Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia Palmas do Arvoredo

Our accommodation was great!! The same apartment in the photos, smells, cozy, clean, well tidy and tasteful. Super attentive Patrick and ready for any questions. On arrival we were greeted with a beer and a sparkling wine with a welcome note, a gesture of extreme delicacy and care for the guest. The caretaker of the building also super gentle. We felt at home. We love it and we will definitely return!

Amazing stay in an amazing apartment. Well equipped, Cold beer in the fridge, pods for the coffee maker, were a lovely touch. The host is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The apartment is as described. The location is superb, the amenities, including hot and cold pools, sauna and Jacuzzi are squeaky clean. The facility provides beach chairs and umbrellas makes for an easy trip to the beach, which is a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation.

It is a very nice apartment located in the beautiful area of Praia de Palmas. It's on the ground floor. The installation is very functional. Everything works very well. It is easy access to the beach. Very complete the number of appliances available. A very nice and functional grill. The building: Beautiful. There is even a supermarket cart available for you to take your shopping to the dto from the carport. A tip: There are some passages between buildings that guarantee you a shaded beach hike most of the tour. The dto. has available set of folding chairs, takeaway cart, a graan umbrella!!, boring boards, surfboard, inflatables, and sand toys for the little ones. To improve: That I have sheets, towels (blanquería) and toilet paper, something very useful, especially for those of us from far away and it is uncomfortable to carry all that. The treatment of the owners is very good!! Very friendly and accessible at all times.

Perfect apartment for groups and faithful to the photographs and descriptions made on Airbnb. We went with 4 friends and everything was perfect in the apartment. We felt at home literally. Andréia was very kind, helpful and polite. The treats left in the apartment by Andréia even provided us with breakfast! Of unparalleled delicacy. The building has a 24-hour grocery store that complemented our accommodation. Porterers extremely gentle and supportive.

Excellent apartment with high-end building features. Very comfortable car, with a very good exit for Jureré or for any place in the south of the island. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to rest. It is in a very quiet residential environment, we felt very comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

The place is exactly as presented in the listing, the house is very well planned and tastefully decorated, the owner's concern to offer a comfortable place with everything you need for day-to-day utilities is clear. The women in the family thought it was great to even have a hair dryer. The cleanliness is another point to be commented on, the house was impeccable when we arrived, Lucas was always very helpful and concerned with our well-being, in short, only compliments, it is very worthwhile.

The house is simple, cozy and has a delicious energy. The view is really special — we were able to enjoy a stunning sunset and moonrise shortly thereafter. The location is great, close to everything: beaches, trails and shops. Unfortunately, we had little time to explore everything the place offers, but we certainly want to go back. Tatiana is a wonderful, caring and welcoming host. We were greeted with a super affectionate treat to toast my wife's birthday — a gesture that made all the difference. We recommend it with affection!

The house was in excellent condition inside a peaceful condomínio. The spaces are just as described and every part of the house is in good condition. It is worth renting a car to stay in this area as there are not many things to do within walking distance.

We felt very comfortable in the wind studio. Hosts were responsive to our concerns. The place was as shown in the photos, very complete kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment has a washing machine (not seen in the photos) that came to us very well to wash the tights of the day to day. The area is quiet, ideal for resting. Ponta das Canas beach is one of our favorites on the island of Floripa. Thank you very much for everything provided, we plan to return.

It was a great experience, great house, private location, but well located, impeccable cleanliness, not to mention the promptness of Beto and Leia. The land is large, with ample vegetation and a spectacular lawn, where you can enjoy the sunset sitting on the grass among trees and birds nesting.
