The house is very good, wide, clean, very functional and has everything we need. Rodrigo is an excellent host, very helpful, the check-in and check-out were very flexible, he responds very quickly and promptly solves the questions, always with great sympathy. In the rooms, the air-conditioning and fans are new and quiet. In the kitchen there are all the utensils we need and the bathrooms are also good. Impeccable pool, very clean. Anyway, it was a great stay, I would come back other times for sure.

One of the best trips we made as a family, house is large and has everything you need for a good stay, differential for dryer, the women loved rsrs. Newton has always been helpful when we need it. For those who want peace and contact with nature this is the place, the house is almost foot in the sand, just take a triple through the woods in the backyard and be happy! 🌊🙌🏻

I 100% recommend staying at Sidiney's house. He was very kind to all of us and was always attentive to what we needed (we never had to bother him because everything worked perfectly in the house). It is ideal for a group of friends who want tranquility and proximity to the beach, the house has many bathrooms and a spectacular barbecue area to share all together. quiet, safe place with easy check in and check out! Thiago is very friendly, responds quickly and is always ready to help! Extremely clean and comfortable house. Some improvements could be made, but nothing that would have hindered the stay, and we already want to go back! Just a point of attention that large cars do not fit in the garage, but it is quite easy to leave them parked in front of the house (just be careful not to cover the gate of the house underneath) my family and I loved it and had a great weekend!

Great accommodation, with several utensils in the kitchen, fans. A spacious backyard with BBQ. Near the beach, restaurants. I recommend it, perfect for a couple. If the next visitors can bring extra fans as recommended, great, it will help a lot.

Great place to stay in Ubatuba! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, cozy and well equiped. Ideal location for not relying on a car by night to travel to the center of Itaguá, with a wide choice of restaurants and shops. I did not have the opportunity to meet Júlio in person, but I easily checked in with his instructions, which has always been very requested.

Great house!! Valdecir is always available to help with things, very attentive, the house was extremely clean and was just like the photos, the access to the beach is great (just cross the avenue) and there are several things nearby, markets, restaurants, bars and so on. I will definitely come back more times!!!

I had another impeccable stay in this cozy apartment in Praia da Lagoinha. The location is excellent, close to the sea and local shops, and the environment was impeccably clean and well organized. The bed is comfortable, full kitchen, everything is perfect. The host was attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

We love the stay, the Studio has a great location, very close to the beach it has a way to walk smoothly, great swimming pool, the gym spaces, game room are very good too! Local was clean, and very pleasant, has air conditioning, fan, elevator, wifi, utensils in the kitchen at your disposal. Hostess responds quickly and very cordial. We will definitely be back !

Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again..

We passed fds,it was super quiet. I only have compliments to make,Neiva and her husband super polite and communicative. Both on arrival and on departure. I was already waiting, escorted us to the room. We even got a ride to the place we were going to. Clean bedroom and bathroom. We made it on foot to the beach in about 20 minutes. Peaceful stay smoothly.

Great location, we make the most of it. It had all the necessary items for stadia. The apartment and condominium very clean and organized, quiet place. Same as photos. Easy access location to highway and beaches.

We spent the extended holiday at Sítio Recanto Fonte Viva and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, super well taken care of, the pool is wonderful and the surrounding nature climate makes everything even better to relax. But what made all the difference was the homegoers, Viviane and Andrews. The village is too good, super receptive and always willing to help with anything we need. They gave several tips and made us super comfortable at all times. Sure is a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return soon!

Camilla and her family are welcoming, kind and have a unique sympathy. The products they offer for purchase (popsicles, jams, syrups and candies) are top quality. This is the second time we have stayed here and they treat us with great affection. Excellent host! We'll always come back

The stay was excellent, Rebeca is very kind and helpful, Mr. Antônio welcomed us very well and helped us in everything we needed. We had excellent days, the place is big, comfortable, well equipped, the place is wonderful for walking, the big pool, the very good barbecue. We love to celebrate my grandma's 80th birthday!

Our stay was simply perfect! The house was beautiful, cozy and extremely clean. It smelled and very organized. We do not miss anything at all. It had everything and more. The kitchen is complete in utensils and appliances. The clean bathrooms and hot shower. Comfortable rooms with very clean linen and towels. Anyway, a lot of whim and pampering of the hosts. Sr Antônio and Selma are extremely polite and solicited. Very nice people. We wish we could have spent longer there! But definitely we'll be back soon!

The cottage is charming! Super Comfortable bed, small kitchen, but catering for quick meals! For us, the strong point is a view of the mountains of the mountains of the sea... simply incredible, and there was a nice arrangement of flowers in the chale (bamboo orchidea). To see that they are very well aware of the space, the landscaping of the property is beautiful. To be in the midst of nature, it is good to take repellent, the pernilongs make the party. We had a power outage in 2 nights, but Ursula had already warned us (we are far from the center), on the first night a heavy rain ended around 9 p.m., and returned at dawn. Your sister-in-law brought some candles.. There's a pond with ducks they are docile and wait for food, rsrsrs. It was an amazing experience, Ursula responds quickly, it was all quiet!

We spent a week at Sitio do França, Pouso Alto. Despite the rain in the first 3 days, the stay was very good. It met our expectations, a place with preserved nature, close to the village of Pouso Alto with access to grocery stores and other necessary products, in addition to enabling good walks. The place produces organic vegetables, which was great, as we are vegetarians. It is worth noting the welcome and attention of the always attentive housekeeper (Jai). Finally, a good experience that is worth repeating.

Sensational!!! A house in the middle of the mountain that looks like a Disney movie! Everything is impeccable, in fact the kitchen has restaurant kitchen refinements, super equipped! A high point for the dishes made by Cinthia herself! Cleanliness and whimsy. Everything is great! 1000-point score!
