Incredible accommodation for those who like to stay close to the Itagua waterfront and with easy access to the highways to explore the south and north beaches, extremely clean and well-distributed space, very comfortable beds and sofa and all the necessary utensils. Reginaldo, the janitor, is a fine person. Franz is always quick to respond to questions and concerns.

We went with family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, has excellent location within the condominium: near the beach and in front of the market that condominium (which in fact has a fair price). The view from the balcony is to the mountain, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the covered area and the whole check-in process was excellent. I recommend it.

I can say it was one of the best stays I've ever had. The apartment is exactly as advertised, everything is very clean and everything is new! Market, pharmacy, and close to some shops. If you want a family atmosphere and a quiet beach, Maranduba is a great tip! I felt at home and in addition to the quick service and flexibility of Rafaela and David, Adalberto who received us was very attentive and made us feel at ease. The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.
