Good location: 6 min walk from Toninhas beach, we don't even need to take the car out of the garage, just to go to the downtown that is 15 min away by car. I can say it was one of the best stays I've ever had. The apartment is exactly as advertised, everything is very clean and everything is new! Market, pharmacy, and close to some shops. If you want a family atmosphere and a quiet beach, Maranduba is a great tip! I felt at home and in addition to the quick service and flexibility of Rafaela and David, Adalberto who received us was very attentive and made us feel at ease. Ubatuba is always a delight to spend a few days and I hope to return very soon. Thank you for making this little corner so cozy for guests.

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

Incredible accommodation for those who like to stay close to the Itagua waterfront and with easy access to the highways to explore the south and north beaches, extremely clean and well-distributed space, very comfortable beds and sofa and all the necessary utensils. Reginaldo, the janitor, is a fine person. Franz is always quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Great apartment, very spacious and comfortable, the rooms are good and the bathrooms are large, but they do not provide towels. Kitchen with all the utensils, spacious outdoor area and with a beautiful view, very faithful to the photos. We like it very much, I recommend it and I will return in the future.

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

Leisure area in the mto boa condominium, with access to swimming pool, park and ice machine. We're already scheduling to go back and referring to friends.
