The house is exactly as advertised, the second time I've stayed in the same house. Always very well arranged, clean! Super safe gated community! Foot in the sand! Excellent location! Jade always responds quickly and attentively.

I spent a few days in Daniel's apartment with my family and we really liked it. It is close to the beach and close to shopping, has beach service, ice machine and direct exit to the beach. Check-in and check-out were quick and without bureaucracy.

The place is extremely perfect, only the heated pool is missing for swimming at night. However, there was a smaller one that was hot, so it met our needs.

Alexandre is a professional in the art of welcoming people. The space is beautiful and organized. The instructions are clear. The bedding is of hotel quality. The suites are very comfortable. The location of the apto is excellent.

The days we spent in Juqueí were great. Luci always very helpful and attentive. The place is exactly as the pictures suggest. Super equipped and organized. Perfect location, with all the comforts of sun umbrella and beach chairs always mountaineering by the condo staff who are fantastic people. Close to great restaurants. Anyway, when we get back to Juqueí we already know where to host.

Apartment exceeds expectations. Amazing view, everything extremely comfortable, well decorated, quality bed and bath linens, I felt at home. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and the entire Riviera structure. Excellent host, we hope to return more often. A thank you to the doorman Mr. Luiz, who was very solicitous with us!

Claudio and Mayra's apartment is great and matches the photos and description perfectly. The balcony is really the highlight of the property. The maintenance and condition of the apartment, furniture, cabinets, appliances and utensils are really impeccable, which is impressive for a beach apartment. The reception at check-in was great and super easy. The condominium has a very good structure and its exclusive access is just a few steps from the beach. Ice machine, chairs and umbrella on the beach. Everything was very good. I highly recommend it!

Our stay at the residence and communication with Mirian were impeccable. The house is exactly as in the photos: spacious, well decorated, excellent location and with everything nearby. Communication with Mirian was excellent from the first contact. We look forward to returning soon!

The house is spacious, has an excellent outdoor area and is airy. It is very close to the beach and is a safe place. There were beach chairs and no umbrellas. It has all the kitchen utensils, toys for the children, books... I found the house to be very complete. Zélia was very attentive and was flexible regarding check-in / check-out. It was a great experience, I recommend the accommodation!

Great place to enjoy the beach

The house is wonderful, just like the photos published, super clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy, the location is perfect, organized and safe condominium and very close to the beach, the condominium's market is very close. Host Tatiana is your husband Orlando, they answered all questions quickly! The only downfall we found was that there was no air conditioning in the rooms. We love the stay and will be back for sure!

The house is exactly like the ad, all clean, abundant beach facilities (chairs, umbrella, thermal box) and 2 minutes from the beach.

We stayed as a family (2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 10) and had a wonderful experience! The highlight is the courtesy and attention of the owner, always available with quick and great quality answers. The house offers a spectacular view, the kind that sticks in your memory, and the location is perfect for those seeking immersion in nature and tranquility. The children loved the space and had a great time. The description of the house corresponds exactly to what we found, everything very well cared for and welcoming. The beach is close, but access is via a long staircase, as the house is on a hill — something to consider, but totally worth it for the view and contact with nature. We highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly return!

The location is excellent. The accommodations were very clean. Although the photos describe the place well, in person some objects need to be replaced or repaired. I suggested to the host another refrigerator, as the one that is there is small for 10 people. But my note is still 4.5 out of 5.

Excellent house in the woods with a view of the sea. Very pleasant, fully equipped, comfortable bed. I highly recommend it!
