to get in and early to leave, but this was already clear in the announcement, so just one of my own observations.

Very good apartment, with everything you need. Everything worked perfectly and the host was very attentive. Near the beach, easy access and the service completely unbureaucratic. We like it very much and we will return for sure.

Beautiful apartment, as in the photos, equipped with everything necessary for your stay. The complex in which it is located is very quiet and safe. It is close to the beach, and has sidewalks and umbrella, very useful for not paying rent for such items. Camila was attentive and communicated during the stay, she was pending that everything is fine. We would return to this apartment without hesitation! 100% recommended

Very large and very beautiful apartment, with a great barbecue grill and pool. Parking a little tight to my car that is large, but it didn't get in the way. The only detail that I don't know if it's common is that I didn't have toilet paper when I arrived, I had to buy it urgently.

Super Estadia corresponded with the listing! The apartment is very complete and beautiful. Everything we need we found! The perfect place to spend good days in the city. André was very attentive to us! Our mini vacations were worth a lot. Gov. Celso Ramos is beautiful, we'll need to go back to get to know more of the city!

Perfect apartment for groups and faithful to the photographs and descriptions made on Airbnb. We went with 4 friends and everything was perfect in the apartment. We felt at home literally. Andréia was very kind, helpful and polite. The treats left in the apartment by Andréia even provided us with breakfast! Of unparalleled delicacy. The building has a 24-hour grocery store that complemented our accommodation. Porterers extremely gentle and supportive.

It was the most amazing trip of the year for us, we wanted a place to rest with a beautiful view...we found much more than that, Palmas is beautiful and quiet, perfect for relaxing with the family. The apartment is beautiful and cozy as in the pictures , and the view is even more beautiful - as Samara said : the sunrise in palms is spectacular! We felt at home, and we left with the certainty that we will return soon! 🩷

Excellent accommodation! Everything is very new, clean and organized! It is quite spacious and has a great barbecue/balcony space. Diogo was extremely helpful, fast and proactive in communication! I definitely recommend it and I will definitely come back.

Airbnb with hotel structure, with daily maid service, towels and beach chairs available, etc. Space exactly as in the pictures. Hotel restaurant with high prices, but within the average of Jurerê.

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .
