A nice property off the beaten path. It is a few miles out of Tamarindo with decent roads to get to the house. Beautiful nature surrounding the house. Carolina is very responsive and made our stay easy.

Lovely home near one of the best beaches in the country! We were very comfortable during our 6 day stay, with 5 adults moving around, and felt very safe. Hosts were extremely kind and communicative, answering any questions we had about activities or eating recommendations. We loved sitting outside by the pool every morning and listening to the howler monkeys and watching the iguanas. Best trip we've taken and the memories we made we will cherish forever!

This home was exactly what I was I was looking for. Just a few days to relax and work online. Everything was immaculate. Communication with staff was quick and helped with any questions or needs. I would recommend this place to anyone. Perfect place for a family or small group to stay and enjoy this area of Guanacaste. The house had all the amenities that anyone would want. Thank you!!

There are beautiful beaches around this place. The pool is great for kids and grown ups, heated naturally by the sun, so at night it has a great temperature. The house is as described, very confortable and good beds.

Phenomenal stay! Stop searching and book this place—seriously. This house is absolutely spectacular—pictures don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful and serene it is. The view? Unreal. Just breathtaking. It’s only a minute walk to the beach and a charming local restaurant, and just 5 minutes to town and stores. Benton was amazing—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. He connected us with a private chef, in-home massages, and local excursions, making everything effortless and personal. We loved watching the wildlife—colorful frogs at night and giant lizards during the day—and the pool was the perfect temperature 24/7. This home is perfect for couples looking for total privacy, but we can’t wait to return with our kids next time. My husband and I travel frequently, and this was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Thank you, Benton, for such an unforgettable stay. The villa was amazing. Exactly as shown and described. Had a wonderful time, really enjoyed the villa . The view was amazing. Pastora and her husband were kind and very responsive to anything we needed. The area was fantastic. Plenty of options for adventures. Great restaurants . Locals were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning.

The best AirBnB ever! I was sad to leave this incredible home away from home. It has everything you need. Usually, rentals lack the right utensils, enough plates, etc… NOT THIS PLACE! This had everything and all the nice extras. I highly recommend this home for an incredible vacation experience. We were able to enjoy all that Playa Grande has to offer plus some other wonderful excursions that were short drives away. AMAZING! Ready to come back.

We LOVED our stay here. Felt right at home! Extremely nice to have the extra beach and pool amenities during our stay as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We loved your daughters restaurant suggestions and visited a couple of her list. Walking distance to a beach and a several restaurants as well as a small coffee shop and market. Just overall had a great stay.

We stayed for one week. We loved how peaceful it was and the pool was much needed. The monkeys are the highlight - they come and go without any bother. Could watch them all day.

We loved our week stay in Playa Hermosa. The view is amazing and the house was the perfect size for us. We loved the gym, deck and pool. Ian was super helpful with scheduling activities. The best part of our stay was definitely having Rebecca come every morning and make us the best breakfasts ever! She is a superstar and even helped us with our Spanish. We will definitely return and would highly recommend visiting!

Jennifer and Chip are the best hosts that you can ever hope for! Great communicators, very knowledgeable about the area and things to do, immediate responsiveness to anything that was needed, and just amazing overall people! We had their rental for 3 months and it was a wonderful experience! Thanks so much Jenn and Chip!

The Casa Vera Vista was a beautiful villa on the cliff side over looking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The villa was close to the beach and great restaurants plus a good starting point for many excursions. The concierge team was always there when we needed them throughout the entire trip as well as with planning prior to arriving. The house was very clean, decorated very tastefully and had comfortable beds. The daily cleaning service was very helpful with three kiddos in tow. We had two dinners and breakfast with the recommended chefs and they exceeded our expectations, with both delicious food and friendly company. Our driver Raudy was always on time, professional and was very helpful in getting around with our busy itinerary. We definitely did a lot on our trip (zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATVs, snorkeling, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs etc) and staying at the villa with the concierge service made it that much more special. Lots of wild at the house too! Pura Vida

Beach front in Playa Potrero! One of four ground level units in condo. The pool and grass lawn are wonderful. The long black sand beach has baseball size and smaller rocks in the surf, but there aren’t any large rock structures in the area the waves crash. At high tide only sand is in the crashing waves. The unit has quality furniture and cookware. The grill is cleaned daily as well as general cleaning and maintenance of the common grounds. Eating out in the area is very pricey. The condo has the kitchen and outdoor gas grill to stop at the Walmart or Costco in Liberia for groceries and use the nearby San Martin Butcher for wonderful family meals!

We were delighted with the comfort, the residence was definitely what we were looking for to rest. The only drawback was that on the last day the pool had a malfunction, but our hosts immediately got in touch and we were able to fix it. We would definitely come back

Enis was our host and she was wonderful. She promptly responded to any questions or issues that we had. She was always readily available. The house itself is adorable and very clean. The pool and patio area is spectular. Everything you need is very close to the house. Some lovely restaurants, with live entertainment great food and service. and the sunsets!!Grocery stores and beaches are close as well. This was our second time staying in Potrero but our first time at Enis'. Potrero is a wonderful little town that has something for everyone. We will definitely be back for a third time.

This is a beautiful home. It was just the right size for our family of 4. There are lots of restaurants close by, a small market, and several beaches are just a couple minute drive. We didn’t walk because we had little ones, but walking to the restaurants would be safe. We saw lots of locals and tourists walking the area. There are no gas stations in the town so come prepared. The kids loved playing in the backyard and pool. This place does have an extensive security system with lots of cameras everywhere but we just ignored them. Didn’t see any inside just the front and back yard. We were delayed at check in and the caretaker waited almost two extra hours for us so that was appreciated. At checkout the caretaker will come get the keys so be sure and allow time for this and communicate check out time before the morning of. Overall, very much enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our time in Potrero. Mike was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The condo was very well stocked with anything we might need - including an abundance of towels, beach chairs and even a cooler that we made use of. The only drawback (being that we were there over New Years) was the bar across the street that played their music extremely loud, both New Years and the next night. Needless to say, we didn’t get much sleep until the music stopped. However, everything else was great, especially Penca Beach a short walk away. We loved that!!

The Villa Royal Home in Tamarindo was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend for friends and family that are looking a 5 star place to stay in Tamarindo. As a clean freak the home was spotless, not to mention it is cleaned everyday besides Sunday. The views were breath taking and relaxing all at the same time, especially with the beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to most places we went throughout the town; however, in some cases it may be best to get a ride. Cristina was amazing! She was very responsive and helped our group out tremendously when needed. We wouldn't even look to stay anywhere else if in Tamarindo again.

My husband and I started off our honeymoon at The Spyglass. The views are incredible and we absolutely love Ocotal Beach and Father rooster. They have excellent ceviche!!! Super fresh and we own a seafood company so we know fresh! The pool was beautiful. The bed comfortable. Good water pressure. Powerful AC splitters in the bedrooms. We were very comfortable at Spyglass and definitely plan to go back. Cherie was extremely helpful answering any questions I had. She was very quick to respond.

The house was amazing, everything we needed and more, the beach access was on point, the pool the kids enjoyed to the fullest, I slept on the hammock all 5 nights there, not one mosquito bite, the breeze and sounds of the waves were out of this world, waking up to all the birds sounds and ocean was an amazing to me, Vanessa was fabulous and very nice and on top of all beautiful 😍 I recommend this house like no other and will come back next year for sure. PURA VIDAAAAAA!!!!

Staying at Paula’s place, is an experience that truly embodies the "Pura Vida" lifestyle. My recent stay there was absolutely fantastic, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The local team and property manager went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and were incredibly welcoming. They were readily available to answer any questions, provide local recommendations, and truly made us feel at home. It's clear they take immense pride in their properties and the guest experience. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. The home was spotless, from the sparkling floors to the pristine bathrooms and fresh linens. It was evident that a thorough cleaning had been done before our arrival, and the property was meticulously maintained throughout our stay. This attention to detail allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our surroundings without any concerns. Very safe & private. Hot water, cold AC— 5 star stay!

We had a great time staying at Douglas' place! What an amazing view and the outdoor area was really a treat to hang out in day and night. Our concierge, Allan, and point of contact, Roy, were extremely responsive, as was Doug, for any requests we had. Would definitely stay here again!
