Sergio is a very kind person, he was always attentive to us, and I look forward to seeing us with a detail, which is greatly appreciated. The beautiful place, as shown in the photos, I would even dare to say that it is better than the photos, totally recommended.

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time in Buzios at this house. The views are out of this world. Gonzalo was incredibly helpful, super flexible and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will be back.

Excellent stay. Everything as per the pictures and descriptions. Diana responded quickly, nothing was missing, everything was ok. Maneuvering the car into the garage is complicated if the car is large, but we were able to leave it at the entrance to the garage, so there were no problems. In the worst case, the street is very quiet, so there are no problems with staying there either. Tucuns is very peaceful, the only thing is that the sea is more drawn because it is open sea, but it guarantees an excellent quietness. recommend the stay.

The place is magical! Direct contact with nature and peace! It is a few minutes from the city, in a charming place, much better than in the photos. There were some mosquitoes, but nothing an insecticide couldn't solve. The hosts are wonderful and super attentive. We really liked it and we intend to return to this paradise! Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Our stay was spectacular. We were 8 adults and the functionality of the house is as described in the listing. Undoubtedly the house of Maceis will be inside the options if we return to Búzios. Anderson the caretaker was very friendly and friendly and Dulcinea was too.

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

Beautiful house, exactly as in the pictures and even better! Delicious Condo, swimming pool just in front of the door of the house! Casa has all the necessary utensils and even more! Glória responds quickly whenever we need it and the homemade Luiz is a sweetheart! We felt at home! Close to the beach and the neighborhood we really like! We'll be back for sure ♥️

Great option in conzios. Large house, comfortable with everything needed for a great stay. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Cozy lounge and dining area. Great outdoor area, perfect for a barbecue. Ideal Size Pool. Nothing to complain about the stay.

Alexia's home is absolutely wonderful and for me it was chosen especially to spend my 30th birthday because it is so special. Alexia was an excellent host and went out of her way, having helped me that this reservation happened even when the house was no longer available on Airbnb, she went out of it, so I really appreciate it! The village was always quick to respond and gave lots of great suggestions! The sea view and sunset are priceless, the way to the turtle beach, the proximity to the center of Búzios but at the same time being located in a quiet area, I found it wonderful. The decoration and the utmost taste make the house undoubtedly special and irreverent. A site with lots of nature and art. The only negative point are the mosquitoes, but nothing that a good repellent and candles do not solve, so I advise you to get prepared with that. Tirando this all was amazing, super recommend and hope to return one day!

From start to finish this was a fantastic getaway. Being from the US my group was nervous staying in an Airbnb in an area of Brazil we weren’t familiar with. Kai and his team went out of his way to ensure the house was up to our expectations and we had adequate recommendations (which were our standout experiences). We were at Sunset Paradise House a week ago and it was really wonderful. It is located in a place with a beautiful view, 5 minutes from downtown by Uber, it has everything you need and Tabitha was an excellent host. I recommend it 100% and would return to this place.
