Excellent accommodation, perfect location, in the trendiest neighborhood of the city and close to everything. The hosts are very polite, helpful and available. I definitely recommend it and will be back soon!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We were very well received by Valdemir, who explained the condominium rules and showed us the entire apartment. Guilherme was also available throughout the stay, asking by message if everything was okay. The apartment is spacious, and it was very clean and organized. Very cozy. The kitchen had basic utensils that were sufficient for the period we stayed there, however we did not cook. The beds and bedding are super comfortable. We felt at home in the apartment, very welcoming. A super positive point is its location, it is very close to the best spot on the beach and good restaurants. We hardly used the car, we did everything on foot. The building has a 24-hour doorman, which gave us security and facilitated Ifood orders. It would go back to rent for sure.

We spent a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. I, my wife and my son feel at home for the entire stay. The location was also good. A special highlight goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact. Always available, made all the difference in our experience. We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfy. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All nearby commerce and the beach are just a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with politeness and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.
