The condominium has a very pleasant leisure area, accessible to guests, and is in the process of expansion, which results in few houses around, providing great privacy. In addition, the caretaker visits the property daily to tend the garden and collect the trash. The condominium's security performs daily rounds at alternating times, which brings a sense of tranquility. The water pressure and flow in the internal showers is extremely low, it needs improvement. A curious detail: The house is surrounded by nature and we had the constant presence of toads inside the toilets, so it is important to be careful when using the bathroom.

the access was really a little difficult for us in a car not very appropriate for Areia but the cottage is charming. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, everything very tidy and organized. The cottage is too beautiful and has everything we wanted to do nearby. You can do everything on foot and the place is super quiet.
