The house is beautiful, the very comfortable spaces, Carlos and his lady are very friendly and willing to help in all requirements, as well as Marlene. I would return to the accommodation without hesitation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

Perfect experience at the beach house! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The experience was simply wonderful. The property is impeccably clean and very well organized. From the moment of arrival, it was clear the care and attention to detail that the hosts have. The service of the owners was exemplary, always helpful, and very attentive. They responded quickly to our questions and were genuinely concerned with ensuring that we had an amazing experience. The location is perfect and the house offers all the comforts needed for a memorable stay. I recommend it without hesitation and we will certainly return at the next opportunity! A special thank you to Lene, along with Willian, made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. They are people we invite to join our table. Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. Impeccable view, very good condominium, I hope to return more often

A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back.

The stay was great, great location, comfortable home with all that was described. Bed and bath linens of great quality, tasteful and functional environment. Kind and proactive host helped us a lot.

The townhouse served very well, and there was plenty of room left, for 8 adults, 2 children and a pet. Flexible, proactive hosts, quick replies, and clear instructions. We will return more often. the apartment is excellent. The unbeatable area steps from the pedestrian. It is a strategic place to go to the beaches, everything walking. The apartment is very comfortable, both for sleeping, cooking, bathing, being outside, everything is a 10. It would come back more days because the complex is beautiful and the apartment is unbeatable. Caio super attentive for everything. I highly recommend it.

The house is very comfortable, everything according to the description on the notice, we were a couple. Very good privacy. The perfect location for our preferences: away from the noise, and very close to the beach, in a residential area. As we like to walk, we did it even in the night outs to the center, we seemed very safe on the way. The hosts are very correct and friendly, attentive to our needs. We are very grateful because they were also flexible with the check-in and egreso schedules.

Lily's house is beautiful, with a unique decor that makes you stop in every corner to observe the details. The house is very comfortable, with the master bedroom on the top floor of the main house, and the other three bedrooms are located in the lower part of the land, having a lot of privacy. It's like three apartments, very comfortable. A beautiful view in all rooms. I recommend for large families or trip with friends. It is necessary to have a car, as the house is in a nose and in my opinion, you have to go by car to the beaches. Thanks so much Lily!

We had a very good experience at Karen's apartment. We were two adults and a child and we were very comfortable, we only use the room, not the loft. Karen was a very good host, attentive and even allowed us to stay an extra while we were waiting for our car. The house was comfortable and the decor was very warm, just like what you see in the photos and the complex was very neat and pleasant. The location is correct, approximately five/six blocks from the beach and four blocks from the avenue for shopping. Details that would improve the experience, we arrived after a long trip and in the bathroom there was no soap to wash your hands. The ants in the kitchen! While you understand that you are in a rough environment, you have to be cleaning constantly. Notwithstanding these observations, we had a very good experience in the apartment and would definitely be back. Thank you Karen!

The stay was amazing! The space is cozy, well located and exactly as in the photos. The host was super attentive, quickly responded to every message, and was always available to ask questions. A special highlight goes to the service of the chef, which further elevated the experience. I highly recommend it!

Great house, spacious, cozy. We felt at home . We are very close to the beach and the homemade Sr Luiz very helpful and kind to everyone. Mrs. Gloria very flexible with the check-in and check-out. We will definitely be back soon.

Raphael and Lívia were quick to respond and provided relevant information about the stay (check-in, rules, etc.). The house was clean and tidy. The garden and pool were spotless. The place was quiet, familiar and was 5 minutes walk to the beach. The Jehovah and Maribel housewives were helpful and very friendly. We felt at home. We will find the accommodation of Raphael and Lívia next time we go to Búzios.
