Claudio and Mayra's apartment is great and matches the photos and description perfectly. The balcony is really the highlight of the property. The maintenance and condition of the apartment, furniture, cabinets, appliances and utensils are really impeccable, which is impressive for a beach apartment. The reception at check-in was great and super easy. The condominium has a very good structure and its exclusive access is just a few steps from the beach. Ice machine, chairs and umbrella on the beach. Everything was very good. I highly recommend it!

Clean and all-equipped apartment, excellent outdoor area. safe place and near resurfacing, pharmacy , shops and supermarket. i definitely recommend it.

Impeccable apartment, very well equipped and faithful to the photos. We were delighted with the whole structure very well cared for, new and clean. All appliances in perfect condition. The beach path is very easy and even with a baby we had no difficulty. Building has an infrastructure that has served us very well!

Great apartment. Super complete with all utensils in the kitchen and bedding, table and bath linens. The complete condominium with chairs and sun umbrellas on the beach, ice supply for the cooler. Extremely attentive and helpful employees.

When we arrived, the apartment was extremely clean and organized, all very cozy. Jacuzzi in the outdoor area that is warm, a delight to enjoy with the forest on the side, we even had the pleasure of seeing some little animals passing by. The rooms are a little cramped, but nothing that gets in the way. Some lights from the outside area of the barbecue were burned, I alerted the owner but stayed for it, but it did not disturb us either. The barbecue is a little tricky to work with. We had a problem with the neighbor of the car garage spaces, because one of our cars got the wheel a little UP the BAND, and he went to complain at the entrance of the building, saying that we broke into his vacancy, the employee said that it was already the third stay of the owner who had this complaint, so it was already the alert... Of the more everything was great, all the necessary kitchen utensils, the view of the forest is incredible, and the owner sent all the information in the week of check in.

The stay at Guilherme's house was excellent! The house is exactly as in the photos: very comfortable, well equipped and impeccably clean. In addition, the condominium where it is located is a great differential. It has a market, bar, restaurant, gym and several leisure options, as well as direct access to the beach, with service included — which makes the experience even more practical and enjoyable. Access to both the condominium and the house was simple and quiet. Guilherme was always very attentive and quick to respond, which made us even more comfortable throughout the stay. Joanita's home is more than charming, it's sensational! Just as it appears in the photos, the house is of extreme good taste, organized, clean and surrounded by green with many birds singing! Joanita and Barbara were very helpful and attentive, answering everything clearly and with agility. We hire the services of Elisangela that we recommend with eyes closed. Eli is a sweetheart, left everything organized and made delicious food! We'll be back for sure, thanks for the super holiday we had!

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

Very spacious, clean, well located apartment, very close to the beach and with a great view from the balcony. The host Uira cleared up all doubts and left clear instructions about the apartment, the bed linen and towels are well sanitized and there really is no need to bring them from home. My family liked it a lot and we would definitely come back another time.

Ana from the first contact, responded promptly to all my doubts and helped me a lot with tips and suggestions, as it was the first time we went to the region, her apartment is the same as the photos, everything available for us to use, bed linen and towels all clean, very well equipped, very close to the beach, and even the place on the beach to stay is very close to the apartment, as the condominium offers chairs and sunshine, which made me comfortable to go and come back from the beach several times throughout the day. For those who like to bustle, have a mall and a space of events nearby, were beemmm hectic, with lots of food and music. I like the tranquility better, but I went there curious. Quiet, clean and safe streets, I felt safe in the area. It was worth the stay in Ana's apartment for a lot. I loved it from start to finish.
