Amazing place with ample space and enough to do for our boys team to keep busy during our our stay here for their competition in Texas. The deck, the dock and water access, the sunsets, the large kitchen with plenty of room for all to stay and play were fantastic! Would definitely stay again, thanks!

Perfect, open flow lake house for a family retreat!

Staying here with close friends was a blast! The host did an excellent job communicating, and went out of their way to provide amenities and services to us. I can wholeheartedly say that this is an experience worth every penny!

House is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and lots to do. Unfortunately, the dam had just been opened the day before so there was a lot of debris in the water. Hope to go back when that’s not the case. Great spot for fishing and playing in the water. House is beautiful and great layout. The only down fall is that the only comfortable bed is the one in the master bedroom. We will definitely go back!

Host was very responsive, checked on us, and friendly! The house was amazing! If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to the water it’s a great place to stay! We will definitely be back!

It was a great place for a big group and we had a terrific time! Only suggestions would be to bring your own utensils and dishes. For such a large place, it only had 8 plates and silverware sets which meant we were washing all the time!

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and in a perfect location. There was plenty to do for everyone—between swimming, fishing, and playing on the water trampoline, we were always entertained. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing family getaway!

We had a long extended stay at this home and it was a great spot! The house had everything we needed, it was comfortable, and the backyard was great for relaxing by the lake. Ginger has hosted my group several times and she always communicates quickly, is very helpful, and easy to work with!

Very cute place for a quiet getaway. Did tons of fishing and learned a new way to clean fish from the neighbor who were the sweetest people!

This was a prefect place for my family and into stay. Located between Glen Rose and Granbury we visited both and had a great week! Great value and will definitely stay here again when we go to the area!!

This was the perfect place to stay with our grandsons. There was a lot of entertainment and things to do. The pool table was a big hit. The property was so peaceful with the trees and the Brazo river. Being on the upper balcony felt like we were in a tree house. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home, dock and boat ramp were great for our boat and jet skis. Entrance is a little tight on boat ramp…that being said we were able to get our 24’ boat down pretty easily with our 3/4 ton crew cab pickup. Definitely the quiet and peaceful side of the lake. Spent most of our time between the Bass hollow cove and the home. Surfed, tubed and just cruised around with minimal traffic on the water in those areas. For our family it was a perfect and we will definitely rent again.

A quiet, clean, and cozy place to relax and enjoy with the family. I'm sorry I forgot a piece of cake from my daughter's graduation in the refrigerator. It was delicious😩. I highly recommend this place.

Very well appointed home. We had everything we needed!! Very peaceful setting with a beautiful large yard to the river.

Stay was great - easy to get in. Lots of towels and supplies. Loved having a box of trash bags, what a novel idea. Check out instructions were clear and simple. Fully stocked for everything we needed to cook.

Our stay was great! The kids loved being that close to the water and watching the boats on the lake. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 4 (+ our dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shorhaus on Lake Granbury. It was impeccably clean, the kitchen was very well provisioned and the beds were comfortable. We loved the game room and spent a lot of time playing ping pong & shuffleboard, but also really enjoyed cooking s'mores over the fire pit. It is an incredibly peaceful spot on the lake. The Canadian Geese and ducks seemed to enjoy it too! We didn't need much help, but both Mike & Christine were very quick & responsive when we had some questions. Loved it and we'd definitely go back.

Our large group of 4 families really enjoyed our stay at Lidia’s place! The location on the lake and next to Possum Hollow was perfect! There was so much room and the kids really enjoyed the yard and PacMan game! We had some issues with hot water in one of the bathrooms and Lidia was very responsive and sent someone out to work on it. I definitely recommend this place for large groups and would definitely book again!!!

The house was perfect for our stay. The property is very private but still super close to stores and downtown. We did a lot of fishing from the dock and the water was shallow enough for our kids to play on the water off the dock.

We enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Plenty of room for everyone. Quiet and secluded at the end of the street. The dock was perfect for cooking out, swimming and playing in the lake. Great layout.

We had a wonderful stay at the lake! The house exceeded our expectations…the photos do not do it justice. This might have been the most well-stocked Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. They have everything you need in the kitchen, from utensils to spices, and even some cooking staples. There were generous towels, linens, comfy beds and plenty of pillows. We even found beach towels for the lake. The real treat is the outside area. There is a beautiful outdoor kitchen space that is convenient for grilling. The dock was our favorite place at the house, however. It overlooks a mostly natural part of the lake and provided us with the most magical sunsets. We spent hours there between boat/jet ski rides lounging, fishing, and just soaking it from the two porch swings and comfy folding chairs (again, provided by the hosts). My sister and I took advantage of the provided kayaks, but didn’t get a chance to use the paddle boards as the water was a bit choppy during our stay. Excellent stay!
