I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-kept condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. The place was very clean, functional, well maintained, and true to descriptions. At the time of our visit, the neighborhood was very quiet. I will recommend and return to Diego's house with pleasure.

Clean, well organized. Beds were comfortable. Info on how to use electric showers would have been good; especially to know that without rubber flooring you should wear rubber flip-flops in the shower, at least from info we received when we looked online, and also how to regulate the shower temperature. Also, since we were in a hotel prior that has hair dryers supplied that would have been a nice addition as I did not have one. Loved the private bathrooms with each room, plus a half bath on the main floor. Enjoyed the upstairs balcony with lounge chairs etc. Overall a very nice stay.

Had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home, made the time in Buzios so much more comfortable and everything was clean and perfect!

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

Excellent stay. Everything as per the pictures and descriptions. Diana responded quickly, nothing was missing, everything was ok. Maneuvering the car into the garage is complicated if the car is large, but we were able to leave it at the entrance to the garage, so there were no problems. In the worst case, the street is very quiet, so there are no problems with staying there either. Tucuns is very peaceful, the only thing is that the sea is more drawn because it is open sea, but it guarantees an excellent quietness. recommend the stay.

Beautiful beach house, the place is very quiet. Hannah is a very good host, concerned, strives to give more than necessary and responds very quickly. He gave us tips on places to visit, restaurants, etc. All this made our stay very pleasant and I would definitely go back! Thank you for everything 🫶🏻

We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay!!! The house is very well cared for, spacious and very close to the beach. We have a great time. Vadi and Célia are very attentive and polite. Renato very fast to answer our questions. We'll be back for sure !

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

The accommodation is amazing, with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the center, and with easy access to the Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes beaches. The sunset seen from the accommodation is simply spectacular. We highly recommend it! It's really worth it. The host was super receptive and attentive, as well as all the staff, who were very polite and helpful!

We had a wonderful time in Buzios at this house. The views are out of this world. Gonzalo was incredibly helpful, super flexible and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will be back.

The accommodation is just as described or better. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and immediately responded to all messages. The place is a very nice, very well organized and safe gated condominium. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best thing is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

Iphigenia's house is just like the photos. It has everything you need for a beautiful stay, even a small refrigerator to take to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, it has a market and bakery one block from the place. I definitely recommend this place and would choose it again!

Fernanda and Miltón was very kind at all times during our stay. Beautiful place, close to the most beautiful beach and a few blocks from the avenue where the Van pass that takes you wherever you want. Excellent everything! Thank you so much

Our stay was spectacular. We were 8 adults and the functionality of the house is as described in the listing. Undoubtedly the house of Maceis will be inside the options if we return to Búzios. Anderson the caretaker was very friendly and friendly and Dulcinea was too.

The wonderful place, identical to the photos in the ad, everything very tidy and clean, the only issue we had was when we arrived that the air controls had no battery and just above the apartment they were doing construction work. You have to consider that the place is far from the center of Buzios, so if you don't go by car, Uber trips (which do arrive at the Airbnb) are more than 25 minutes. But everything else was wonderful, the place had a small market with basic things in case you were missing something. I'd be happy to come back

Very good, clean house (I believe you only need one more attention to the godura next to the stove), organized, great location, quiet neighborhood. Needing more attention to the lawn and doorknobs of the falling rooms. Your repellent will be quite necessary! Air in the two bedrooms working perfectly. It was a great stay and choose, until soon RJ.

The location is great and has a spectacular view. But I can't help but mention that I missed some basic items that would improve the experience... Floor cloth, salt, oil, soap, the loofah was destroyed... In addition, one of the showers doesn't heat up, the kitchen sink was leaking and the paint in the room was peeling off. Without these details, I would say the place is perfect for the price.
