A nice property off the beaten path. It is a few miles out of Tamarindo with decent roads to get to the house. Beautiful nature surrounding the house. Carolina is very responsive and made our stay easy.

Lovely home near one of the best beaches in the country! We were very comfortable during our 6 day stay, with 5 adults moving around, and felt very safe. Hosts were extremely kind and communicative, answering any questions we had about activities or eating recommendations. We loved sitting outside by the pool every morning and listening to the howler monkeys and watching the iguanas. Best trip we've taken and the memories we made we will cherish forever!

This home was exactly what I was I was looking for. Just a few days to relax and work online. Everything was immaculate. Communication with staff was quick and helped with any questions or needs. I would recommend this place to anyone. Perfect place for a family or small group to stay and enjoy this area of Guanacaste. The house had all the amenities that anyone would want. Thank you!!

Éramos 3 parejas, 2 habitaciones tenían baño propio lo cual fue maravilloso. Es un condominio de casas separadas( no es un edificio de torre) , la zona de piscina y BBQ es de uno compartido,muy tranquilo. La propiedad está cerrada por lo cual es ingreso y salida es muy segura. Es una ubicación perfecta para evitar lo transcurrido de los centros y hasta la ruta para llegar ahí es bastante tranquila.

The view of the ocean was breathtaking and the whole house including Infiniti pool were so inviting we didn’t want to leave the house. Nice breeze most days as well. Ricardo was great at helping us arrange outings, including transportation. A car could be helpful to get around but we had a great local company that was able to take us everywhere we needed to go at a reasonable rate. The rain forest was a doable trip and there are numerous beaches within 15 minutes ride of the house. Loved our stay! It was also amazing to have breakfast included & prepared every morning and affordable dinners prepared at night as well.

This place is a gem! The location is perfect for exploring the area, the house is stylish and comfortable, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it!

The villa was amazing. Exactly as shown and described. Had a wonderful time, really enjoyed the villa . The view was amazing. Pastora and her husband were kind and very responsive to anything we needed. The area was fantastic. Plenty of options for adventures. Great restaurants . Locals were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning.

We had a great stay at Shy’s beautiful brand new home! It was clean & comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard & pool, it was a private oasis. Perfect for 2 families with kids! We each had our own master suite with ensuite, and the kids had their own space in the bunk bed room. Definitely recommend!

We LOVED our stay here. Felt right at home! Extremely nice to have the extra beach and pool amenities during our stay as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We loved your daughters restaurant suggestions and visited a couple of her list. Walking distance to a beach and a several restaurants as well as a small coffee shop and market. Just overall had a great stay.

We stayed for one week. We loved how peaceful it was and the pool was much needed. The monkeys are the highlight - they come and go without any bother. Could watch them all day.

Casa Rosita was amazing….. every little thing. The location, neighborhood, amenities and the furnishings. We spent so much time on the covered porch and pool in the afternoons and evenings. Having access to the beach club was a huge benefit…. We loved hanging by the pool, watching the monkeys and having cocktails. Will be back!

We loved our week stay in Playa Hermosa. The view is amazing and the house was the perfect size for us. We loved the gym, deck and pool. Ian was super helpful with scheduling activities. The best part of our stay was definitely having Rebecca come every morning and make us the best breakfasts ever! She is a superstar and even helped us with our Spanish. We will definitely return and would highly recommend visiting!

Phenomenal stay! Stop searching and book this place—seriously. This house is absolutely spectacular—pictures don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful and serene it is. The view? Unreal. Just breathtaking. It’s only a minute walk to the beach and a charming local restaurant, and just 5 minutes to town and stores. Benton was amazing—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. He connected us with a private chef, in-home massages, and local excursions, making everything effortless and personal. We loved watching the wildlife—colorful frogs at night and giant lizards during the day—and the pool was the perfect temperature 24/7. This home is perfect for couples looking for total privacy, but we can’t wait to return with our kids next time. My husband and I travel frequently, and this was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Thank you, Benton, for such an unforgettable stay. We’ll be back—and we’re already telling our friends around the world to book your place too!

What an incredible place. It’s a few minutes outside Tamarindo and Playa Flamingo and worth the drive. The place has insane views and is so unique. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 11/10.

Jennifer and Chip are the best hosts that you can ever hope for! Great communicators, very knowledgeable about the area and things to do, immediate responsiveness to anything that was needed, and just amazing overall people! We had their rental for 3 months and it was a wonderful experience! Thanks so much Jenn and Chip!

The Casa Vera Vista was a beautiful villa on the cliff side over looking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The villa was close to the beach and great restaurants plus a good starting point for many excursions. The concierge team was always there when we needed them throughout the entire trip as well as with planning prior to arriving. The house was very clean, decorated very tastefully and had comfortable beds. The daily cleaning service was very helpful with three kiddos in tow. We had two dinners and breakfast with the recommended chefs and they exceeded our expectations, with both delicious food and friendly company. Our driver Raudy was always on time, professional and was very helpful in getting around with our busy itinerary. We definitely did a lot on our trip (zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATVs, snorkeling, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs etc) and staying at the villa with the concierge service made it that much more special. Lots of wild at the house too! Pura Vida

The best AirBnB ever! I was sad to leave this incredible home away from home. It has everything you need. Usually, rentals lack the right utensils, enough plates, etc… NOT THIS PLACE! This had everything and all the nice extras. I highly recommend this home for an incredible vacation experience. We were able to enjoy all that Playa Grande has to offer plus some other wonderful excursions that were short drives away. AMAZING! Ready to come back.

Enis was our host and she was wonderful. She promptly responded to any questions or issues that we had. She was always readily available. The house itself is adorable and very clean. The pool and patio area is spectular. Everything you need is very close to the house. Some lovely restaurants, with live entertainment great food and service. and the sunsets!!Grocery stores and beaches are close as well. This was our second time staying in Potrero but our first time at Enis'. Potrero is a wonderful little town that has something for everyone. We will definitely be back for a third time.

This is a beautiful home. It was just the right size for our family of 4. There are lots of restaurants close by, a small market, and several beaches are just a couple minute drive. We didn’t walk because we had little ones, but walking to the restaurants would be safe. We saw lots of locals and tourists walking the area. There are no gas stations in the town so come prepared. The kids loved playing in the backyard and pool. This place does have an extensive security system with lots of cameras everywhere but we just ignored them. Didn’t see any inside just the front and back yard. We were delayed at check in and the caretaker waited almost two extra hours for us so that was appreciated. At checkout the caretaker will come get the keys so be sure and allow time for this and communicate check out time before the morning of. Overall, very much enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our time in Potrero. Mike was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The condo was very well stocked with anything we might need - including an abundance of towels, beach chairs and even a cooler that we made use of. The only drawback (being that we were there over New Years) was the bar across the street that played their music extremely loud, both New Years and the next night. Needless to say, we didn’t get much sleep until the music stopped. However, everything else was great, especially Penca Beach a short walk away. We loved that!!

My husband and I started off our honeymoon at The Spyglass. The views are incredible and we absolutely love Ocotal Beach and Father rooster. They have excellent ceviche!!! Super fresh and we own a seafood company so we know fresh! The pool was beautiful. The bed comfortable. Good water pressure. Powerful AC splitters in the bedrooms. We were very comfortable at Spyglass and definitely plan to go back. Cherie was extremely helpful answering any questions I had. She was very quick to respond.

The house was amazing, everything we needed and more, the beach access was on point, the pool the kids enjoyed to the fullest, I slept on the hammock all 5 nights there, not one mosquito bite, the breeze and sounds of the waves were out of this world, waking up to all the birds sounds and ocean was an amazing to me, Vanessa was fabulous and very nice and on top of all beautiful 😍 I recommend this house like no other and will come back next year for sure. PURA VIDAAAAAA!!!!

The outdoor space in the house is absolutely wonderful! Spent a lot of time in the pool, hot tub, and lounging in the hammock. We had some difficultly finding the place and Jennifer was very helpful. We used Google Maps with no problem in La Fortuna, but I would use Waze here. The house has a ton of security features which made us feel super safe. It’s a great location to the nearby beaches and the grocery store. The house could use a little TLC (some kitchen cabinets falling apart, doors that don’t latch well, toilet paper holders that were loose, and could use a paint job), but none of these things took away from our wonderful time at this house and we would definitely return. Pura Vida!

Staying at Paula’s place, is an experience that truly embodies the "Pura Vida" lifestyle. My recent stay there was absolutely fantastic, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The local team and property manager went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and were incredibly welcoming. They were readily available to answer any questions, provide local recommendations, and truly made us feel at home. It's clear they take immense pride in their properties and the guest experience. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. The home was spotless, from the sparkling floors to the pristine bathrooms and fresh linens. It was evident that a thorough cleaning had been done before our arrival, and the property was meticulously maintained throughout our stay. This attention to detail allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our surroundings without any concerns. Very safe & private. Hot water, cold AC— 5 star stay!
